I have moved quite a lot over the years, and this was the most seamless leasing process I've ever been a part of. From showing to signing, I felt like I was given as much information as possible, tailored to my situation so that I felt comfortable with all of my decisions and knew what to expect for the duration of my lease. Josi especially was phenomenal! She assisted with all of my questions (big or small) and performed an incredibly thorough inspection upon move-in with me. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience or leasing professional! Outside of the leasing process, my experience here has been positive. It is in a great central location that is walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. The amenities are excellent and very pet-friendly. Updates and renovations are very good quality. The only complaint I have is that while the grounds are meticulously maintained, residents don't tend to pick up their dog poop - especially in the dog park (minor but still annoying).

I just moved in, and Josetina was so very helpful, kind, and upfront during the process. I feel that the prices here are affordable compared to other apartments but still are very nice aesthetically. There were a few things upon move-in that were not completed, however, Josetina put in work order requests for them to be taken care of next week! Overall, I am looking forward to living here -

I’d say it’s been a great experience. The front office staff are all amazing, especially Josie. Great neighborhood, no major issues/concerns. Only thing that is frustrating at times is parking and the fact that owners don’t clean up after their dogs

Don't think you want to share my experience. I see why the 3 apartments in GG were vacant and it should have been a red flag!!! We we told to install our own cameras by your team. Wow??? This is definitely not a luxury apartment complex.

Maintenance team is the best in the business. Parking is rough. Like really rough. If you don't get home by 6pm, you are huffing it from the streets or the other apartment complex's, while there is cars that shouldn't be parked in the complex that nobody deals with. Communication with the office is satisfactory. Once they get the parking figured out, easily can go to 4.

Great place to live! Never had many issues and the office and maintenance always respond very quickly. The only issue that really ever comes up is with the other residents directly. Some are just rude and inconsiderate.

Very nice area and no complaints for the other residents I share the general area with. Only issue is common break-ins to vehicles. Very frustrating. Cameras would be great, other than that it’s been a satisfying experience.

We are in the process of updating and adding cameras through a detailed project, and while it's not something that's happening today or tomorrow, please know there are actions happening on the back end. In the meantime, we do allow cameras such as doorbell cameras for resident use as long as the cameras do not point into another resident's home! If you'd like more information on best practices on installing cameras, please come to the office! We'd be more than happy to discuss!
I just love it here, the staff are so professional, courteous and overall they provide good quality service. I have no regrets so far living here.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. I do wish there were more parking spots but all the amenities are really nice the two grill areas are super cool even though I always forget it exists

It's a fairly quiet community and I feel safe even walking late at night. It's close to freeways & good shopping. Glad it's pet friendly! Neighbors are respectful, but not nosey.

its pretty good here. I love the indoor pool a lot, just wish it was open more often. Haven't had any problems with noise or neighbors at all.

It's been many years of me living here, the staff is always changing and half of the staff seem to not know what they are doing. Maintenance is great very friendly and easy to get along with. The office staff could give more Email updates when events happen.

The unit is fine, and the section of the complex I’m in is fin. The office is hard to get a hold of unless you go in there. My rent is going up ~$400 bc I renewed for only 6 months instead of a whole year with no added value to my living experience. Even if it is out of their control it still sucks. Wouldn’t really recommend anyone live here, which also sucks bc I don’t hate living here, but it’s not worth it.

Been living for here for about 3-4 months now, but compared to other apartments I've lived at, I'm not as pleased for the price I'm paying monthly. Security is a large concern, as we've had strangers hang out on our patio and take videos with their phones (caught it on our camera). Then our garage got broken into and had our personal items stolen. There's no security cameras nor improvements on security locks so it's not secure. Leasing office don't respond to emails for weeks. Best to show up at the office if you want any response. Need to keep up with what you're being charged with earlier on since they'll forget to change it.

We always advise to contact local police if you experience any safety concerns, as while we do have a courtesy patrol at night, they and us are unable to see everything at all times and do rely on residents to be actively involved when they encounter these situations. Muy lindo y en buenas condiciones. Muy buena atención y se ve buen mantenimiento. El tope de la cocina me parece muy sencillo y me gustaría que los electrodomésticos fueran un poco más modernos. El piso tiene unas pequeñas rayas que no se vio en el chequeo que se hizo al momento de la entrega.

We have lived at The Becket for 6 months and from the tour time to move in and during our stay, staff I has been friendly and kind. Maintenance goes above and beyond and is prompt to respond. The grounds are beautiful and maintenance is really the key to the apartments! The ladies in the office are always so nice and knowledgeable, it gives you piece of mind when staff cares about their residents. I currently live here and it’s not terrible apartments but the biggest thing is parking. There is almost no parking whatsoever and cars get stolen/vandalized from here all the time. I had mine stolen from off the property and they wouldn’t do anything about it or help because they said they it’s not on them. There is no CCTV and security is barely there. As much as we pay they should be doing something about all of this. Also don’t expect the pool to work half the time and the walls are very thin. My neighbor is so loud and constantly slamming doors or arguing with someone. If you need a place to live I guess it’s not bad but there is definitely room for improvement.

We regret to hear about your experience and wish we were able to prevent crime. We do have a courtesy patrol that makes random patrols throughout the night, however, they are not always able to prevent or witness activities. The pool has been open for a few months now, and there will be the need to close it periodically to complete a deeper clean and chemical balance to ensure the water is not dirty or otherwise negatively affect our residents.
The installation of appliances and fixtures is shoddy to non-existent. Sinks are rusty and nothing is caulked, including the bathtub. Everything shifts and creeks loudly when you walk because nothing has been installed properly. And they charge you for new lightbulbs. I have lived in many different apartment complexes through my life, big and small, old and new, single owners and corporations. I have never seen work this poor or been told to pay for replacements in the unit

The unit I live in is refurbished so it’s fairly nice. I would give it a 3.5/5 stars, there are still some things that are obvious to apartment living but they don’t make things unlivable. I put in 3 maintenance requests since moving in less than a month ago and none of them have been answered. It’s hard to communicate with the office and no one gets back to me about things, and sometimes the office is locked even when it says they’re open and someone is inside. I like my unit but the office staff is a little disappointing.

We have just about had a perfect living experience at The Becket! We had done some research prior to moving here from California & are glad we found The Becket & the general neighborhood!

The Becket is a well maintained property with kind and supportive staff. I was new to the area when I moved in, so I didnt know that the property is sort of out of the way from hot spots in the city. Had I known, I may have made a different choice. But overall, the apartments themselves are nice and relatively affordable. I love that pets are welcome here. My only other concerns are that the pool and bbq area have been closed since I moved in three weeks ago, I would like to use these amenities.
The staff has always been quick to address my concerns quick to help me resolve issues very friendly and very courteous.
Living at The Becket has been a solid experience. We would just suggest improving the air circulation and providing up to date appliances, other than that no complaints.
I love it here. Maintenance has been so responsive. The office staff has been so helpful. I have had nothing short of a great experience here at the Becket Apartments.
The Becket is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance team are hard workers, who keep the apartments working. Even during Covid and supply shortages, they found a way to keep things working.
I am proud to say the Beckett is my home because at the Landscaping the new paint job of the buildings the maintenance people and the office staff are wonderful the neighbors are very kind it just doesn't get any better than this
All staff always talks to me real nice about anything I call them about
