About The Bayside Collection
The Bayside Collection features 3 vintage Everett brick buildings. The Windsor and Mayfair buildings are mirror images of each other featuring open floorplans and large hallways in a classic brick apartment building. The Court building is a courtyard concept with walk-up living spaces. All 3 buildings have undergone improvements to add modern finishes and upgrades to the common spaces. The Bayside Collection was built in the 1920s and 30s in Everett's historic Bayside neighborhood. Select apartments that have views of Puget Sound and/or the Cascade Mountains. We are located right next to the city library, a block and a half from Everett High School, and within a few blocks of the waterfront, naval base, and many stores and restaurants. We're eight minutes from the I-5 highway ramp. The Mayfair Building, at 2628 Hoyt Ave., has 38 apartments on 4 floors. The Windsor Building, at 2630 Hoyt Ave., has 24 apartments on 3 floors. The Court Building, at 2615 Hoyt Ave., has 9 apartments and 30 parking spaces on 2 floors. In the Mayfair and Windsor buildings, the first floor is 1/2 a flight of stairs down; and the second floor is 1/2 a flight up. In the Court building, all apartments are on the second floor, and the garage is at street level. There are no elevators; however, apartments on higher floors may have a beautiful view.
The Bayside Collection is an apartment community located in Snohomish County and the 98201 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Everett attendance zone.
