I have lived here 16 years. Nice place, kept up & clean. I feel safe here lots of nice people & pets. Some common problems with maintenance like short handed at times but same everywhere. People who disturb the peace are written up & asked to leave if they don’t follow rules.

I recently toured the Bella and had the pleasure of meeting Caroline, the assistant manager. From the moment I walked in, Caroline's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Caroline guided me through the beautifully maintained amenities and thoughtfully highlighted the unique features of the apartments, from the spacious layout to the large patios. The bella is a terrible place to lived unless you are homeless. This is not luxury. Everything here from the inside and outside of the apartments has problems that need repair. Goodluck at that coz the bella favorite line is we only have 1 maintenance and if its not emergency we will add u to our very long list of tasks! You call the office nobody is in there more than half of the times.

I just fully moved in a couple of days ago, and I am very thrilled about my new apartment and community. Caroline has been a tremendous joy to work with as she assisted me with my move in issues. She was very attentive and always had a smile on her face, and was very quick to resolve the small details. I was extremely impressed with her. Eli was great to meet and work with as well to resolve the issues. He was very friendly, and very attentive to his resident's needs, and that was very much appreciated. Angel from maintenance was quick and efficient, and knew how to get things done. I must say that this trio of Eli, Caroline, and Angel are the best I have come across in over 22 years of apartment living. They made me feel very welcome, answered all my questions, and took care of my issues. I love the apartment, and the complex is very clean and quiet. The residents that I have met are kind, and made it easy to acclimate to the community. I recommend this apartment complex as a great place to live, and I think you will find a very welcoming home if you give it a friendly shake. I'm very happy I chose Bella over the other apartment complexes I looked at before moving to Phoenix. Thank you Eli, Caroline, and Angel for a very warm welcome and such awesome service.

I have lived in so many apartment complex’s that are in the area, this one has none of the usual issues that come with renting. I love going into the office they’re always helpful and ready to listen, all the neighbors are lovely, absolutely move here.

Have been here 12 years. Ups & downs with maintenance over years but now doing well. The community is kept clean & looking nice. Has a great exercise room nice people & pets. I have always felt safe here which is important for me. Two pools & barbeque grill throughout.

Overall this community is one of the better communities I've lived in. There's always things that prevent perfection but other then my minor grievances the bella is a great place to live. The combination of great staff in the office and friendly similes from the residents help the home feeling. The gym and pool feel well cared for most of the time and the unit has a good layout with space for you to live comfortably.

I have had ongoing maintenance problems that have only gotten worse over time. Things have not been fixed, and when the work orders are “completed”, I have more issues still. This has resulted in water damage.

The well kept grounds, beautiful greenery, meandering paths and old tres around the property all make the complex feel like a condo community. It is very quiet and peaceful and all the parking spaces are placed in the outer perimeter.drastically reducing noise pollution. The management team is very professional and dedicated addressing any issues promptly. Considering the outstanding location, I think I am getting a good value for my money. I love my upgraded unit. I can honestly say that I have been very happy living at La Bella for the past three years.

I have been living at the Bella for few years now and have had a good time. Management has been a lot better lately and they make everything easy. Maintenance does a great job and taking care of issues as they come up. My only issues are with the door to door trash pick up which is an extra fee added to rent that is non optional. I don’t use, but am still forced to pay. I also am a little disappointed with the gym area. They recently renovated, but got no new equipment.

We I first moved here I wasn’t all that satisfied bc if something needed to be fixed, they would give me all the reasons why it couldn’t be fixed. Now, with new management and maintenance crew it is so much better. I can count on them to fix or replace something promptly. Management is very helpful and always pleasant. My apartment area is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. I feel very comfortable here.

Although the issue of not having a router and paying out of pocket for one and the maintenance requests, the staff is very friendly. They are so sweet every time I come in they have a smile on their face and greet me with kindness, so I do appreciate their warmth. The complex is super clean and nice. Most of the lights work, so those areas feel safe walking at night. My apartment was generally in very good condition regarding cleanliness and most things working. I think The Bella so far is a very decent place to be.

This maintenance team is probably the best since I have moved in, which was last February 2022. They are really trying to make the Bella a better place to live. I have seen some success in that! The Manager Elais tries hard!!!!

I have been living here for 6 months and this complex has given us nothing but trouble. To begin, this apartment was claimed to be “newly renovated” but the appliances are not in good shape and tons of knobs, switches, and doors are broken. First, my washing machine was leaking on the first day of being here and I had to file multiple service requests for matinence to show up A MONTH AFTER I filed my first request (and it still doesn’t work by the way). I have filed so many service requests over the time I have been here and I’ve probably only seen the matinence team (literally dumb and dumber) twice or three times. The matinence team will literally walk into your apartment, take photos of your broken appliances, and leave, never to be seen again. I’m no matinence expert, but it’s clear the matinence men that The Bella chose to hire are severely unqualified to be doing the jobs they attempt to take on and never complete. My bathtub had also been clogging and the matinence guys’ solution to this problem was cutting out the inside of the drain’s metal parts. When scheduling a service request I specifically noted that they must come on a Saturday to repair what is broken because that’s the only day I’m available.. the next day on Thursday I hear keys jingling out in front of my door with no notice and I panicked. There are so many more matinence incidents I could provide but in order to do that I would be writing this review for years! My final reason why you should not live here is the management. To condense everything I feel towards this management in one word: horrible. Within the 6 months I have lived here, I have seen two management teams. As for the new management- I have filed an abundance of service requests that were unfulfilled for weeks on end and have spoken with the apartment manager. He says “they are taking care of things” and “they are working on it”… What exactly are they working on or taking care of if my service requests remained unfulfilled? In conclusion, don’t live here unless you want to deal with horrible management, matinence, and stress. I am handicapped they installed bars I purchased in my shower, allowed me to move to closer parking spot when came available. I have always felt safe here it’s been a community of friendly people. The appearance is kept nice & clean, pet situation is under control. During time I lived here there have been many water line breaks with water having to be turned Off. That has gotten better.

