FIVE Stars to the Manager her name is Maybeline for the secretary, for the maintainance stuff Siji for their Professionalism, quick service, and cleaning parking, garden and attention they are very attentive From Bertha Robiatti Appt #113 i'm very happy to live in those apartments
Great location and more private cottage style units in the rear units no one above you and good space between units very quiet and they accept almost every breed dog.
This was my husbands and mine first apartment together without roomates. We were on the top floor and got roaches. We asked them to take care of it and a spraying was scheduled. I packed everything up, arranged for pets to be elsewhere and spent the day out and about because they wouldn't give me an approximate time. When I came back there was no smell and nothing looked different. The ladies at the desk in insisted they sprayed. We still had bugs so we arranged to do it again. The whole process repeated, this time we came home to an odd smell and our cupboards open. It was obvious they had sprayed this time and lied about it last time. They refused to spray the other units below ours, even when we pointed out that they were traveling through the pipes. The apartments aren't even that nice. It looks nice outside and has a pool, but it's always crowded and you can hear thr arguments from apartments across from you. This was in 2010, so maybe it's changed since, but I don't think so
I have had a 1 bedroom apartment here for 4 years and it is decent. Pros: -Pretty open layout is nice -Central AC and heat Cons: -They will be fumigating soon and are unhelpful and unsympathetic about the hardships that causes -Rent is raised at least $100 each year so unless you get awesome yearly raises at work, make sure the rent you move in at is well below your budget or you will be moving in a year again -They often do projects and "improvements" without notifying the community -Neighborhood is going downhill. There have been break-ins with cars and storage spaces and graffiti has started to become prevalent.
I liked this property much more before they put a fence around it, now i feel that ever since then the neighborhood has gone down a bit. If you live here, be sure that you get an apt that faces way from the sun setting or your AC will run forever. They have a tendency to cut the trees back at the start of summer.
We moved here 2010 it was the only place that would allow large dogs & is close to all connecting freeways, shopping & to my place of employment.
