I think it’s a decent place, not too many problems, other tenants are loud but the units are alright for the most part. Seems better to live here than anywhere in Charlotte.

While the area looks nice and the staff has been kind to me, there are issues that one shouldn’t have at a “luxury” apartment. Amenities like the restaurant and boardwalk are not available, the dog park is still mulch when we were told it would be turf, outlets don’t work properly, refusal to change out ac filters, the parking lot caving in, etc.

We are aware of the concerns you've raised, and I want to address them with clarity. The dog park was planned with mulch, as it aligns with our landscaping goals for the community. However, we're always looking for ways to improve, so your feedback is valuable. Regarding maintenance concerns, we encourage you to submit a maintenance request, and we will ensure it gets resolved promptly.If your outlets are not working properly, this is a simple fix that we are more than happy to fix, once we are made aware. Additionally our maintenance team is also responsible for changing AC filters on a prevenative maintenance schedule. And if you're not seeing this happen, please let us know so we can correct it. Regarding the restaurant and boardwalk - these are both handled above site level, but we are hoping to share updates with you and the entire community in the coming months Lastly, in terms of the parking lot's condition; we experienced some unforeseen issues, out of our control. However, rest assured that repairs are scheduled to be begin next week and we anticpate it being fully repaired by the end of week. We appreciate your patience and hope to enhance your living experience further!
Very beautiful community with great qualities and safety very tranquility and peaceful!It's very welcoming and nice and clean community with all the perks and the management team is very professional ,welcoming with smiling faces and they attend to the residents needs and amenities concerns, always attentive for any issue or concern,I will be renewing my lease for there's no other better quality place than The Banks!

Management does not address excessive dog poop issue on apartment grounds. The entire complex loses power during any strong storm. Hallways are not cleaned often.

Maintenance requests, even though they’re not always high priority, are always treated as such. Always resolved in the fastest and most efficient way, I usually make requests before going to work and come back and are resolved. Service here is top notch.

The staff here at the banks are so accommodating (especially Gabe)!! I had to move into an apartment on very short notice thanks to work so I'm really glad I found this place. The staff here are very patient and incredibly nice as well as knowledgeable! While the staff is the highlight of this review the apartments themselves are well-built and brand new! The appliances are good quality and the location is great not to mention it's surrounded by trees (It is tucked away on a dead-end road where you can't hear much of anything on the highway). If you're looking for a quiet home for you and the dog/cat I'd definitely recommend The Banks!

I had the pleasure of a tour with Edina. She gave a great walk through and explained all of what “The Banks” has to offer. Even though they are still in the process of finishing up the complex, it has so much potential. The apartment floor plans are all spacious with huge bathrooms, walk in closets, and huge kitchen islands. They have a lovely clubhouse which features a pool, work at home stations, lounge area, and fitness center. The fitness center has great thought out equipment. You can tell they weren’t afraid to spend money in order to keep their residents happy. They also offer a pool and will be adding on a river. I definitely plan on moving when my lease is up. The combination of having a balcony and being near a river has me excited! Also, the current management property used to manage the property I’m currently living in. They were hands down the best and I’ll be glad to have them again. Alexis, the property manager is such a doll. Her smile will brighten up your day. Don’t hesitate just apply, you won’t be sorry.