Terrible experience since the day we moved in (the apartment was filthy, literally caked with dirt and they insisted it was just cleaned that morning. We documented it all on the move in sheet and we’ve requested repairs and accommodations with no response SINCE DAY ONE). We want out of here.

We called like a dozen times, no one ever answered. We left a message for the leasing team and no one ever called us back. If this is how they treat people trying to move in I can only imagine how they treat residents. No thanks!

We were severely short staffed for several days and likely missed the opportunity to respond to you call. Bring in this response with appropriate identity and should you decide to apply and start your lease by May 15th we will waive your admin fee.
Little bit disappointed so far, the appliance and the rooms appear to be pretty new (which I would expect considering the rental price). However, it has been very difficult to get things fixed properly.

If you want a basic living home do not think of this place. I am still here waiting for my bathroom to be fixed. They charge me maintenance fee every month since and all I get in return is excuses. The flow of communication between staff members does is not positive and that ends with you the resident not getting anything done. To be honest the Bella needs a good support team. Great location but a horrible experience period!

I’d give the property itself 4 stars and the management 0. The property pros: It definitely isn’t luxury apartments but overall very nice. It is a smaller property with two nice pools that usually aren’t too busy/loud, grills, green areas throughout the property, and a nice small gym that usually isn’t busy either. I lived in a second floor unit and loved the vaulted ceilings. It had a good layout and new ownership(2021) made some cosmetic updates too. Close to the 51, a park, and shopping Cons: windows are very thin, lots of noisy kids (2020-2021- that could have changed), and they nickel and dime you for utilities. I was drawn in my cheaper rent but ended up costing the same as nicer units because of the fees.( beyond wifi and unit electricity you get hit with a $125 monthly fee which is garbage, common electricity, water, etc). There were several incidents the police/swot teams were in the complex(management never provided info/denied they were there). Overall, the area feels safe, though. Management- horrible!! I always take reviews about management with a grain of salt but with new ownership they replaced maintenance and management and it is the worst experience. They were actually the reason we left. They were bad enough that we went through the effort of moving to get away from Jesse and Taylor. If you decide to move in to this property keep track of absolutely every documents and get everything they say in writing!! Including asking questions via email after your tour vs just in person to get it in writing. Take picture of it too as back up. Documents, renewal terms, maintenance request, etc will magically ‘disappear’ until you show up with the paper copy they signed. They will lie to your face, never follow up, etc. you will have to email and stop by the office 10+ times to get anything done.

I see that you are a past resident and moved out prior to the significant improvements that have taken place in the last 4 months. In fact our residents have made positive comments on the improvements and are pleased with effort by the new team to enhance the resident experience.
I would not recommend chooisng The Bella or any Greystar facuility. Greystar because they are a management company that seems to have very little regard for the complex lives of those who have choosen to live in the community. The Bella specifically seems to have a problem with keeping up with upkeep of requirements and maintainance. I moved in with a problem in the apartment and nearly a month later it has yet to be fixed.

It was a great place to live up until a couple of years ago. The last few years has been non stop changes with office employees and maintenance people . The property has not been maintained near as well as it was during our first 10 years at the property. We have been very patient during these past few years but it is getting frustrating, especially with the outrageous increase in our rent.

In short: messy, broken, and uncommunicative. In length: Upon our moving in, we found; 1. Glass shards on the floor of the master bathroom. 2. A hole in our coat closet (which has still not been sufficiently repaired and painted). 3. A malfunctioning A/C unit. 4. Peeling paint in the guest medicine cabinet. 5. The master bedroom bath tub having a peeling base. 6. An entire fixture needing to be replaced in our closet. 7. Spattering of paint everywhere. 8. A crack in the guest bathroom wall. Dont expect due diligence.

The new manager has done absolutely nothing except sit in his office or the community center. The pools were closed over Labor Day weekend because the Health Department closed one and the other was green. We had a water break which the manager tried to blame on the City, he left us with no water throughout the night. People were actually filling jugs up with pool water for the toilets! Landscape is a joke, the only thing done is mowing the lawns. Still have debris from a storm at the beginning of August, this is the middle of September! Dog stations have no bags, so dog piles are all over the complex. No maintenance some days they get someone from another property. Gates to parking lot haven't worked in weeks and now we have the homeless wandering through with all their worldly belongings. There is an encampment under the bridge, things are being stolen off the patios, cars are being broken into and when you report it to the manager he says 'Call the police, its their job'. People are recovering from Covid and they are raising rent from anywhere between $200 - $500+. The pictures you see is not how it looks, they were staged and people were threaten with eviction to make sure their patio and balconies were as the owner wanted. New owners, new managers have ruined this paradise

It seems like the pool is not taken care of and the water is murky. Its very dark here at night. I asked to have a light put in to the entrance from the parking lot. Every other entrance had at least one or two. They finally put a light in but it is facing the wall so it does nothing. The gates are always open and some bad things have happened here. Its supposed to be a gated community
