Property Ratings at The Bank
Look.... Its alright. Not worth the price... But in comparison to surrounding complexes it is average. The location is the only thing that keeps people here. Maintenance is extremely slow, and the elevator is still broken. Walls are paper thin.
Property Manager at The Bank, Responded To This Review
We are so sorry to see a 1 star review. Our freight elevator was down for a period due to delay in parts. We understand your frustration, but we tried to get a rush on delivery to get it up and running. All of the floors are concrete with insulated walls between each apartment. Please contact the office so we can check the caulking and sound issues in you apartment to get them fixed. Feell free to contact us at 402-345-8000 if you need anything else.
The walls in the unit are paper thin, and if you have a neighbor that has a loud voice, then might want to invest in some headphones, since you’re going to be hearing everything they say and do. It is close to downtown, the rooftops are cool, and the staff/maintenance is responsive. If you’re a student and are gone the whole time, it’s probably decent, and better than a dorm. If you’re not a student, or work downtown at the office five days a week, then you will probably end up annoyed after the first few months.
Very close to Creighton were I go to school. I recommend The Bank if you don't wanna live on campus.
I rented my apartment without being able to tour in person. The staff was super helpful, they sent me photos, floor plans and even did a Facetime tour with me. I felt at home before I even arrived!
I have been at The Bank for quite a few years and I love it. The communication and staff is wonderful.
I recently moved into The Bank, and the process was a breeze. McKenna the leasing agent was wonderful during the FT tour, and throughout the leasing process. Callie the property manager was also a huge help too when I called asking a million questions. The property is super close to Creighton, and the Old Market. The only downside is the parking which is understandable in this city but the waitlist seems to be going fast!
I moved in about 2 years ago, as the conversion from the Wells Fargo building was wrapping up, so my apartment was brand new. The construction is solid; I have little trouble with noise from other units. I love the modern appliances and the in-unit washer and dryer. Both fitness centers and both parking options are great. The on-site management office is friendly and helpful. The location - within walking distance of the Creighton campus, CHI Health Center, and the Old Market - can't be beat. Highly recommended building.
I just recently moved out, and I totally miss my unit at The Bank. I moved out of state for a job offer, and I took for granted what The Bank had to offer. The staff, maintenance everything always went above and beyond for you. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Callie and McKenna are always on top of things, very organized, and super helpful. I have lived here for awhile now and I have no complaints. One of the best apartments I have lived in. It is always quite and calm, walking distance to almost everything, plus you cant beat the views from the rooftop!
Overall, great apartment building. Nice, clean, and secure. I have no complaints about the apartment, and I would live here again--just maybe in a different room. Gym was useful, no problems with mail or packages, upstairs community area was nice. I recommend this over their other buildings in the area. The detached garage left a little to be desired, but if you get it free for 12 months on a promotion, it's worth it. I do agree with the other review that mentioned the thin walls. They weren't terrible for noise unless it was silent in my apartment. However, there was a few times I could smell what the apartment down the hall was cooking/smoking. Check out their floor plans and floor maps on the website. The cheaper ones can end up being kind of small. Also, check out where your windows are as facing another building/inner corridor may have little light if that's important to you.
These apartments are beautifully designed and the staff is prompt and helpful!
The is a great property with even better management,
These apartments are BEAUTIFUL - very spacious, well maintained, very accommodating, a WALK-IN CLOSET, cool views of downtown. The front office staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful, we have an amazing gym, fire pit, bar area ... the list goes on and on.
Great place. I love living here. The rental office is very professional and made the leasing process fast and easy.
I've been here for about 2 months and love it. It's within walking distance of a lot in Omaha (restaurants, bars, parks, downtown, my work, etc.). The facilities are new and well maintained. The tenants are nice, and not too loud. And the staff are fantastic - shoutout to Mariah for being awesome from showing me the apartment, to helping with questions. I'm not sure if I could be more pleased. Note: It's downtown so it can be a little noisy but with my windows close I can barely hear anything.
new to Omaha but I can't imagine there's a spot with a better view than here.
We love living at the bank. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and are very comfortable. We are fortunate to have spectacular views of downtown, and the balconies are lovely.
They definitely put a lot of work and detail into making these apartments livable and cozy.
The votes are in... this is Omaha's best place to live!
Callie and Mariah offer superior customer service with a smile. They are quick to help and since I've moved in I've felt so welcome.
I love my home at the bank!! Best place to live! Onsite office staff is by the far best I have ever met, I highly recommend this place to anyone. If you want a team who cares then move to the bank, If you want satisfaction Move to the bank, if you want to like where you live.... MOVE TO THE BANK!!!!! Thank you to the bank for Caring.
Very confident, knowledgeable and attentive maintenance staff! Recommended.
Friendly, cooperative property and staff makes living in downtown Omaha, a wonderful experience.
Staff has been extremely friendly friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing place to live!
