Property Ratings at The Bellamy
This place is horrible!!! The pool been closed all summer, recently opened a few weeks ago and it still has the same dirt in it from last year and the year before! Thy never clean the pool, the gym equipment is always done, the dog park is filled with weeds and has a cantaloupe growing, it’s trash everywhere & rent increases with no improvements

Our team works hard to provide a community that our residents are proud to call home, and it is disheartening that your feedback regarding our common areas does not reflect our high expectations. When you have a moment, we invite you to contact us in the office so we can discuss your concerns and work to improve your opinion. We appreciate your rating and look forward to speaking with you soon.
From my car getting broken into, neighbors and their music not to mention you can hear neighbors having sex yeah it's a no for me.

Thank you for sharing your observations about our community. We find them to be alarming since we work hard to establish a sense of well-being for our residents. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to monitor noise due to the shared walls of the community. We urge all residents to be mindful and respectful of each other. If this persists, we will talk to your neighbor about maintaining peace in the community. I would be glad to speak with you directly. Please contact me via email at info@milestone-mgt.com. Be sure to reference this review and the apartment name in the subject line or body of your email so that I can act quickly. I look forward to hearing from you.
I been here now going on 6 years and things that should be done you now have to ask for and when you do they do a terrible job at it. I asked them to cut my brushes as they haven’t been cut since last year and have grown so high I can’t see out my window. When they do instead of cutting them they kill them! And then leave the mess outside of the doors! I had to sweep the debri from my front yard just to get in my house! My neighbor just left it there, so they are dead brush stems sitting in his walkway. I have asked on several occasions for carpet strips as the carpet is worn out and now nails are showing! They send a company they pay for and that company tells me that they only have black but my carport is light brown and I already have light brown strips! Why would you want to put her black carpet strips in a home??!! Needsly to say I am still waiting! I amreally over this place and I really hate that I resigned my lease as I just want to move from this place. The landscape use to be nice, no trash, now you find trash everywhere. It’s terrible! Yet they do a rent increase every year, but every year the place has gotten worse! If you ask me the rent should be going down not up!

Thank you for being our loyal resident and for sharing your issues. We sincerely apologize if the upkeep of the outdoor spaces and our response to your carpet request has not been what you would expect from us. We look to feedback from our long-term residents on areas that need an uplift and we will certainly evaluate your comments with our team. As we work to resolve these issues, please feel free to stop by the office or give us a call if there is anything else we can help you with. Thank you for your patience.
I lived here for 7 years and had a great experience. Then I had to move to Georgia. When I had the opportunity to return to Charlotte, this is where I wanted to live. However in 14 months the complex had been sold. The new management is very polite and then does nothing. Most of the long term residents (those who have lived here over 7 years are moving out. And I will be too when my lease is up. There is trash on the grounds, dead trees or half dead trees, little or no grass and the houses have not been power washed in over 3 years. I only call their maintenance people when I have absolutely no other choice. Most of them are incompetent and don't expect them to let you know that they have been in your home. I haven't had my filters in my house changed in months. I have to do it myself. There are events at the club house but you won't find out about them unless you are in the office on a regular basis because they don't let anyone know about them. They charge to pick up your trash, but no one picks up the trash on the grounds and there is nothing as delightful as going for a walk and finding a used condom. They also charge for pest control but you know it isn't effective since some of the houses have had bed bugs. My rent has gone up over $100 since I moved in. Save yourself and find some other place to live.
Front office will not follow through or standby the things they tell you verbally. They will not contact you if anything goes past due after you move out and that amount will be sent direct to collections and wind up on your credit report. Terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
