The Bellagio - Waterfront Marina Living

The owners, staff, and management all take pride in the property. It's cleaned daily and any issues that may arise, which is a rare occurrence, are promptly addressed. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, and the views are unreal; the owners give gift baskets to residents every 1-3 months as a token of their appreciation for our patronage. And, most importantly, I have peace of mind when I come home, which is a gift in itself. It's hard to find any other place that remotely compares to The Bellagio!

This apartment complex is really clean and has great views. The management team is responsive and courteous. Much better than others at this price point.

The Bellagio is clean with beautiful views overlooking the bay. We love how close it is to 590 making our morning commute easy. Safety and security were a big factor for us, and we are very pleased with the standard the Bellagio has kept. You pay for what you get and we are very happy here!

This is a wonderful place to live, both residents and staff are kind and caring people. Management is fantastic.

My family has been living at the Bellagio Waterfront for 6 months now and can highly recommend it. We have lived around the world across many apartments and have had the best experience here. The lobby feels like a hotel walking in the front door and seeing the waterview from the large windows facing the back of the property. We really appreciate the complimentary continental breakfast daily and it is always a simple pleasure having a package delivered to our door by the management team saving us a trip to the mailroom. Our property manager Izabel has treated us very well and is super responsive when needed. The property is practically new, very well maintained, and if you enjoy the vibe of marina life with a restaurant and pool next door, this is your place. PS-neighbors are friendly but private which helps make for a wonderful experience.

The Bellagio has been a great experience. Wonderful neighbors, wonderful amenities and great staff. The views of Irondequoit Bay are great. Heated garage in the winter is an added benefit! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for an experience that goes beyond apartment living.

I've been here only for a few months but so far the place is just perfect for me. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The facilities are very good with the exception of some small issues with some gym equipment. Other than that, it's a great place for singles or couples, and pet owners.

Moved in three weeks ago. Phil the leasing agent was extremely helpful with all my needs. Live on the fourth floor overlooking Irondequoit Bay, and the view exceptional. Entrance way beautiful and clean, staff very helpful and friendly and tenants professional! Underground parking a bonus come winter. I hear very little noise at The Bellagio!

The noise in this place is unbelievable you will regret moving in here 10 minutes after you do it. Unless you're on the top floor all you hear is the people above you stomping around all day long. Parking in the summer is a another nightmare of this place... Do yourself a favor and stay away.

My family and I had a great experience with the Ballagio Waterfront Apartments. A few key features of the apartment: amazing staff, safe environment, friendly neighbors, great schools, beautiful views. We lived in a three bedroom which provided my family a very comfortable home. Safety was very important for me as I have two small children, going in and out of the parking garage and the keypad entry made me feel very safe. I also cant say enough about the office staff, every issue I had was handled very professionally and quickly.

The apartments are well-maintained. The staff and owners are very responsive to concerns. Neighbors are friendly and the location is perfect.

I have lived here for over a year and a half. I have nothing but good reviews to put down. The summer atmosphere on the patio, the firepit, the grills, the people that live here, the owners (Danieles), everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. It is beautifully designed inside the main entrance and the apartments are spacious and fully remodeled. Price of the apartments are fair for the market and you get additional benefits of parking, free breakfast bar and pool access. It is truly a place to live and I would never live anywhere else.

Tenants often make up the greater part of an apartment development's culture, and the tenants at the Bellagio are all very friendly, warm, inviting, and clean. The facility is maintained exceptionally clean, and the underground garage parking is a great option for the harsh Rochester winters.

We have lived here since day one and cant say enough good things about it. Our two biggest ata boys go to The staff who do an excellent job keeping the building immaculate, and to how beautiful tour apartment, the view and the property is.

Bellagio is marketed as a high-end apartment complex which is the furthest from the truth. I was greeted in the first week by the downstairs tenant, that threatened to break down my door and pull out the washing machine because the noise was unbearable. I experienced the same issues with excessive noise transfer from the upstairs tenant and have complained more than 30 times. I've resorted to using noise-canceling headphones and installed white noise generators to mask the noise from upstairs. This living situation is unacceptable. Several tenants within the building had the same complaints and are planning to move at the end of their lease. Bellagio outdoor parking is shared with the marina, which makes it challenging to get parking on holidays and weekends.

cheap build, cheap appliances if they work, way over priced for you get. You can hear the people living above you very clearly. I moved in and moved out already. very poor quality.
