The staff really impressed me when I came to tour! They were all super friendly and informed, they answered all my questions and followed up with me to make sure I didn't have additional questions! My apartment is beautiful and spacious, and my neighbors are awesome! I'm sure glad I moved in!

We moved in a few months ago and so far we love it! Our apartment was very clean and move in ready. There was a small issue with one of the stovetop burners - maintenance came and fixed it quickly. Office staff is always really nice and helpful. Property is well maintained and clean - we’ve enjoyed it!
They will not roll back cameras if anything happens to you. (Stolen merchandise, damaged property, stolen vehicle). They leave you to figure it out on your own definitely not worth the rent you pay.
I lived here 2014-2015 (last year of my grad program at TCU) and loved it. Never had any problems, if I did, they were resolved pretty quickly. I loved my little apartment. It was small, but cozy. Just enough space for me! Luckily I was friends with my neighbor who had a washer and dryer so I didn't have go to a laundromat. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have rented here. Maintenance was great and kind, they came almost immediately and were so nice. I didn't want to leave, I loved it. I hope it's just as good as it was when I left.
I would not have moved here if i had known how many issues id have here. First, while still in the move in process with the office I was told several times that I would receive calls and updates on the application process. They never did call me back and were horrible with communication. Then, the day before I moved in i was told I could see my apartment. I drove 45 minutes to get here for them to tell me its not ready yet... Im moving the next day and my apartment isn't ready??? I applied in June, it is now October, im moving in one day and my unit isn't ready? They also said they needed my paycheck stubs THE DAY BEFRORE I MOVE because I haven't been approved to live here yet! Not only did I already bring these to the office, but I had already been told I was approved. I was told I would have washer and dryer connections. I do not have these. I had to sell my washer and dryer the same day I was trying to move and now have to drive to the laundromat since the onsite laundromat is a joke. It's disgusting, there's only 3 washers and they're always full, and the lock on the door is difficult to get open. There is construction on the roof right now. You cannot enter of leave your apartment while this is going on (all day) because all the walkways are blocked with shingles and nails and there is debris being dropped off the roof all around where you would be walking. I was also told I would have light fixtures, real wood flooring and a fire place. I have NONE of these. The last reason why i chose to move here was the trash pick up. This is yet another joke. They sent out a notice of all the rules and times, yet my trash hasn't been getting picked up. I bring this to the attention of the manager and she says my trash bags have to be tied. My trash is in a trash can, in a trash bag with the lid on but its considered loose trash because the bag isn't tied???? NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THE BAG HAS TO BE TIED. The mail in the office is sitting out where anyone can grab your packages and take off with them. I found a dead mouse in my kitchen. There are roaches. I have no drawer large enough to fit my silverware tray. Missing shelf in my closet. Dishwasher broken upon move in. So many problems I could go on for days. This place is a joke!!!!!!!! They also delete reviews off their website.
These apartments are absolutely terrible. I've lived here 3 years and the ONLY reason I stay is to save up to buy my own place. They have consistently gotten worse in the 3 years. They do not respond to maintenence requests until you call to gripe them out, and even then nobody answers the phones at all. The power constantly goes out for hours. We are always having issues with the heating and cooling of the apartment. The floors are so cheap that they are easily torn and bubble up. There are not light fixtures in the bedroom or living room. Nobody cares when you call in to report the flea problem that a neighbor caused by letting their cat out, and they just tell you what "the best [they] can do is." All of the employees are incredibly rude as well. They care much more about fining you for leaving your trash out a little early than actualy taking care of their tenants. The parking space lines are so tiny you can't get into your car when someone parks next to you. Horrible, horrible aparments. You are much better off paying a little more for a place that actually cares. Once again, DO NOT RENT!
THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!! Don't waste your time here. No one in the office knows what they're doing or even care. When you have questions they give 5 different answers that are all wrong. Took over a week to find out I didn't get approved and they couldn't even tell me why (shocker)?! You ask for a Corporate number and on third try they finally give it to me. but not after after having me searching online, with the website they gave me (which did not have the number) and giving me run around answers. I was upfront about my renters history and they assured me there wouldn't be a problem and I'd be approved within a day. I ended up doing their job for a week and continued being asked for paper work I had given them on day one!
Lots of issues here. Management and maintenance constantly trying to cut corners. Apartments are cheap and outdated even damaged. Moved into a apartment with many issues still haven't been fixed over a month later. They also want to charge you extra to replace appliances that are old. Just seem to hope you'll give up and fix it yourself I guess.

This apartment is very spacious inside and very peaceful! We can reserve a parking spot for us, has a loving pool and always has great deals! Also has a dog park to walk your dogs and a tennis court and nice workout room! And surrounded by amazing places, you are literally done the street from the mall. Gated community, i love taking my 9 month daughter every where because we are by everything we need and doesn't take long to get home.