Excellent community. Coming from California the level of service here is high. They respond quickly and with sense of urgency and make themselves totally available. The complex is great and the maintenance team is excellent. So far I'm very pleased with my decision to move into the bank.
Quiet location although with many residents living here and it is located downtown.
Pretty surroundings, friendly staff and concerns addressed right away. Love it here.
With vast experience living and owning rental properties, I have never come across a compassionate person like the office manager. The moment I got on the phone with her, we talked for over an hour. She was interested in knowing my needs and how she can help and not just trying to sell me an apartment, it was like talking to an old classmate. I rented without seeing the apartment and when I moved in, it was all I expected it to be and more. With a handwritten note that said she was happy to have me join their community. She was off the day I moved in but I couldn't wait to finally meet this lovely person I have been speaking to on the phone. A week or so after I moved, she called and asked me how I was doing and wanted to know if I have any questions and if they is anything else she could do for me. WOW!
I have been a resident for over a year now and I really like the office staff. Any time that I have need a maintenance repair they have completed the work within 24-48 hours. The rents are reasonable and utilities are low. The property is clean and well keep up. I also like the location and the easy access to schools, shopping and food. The Bank is really a very nice property to live at.
My husband and I lived in these apartments for a year before we purchased our house. Right off the bat, I loved how our actual unit looked exactly like their show unit. What you see in the photos on this website is exactly what you get - same finishes and layout. The apartments are clean and still pretty new, so you don't feel like you're living in someone else's filth. They were also very quiet for us. We lived on the third floor and shared walls with two other apartments. We had a two bedroom, and loved that there were so many convenient entrances. Best of all, the location is wonderful. It was great to have most of the shopping I needed within 5 minutes.
Best place there is the staff is very wonderful and helpful, they answered all my questions.
I moved to Omaha from Lincoln and into The Bank about 4 months ago. I love the people, the culture, and the apartment. The staff are very receptive to comments and seem to be making the complex better every week. My apartment has brand new appliances and flooring. Also, because of the location, my morning commute time is about 10 minutes which is a dream come true.
I've been at The Bank for almost two years and absolutely love it here. The staff is always available, super attentive, and really easy to get ahold of. Maintenance requests are dealt with within 24 hours and an emergency line is available for after hours problems. It's also super quite. If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't think I had any neighbors. I have an assigned parking spot in a warm garage and it is definitely one of the top amenities here. Other than that, I really enjoy the rooftop area(both of them!) and use the on-site gym often. The location is great as well - right in the middle of everything. Easy access to the interstate, midtown, and downtown. You're also within walking distance of the farmer's market, summer concerts, and restaurants. Tons to do! Only downside so far: is guest parking. A super minor thing in the grand scheme of things and something I'm more than willing to deal with to live in such a great place!
I have lived in multiple cities for work, and lived in multiple apartment complexes. Although I was only in Omaha one year, this was a great place to live. They do a wonderful job of keeping the common areas very clean, and the staff are always very prompt and ready to help. I only had to submit 1 or 2 small maintenance request, and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. Furthermore, the outside and rooftop amenities were an added benefit. I would highly recommend this property.
Cozy, clean, and convenient! Everything you want in an apartment!
Great service and awesome clean apartments. I really enjoy this property.
This is a great apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking to move downtown.
I was very nervous to move to a new apartment in a new city during a pandemic. I was offered a Facetime tour since I couldn't visit before moving and it helped ease my fears. The tour was very thorough and informative and the staff really took their time to answer all of my questions. I felt as if I already knew the property when I moved in!
I love this place. The office staff are great and maintenance is really on top of things. I love that I am close enough to walk to the Old Market, but I don't have to pay Old Market prices or fight for parking.
This is truly a great place to live. Callie is super helpful and quick to respond.
Property is well taken care of and up to date! Rooms have a great floorplan and the amenities are a bonus.
The leasing agent made me feel very welcomed and answered all of my silly questions. She was very kind and accommodating for a last minute tour. I’m looking forward to moving in!
This apartment is super close to Creighton without being TOO close. The study rooms upstairs make a great spots for studying/homework.
Anytime I put in a work order they call me within minutes to get it completed or schedule a time to come look at it.
The rooftop is my favorite spot. You can see all the way to Iowa. I love that there are two different rooftop spots that you can go to for a great view. I love taking people up here.
Callie and Mary are amazing. They are always so helpful and give a wave or gesture when I walk by. I appreciate everything they are doing and their attention to their residents especially during these times.
I don't know what more I can add. The reviews praising this place are all correct. It's a great place to live!
The bank apartments are so nice that you will never want to leave. Since moving in I haven't even considered looking at other places. I am happy and content in my space.
I absolutely love living here at The Bank. I was a little nervous when they started construction but now that it is complete I am so happy with all of the new amenities. I am also glad to see that the team has grown and genuinely love the staff.
I haven't moved in yet but I toured with Maryah and she was awesome. I toured and then asked to come back with my family and she was very nice about it. I will definitely be moving in next school year. Im very stoked.
