Property Ratings at The Bend at Crescent Pointe
Moved here from out of state and a similarly priced and styled "luxury apartment". I expected a similar experience - manager and office staff who know my name and are friendly, attentive maintenance staff who go the extra mile, and a general feeling that the management company is happy I'm renting. No. Jennifer is the only front office person who is friendly at all. The only communication I've ever received from the management company are terse emails reminding residents of all the rules that are being broken. The maintenance staff is a joke. They sit around and smoke cigarettes all day on the golf carts. If you have allergies to cigarettes don't bother asking for maintenance help - they'll leave such a strong cigarette smell after they leave that you can't stand your own apartment for several days. It isn't worth what I've paid in rent. I feel like a hassle and inconvenience any time I go to the office for anything, even if a package has been dropped off. Don't rent here.
I had to find a place before moving here from out of state, and was keeping my fingers crossed as I signed a lease for a place I'd never seen (the building was so new they didn't even have pictures up yet). I was thrilled with the place as soon as I moved in. I can't hear my neighbors, besides the occasional stomping upstairs. The grounds are well maintained, and the staff is so friendly, even to my dog! The gym doesn't have barbells, but there's enough space and equipment to get a good workout in.
