Management is liars apartments is trash built in 1979 that should tell you everything.no gym no washer and dryer in apartment. Roaches and rats run the place.maintenance crew is the worst.place needs major overhaul.

Maintenance is great; every time there's been an issue or concern maintenance has always responded the same day between a 30 min. to 2 hour window. One time there was an odd smell in my apartment that I thought was gas and maintenence responded within 30 min after midnight. Best service ever!

I love living here and the floor plan. The buildings and grounds are well kept. Trash areas are always clean without trash everywhere. The only issue I have is the parking due to multiple families having multiple cars that gives limited space even for visitors to park.

I love it here, any repairs needed are handled same day most of the time, if not next day.. Office staff are very friendly and helping, and all matters are handled accordingly.. It is very quiet and security is alert and responsive to everything or any matter.. Gates are always fixed in a timely manner if broken or defaults, and pools are cleaned every weeks in the summer.. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home at the moment and I’ve been here going on 2 years.. Thank u Bellfort Apartments..
Ive been here for a little over a year and have found it to be quiet and peaceful. but what impresses me most is the attitude of caring exemplified by their staff. this point was driven home by the actions of their security guard. He had already gained my respect by his professionalism and respect he had shown to tenants, but it became personal one morning when I had a doctors appointment and my car would not start. It was the end of his shift but without hesitating, he helped me push my car out of the stall and gave me a boost. This was critical because there was no time to call a wrecker as this was a procedure where if you are late, they charge you and reschedule you. When relating this tale to my neighbors, I receive similar feelings of praise for his dedication and sense of caring for the residents.I would recommend these apartments fo anyone wanting a quiet, secure place to live.georgeserges1948@yahoo.com #115

I lived there for a year. I loved how quiet it is. A the beginning there were roaches in the sink, I thought that it was nothing. It got worse after I began cooking. I tried to get rid of them but they just never disappeared. There was also this loud neighbor that would play music very late at night, I think it was apt 1811 avoid that area if you are moving here. Cheers!!
I been here since last year....and when I first got my apartment...it had roaches everywhere!! They came out when it got dark....they were everywhere...all around the doors and floors...especially the kitchen wasn't clean at all...it was just nasty!!! I told management about it...they never came to clean the roaches out of the drawer and when u cooking ...they come out all on the stove....it's just ridiculous!!! I had leaks where they stopped but its mold and mildew coming through the walls now...the only good thing about it here it's very quite or than that..beware!!!
