I lived in the Belvedere for 1 year. First four months were great because I had no problems. Then I realized we are just paychecks to them. They won’t reply to emails, phone calls, and or in person. The emergency line didn’t even work when we needed it. I experienced constant headaches from being charged incorrectly, cockroaches, thieves stealing tires, middle of the night fire alarms because the “all-star” management team forgot to update alarm systems, and appliance failures. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great amenities and friendly staff. The walls can seem a little thin leading to some noise carryover but they make up for it with "quiet hours" being from 8p to 8a. Overall a great experience I would recommend living here to anyone.

It has been more that two months and I still not receive my security deposit. This place is a DUMP! By falsely advertising luxury, you deliberately mislead us as opposed to making an unintentional mistake. 1. Playing super loud rap music is normal here. 2. DIRTY place! Amenities are nice only in the photos. Nothing is working here. 3. Smoking in the pool area is OK here. A man was smoking a cigar next to the pool, when small kids were present. Someone smoked marijuana! Y 4. The grills next to the pool were extremely filthy. It has not been cleaned for months! The grills in the Zen walk are also disgustingly dirty and not working. 5. Our mail delivered by Fedex was stolen and the credit card sent in it was used. $1321 was stolen from us. 7. There are roaches in the hallway and the carpet is very filthy. The hallways smell so bad it makes me nauseous! Disgusting! 8. My apartment smells like strong chemicals. I don't know what that is, but I feel sick and unsafe in this apartment. 9. The fire pit only works on their website. We had so many problems in only a few days, it's unbelievable. False advertising is not how you find and keep your tenants. By falsely advertising luxury, you deliberately mislead us as opposed to making an unintentional mistake.

Do not move here if noise bothers you. Neighbors are extremely rude and you can hear everything! If you don’t move to the top floor, you will suffer every day and there is no help! You can hear EVERYTHING! I’ve lived here for almost a year and will not renew! Stomping, banging, babies crying, arguing, dragging across the floor, rude neighbors! You can hear it all. Would not recommend because of that, unless it’s the 4th floor.

We are long-term Belvedere residents and have seen management changes. The current management team is doing really great, keeping the place well-maintained and secure. All the team maintenance reception and manager are wonderful, very helpful and just so nice to speak with.The amenities are wonderful and location very practical. This is a high and enjoyable standing of living, thanks to Shawn and his team.

I am a current resident here and since the new management has taken over, the property has gone down hill. I have a cockroach issue in my apartment (and I know the whole property does because I see them in the hallways too), and the response to my complaints have been non-existent. I sent two emails, left a voicemail, and went into the office to talk to someone about it because I never got responses. When I talked to the person in the office I just received a very robotic response and he just said he would print off my emails and have the office manager look them over. Never heard anything back again. This has been going on for TWO weeks now, which is NOT ok when you have cockroaches. It is not like a lightbulb needs to be replaced...it's COCKROACHES!!!! What I have taken away from this is that the new management does not really care about the current residents, they just care about filling in the empty apartments. My husband and I cannot wait to move out.
The Belvedere is a great place to call home because of the great facilities, excellency of service, friendliness of staff, and perfect location near shopping and green spaces. I moved in almost a year ago and had a great experience from the start. Morgan helped me find the right apartment for my needs; there are many different floor plans so you're bound to find one that suits your needs. The facilities could not be better. The gym and the social lounge-with a huge TV-are some of my favorite amenities in the property, but the resort-like pol area is up there too. The level of service is excellent. When I moved in, I experience issue with my AC and Nicole helped to get it sorted out as quickly as possible, even going out of her way to give me status updates every step of the way. "We want you to be comfortable in your home," she said, after the issue had been fixed. Another time, while on my way to the gym, I told Briahna about a couple things that were not working in my apartment. They were fixed within the hour, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Definitely did not expect her to get it done so quickly, but that's the level of service the Belvedere staff try to provide on a daily basis. If you work for ExxonMobil or HP, the Belvedere is just close enough and yet far enough from the campuses to allow you a easy (5 min. or less) morning commute, while also allowing you to unplug from work on the weekends. The location is great. There is an outlet mall, gas station, and a hospital within walking distance. I make use of the outlet mall every weekend for my grocery shopping, but only have to use the gas station once a month thanks to my short commute to work. I haven't had to go to the hospital yet, but it's of great comfort knowing that there is one near by in case of an emergency. Having lived here for almost a year, I definitely recommend the Belvedere for anyone looking for a friendly place to call home!
