Property Ratings at The Batley
Disappointed at every turn. Moving into my apartment was a horrible experience where I was unable to pick up my keys. After moving in and noting issues with the paint from the previous tenant, there was never any follow up. The amenities are unusable because of constant craziness, the pool has broken glass in it, and the music in the gym is always incredibly loud. Now, there is trash outside of my apartment in the landscaping that I cannot fix and the price for "Shared Electricity" is twice what I pay for my own electricity. Finally, I have stopped receiving responses from the building's community management so there is no way to get anything fixed. There are tons of other building in NoMa, find one where the building management is competent

Bozzuto has been the biggest blessing here. Since they came onboard it has been night and day. The very few issues we’ve had have been taken care of promptly and courteously. No run around, no excuses, they’ve just done the right thing. One of their greatest assets would have to be their maintenance lead, Jason. Kudos, kudos, kudos. That’s a guy that knows what he’s talking about. Whenever we have a request, we always make sure to note for him to assist. One and done. One of the biggest pet peeves from before Bozzuto was somehow follow up work was always needed. Don’t ask me how. Just how it was. Anyways, we’ve been much happier with this new management. The team is superb and I hope they stay here forever (or at least until I move out, haha, sorry maybe a little selfish). Keep up the great work Team Batley!
