The city of Williamsburg is like stepping back in time. Well, in the historic district anyway. Founded in 1632, many of the settlement’s original structures still stand today as museums – all of Duke of Gloucester Street is a living history museum.
Because of its long-standing historical significance, tourism has a huge presence in Williamsburg. Other attractions that make up this fully-progressive city include Virginia’s oldest winery as well as a botanical garden.
The College of William and Mary, the nation’s second-oldest school, resides in Williamsburg. Its campus is in walking distance of historic sites, award-winning restaurants, taverns, and boutiques.
Williamsburg residents enjoy a plethora of conveniences, including direct access to major roadways and public transit. For those who enjoy golf, the Golden Horseshoe Golf Course is minutes away from town.

Property Ratings at The Bend Arbordale
Everything is good, but the management is bad. Lots of residents say that too when I talk with them. They are not helpful and gave a unpleasant attitude.
Apartments are nice and good value for money but common areas have not been well maintained. Roof leaks, pool problems, grills not working.. all true. Used to be a wait list for a 3-bed here but not any more! Opened just before pandemic so bad timing but this place could be good if the owners make the needed investment.

Do not let pretty pictures fool you! Pool is green, broken grills and fire pits, disrespectful and nasty management, repairs never done, etc. SAVE YOURSELF, go elsewhere!
The pool has been out of commission for over a week with no anticipated date for it to be usable again. Gas grills that don't work, fire tables that have been unsable all winter, and staff that basically calls you a liar when you complain. This place is going to s$%t!

This place was great with the old owners (Aura) Now with the new own is VERY BAD NEWS. The pool now is green with no contractor to maintain it. The office does not care about it being fixed. They are changing all the rules about smoking pets. The Office Manager is very rude when you ask about the pool. We are not going to renew our lease
