Living at The Banks on Bradley has been an awesome experience so far! The community is brand new, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The management team has been incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, especially during construction. They kept us informed every step of the way and were transparent about any delays—turns out, they were due to unforeseen construction issues, which weren’t under their control. While the building was originally set to open in October, the delay was only until mid-November, which was really reasonable given the circumstances. The only downside, in my opinion, is the parking situation. The designated spots are needed to be paid for, but honestly, the walk from the open parking lot isn’t bad at all. Once you're inside the building, it's totally worth it—the amenities are top-notch and definitely make up for the small inconvenience of parking. The maintenance and management teams are simply amazing. They’re always prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly. It's clear they care about the residents and the quality of the community. We feel really fortunate to be part of such a great place!

The apartment itself is good quality, but the management is not great. The parking is tight and instead of assigning parking spots they are now making people pay an extra $30 a month to get better spots. Also they have pushed the clubhouse/gym opening several months now.

I think the apartments are nice and high quality - but the management keeps pushing back the dates for when the clubhouse will be open and is not very communicative at times. Good location.

Me and my boyfriend just moved in to the one bedroom and it’s been so amazing. The location is ideal and the leasing managers are even better. They were so understanding and so kind and they are on top of everything. I never have to worry about, well, anything honestly. It’s perfect for our first “home”.

Property is not bad, but definitely lacking. Also, the star rating for this site seems to be off. I choose two stars because its considered an "okay" property. Pros: - Great location, highway access and walking distance to park - Maintenance quick and kind - Modern, neutral color scheme - Enough space in the two bed two bath - Love the open concept Cons: - Faucet plumbing loose and caused black mold under bathroom sink - Quartz counters keep getting marked up - Door handles loose on move in, one fell off: we screwed them all back into place - Limited parking spaces - Walked in for maintenance request, had to call back to get them to actually come over.

The Banks is a great complex with an excellent staff, my mom moved in here & she has nothing but great things to say about the prime location. The parking situation is a bit tight but with the construction going on right now it’s understandable, I’m sure once it’s completed it won’t be an issue. Until then my mother doesn’t mind the extra 1 min walk. Chrysta is an excellent property manager who always goes above & beyond for her residents. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would, mainetenance is always on top of it, great staff very easy to work with. 100% would recommend.

I moved in when they only had one building available so have had to deal with all the construction and new building quirks. But all in all the 2 bed 2 bath are incredibly spacious and nicely laid out, not a big fan of the mini spilt ac and heat but it’s better than baseboard heating. The location of the apartment is great quick highway access and literally short drive to quite a few restaurants and grocery stores some are even with in a short walking distance. All in all not a bad place

The parking situation is not great. There wasn't enough parking, and now they changed the lease that you have to pay for spots. And there aren't enough spots in front of the apartments to give to everyone. Now you have to walk a minute to the far parking lot. Each spot is 30$ per month. The baseboards are cheap, accidently found out that they're made of cardboard. There is no ethernet. Not great.
