This place is pretty awful. They change rules a lot and dont communicate things well. Also do not care about their property looks or taking care of their renters

Love the Banks of Springdale! The amenities are fantastic and always upkept. It is very convenient as a resident to have a pet spa on site. Saves me money not having to take my dog to the groomer.

Don't be fooled by how nice the apartment LOOKs at first glance. Spent the entire first month of summer without AC, had them try to blame it on me after a storm took it out (blown fuse didn't keep a surge during a storm from doing damage) and took exactly 34 days to get a contractor to fix it properly while I had to live in an apartment which at night was at best 85 degrees and during the day even peaked out in the triple digits once. Property Manager wound up yelling in my face during one of my many trips to the office to ask them to fix my ac and then eventually even lied about the MINISCULE compensation for the issue saying they'd cover the electric costs for that month (ac was stuck in "on" but blowing hot outside air). Had a car stolen from the lot (and apparently several others have too, they even deleted the entire resident forum app after someone asked for information after her car was stolen in the past) Gate is pointless since they just keep it open all the time and even when they do close it it's just for a couple hours so they can say they do. In the same week as the car theft had a bike stolen from the bike storage, had several packages stolen within less than an hour of them being delivered, list goes on. Apartment cares more about fooling others into living there than resolving any issues and even got attitude at me for asking them for the tow info to confirm my car wasnt just towed mistakenly from my reserved spot. This doesnt even go into the huge list of relatively smaller issues that I have encountered here but it matches my experience at other Greystar properties so it appears to be their company culture to screw tennants for their bottom line. Avoid at all costs.
The Banks of Springdale is clean and safe. Arie and James are responsive to any and all comments or concerns that a resident may have!
There’s not much to complain about the property itself. Nice/new interiors, utilities, internet connection, great maintenance team, Amazon hub, pool/gym, etc. The location of the property (old neighborhoods, suspicious characters) is the only drawback I’d say. It’s close to a nicer area in Mueller but I wouldn’t recommend taking casual walks/jogs around in the evenings in the immediate vicinity. Overall the pros definitely outweigh the cons though.
The staff is quick and effective! Always on the job!
Great property! Office and Maintenance Staff are great. James and Arie are very helpful. Good location and the apartment is great.
