Really nicely designed apartment complex, I love that it is pet friendly and allows my large breed dog. The only complaint I have is that there is an issue with residents not cleaning up after their dogs

It has been great so far! I have loved living here, everyone is so easy to work with. The continual upgrades such as the walking trails has also been a good touch.

Nice place to live. We have two ponds, and a walk way around one of the ponds thats lit up at nighttime, soon to have benches if you want to sit and star gaze or take a rest. Maintenance completes any services we need and they have great snow removal quantities when bad weather hit. My dogs love the dog run to get their exercise. We are conveniently located to stores and shopping.The office manager and her team are very knowledgeable and helpful Love it here.

Very affordable living, comes with Wi-Fi, and electricity is the only utility you have to pay. The complex is very nice and in a very safe area. Only real downside is trains frequently passing nearby but you quickly get used to it.

Really good place and very great staff and also very nice. This place rocks so so much and I would never want to live anywhere else other than here

Leasing process was a breeze the units are so cute and spacious and everyone is respectful, quiet and super nice. Love the key fob access and the app to pay rent.

So far after living at Stone Creek it’s been a wonderful place to live. You hardly ever hear your neighbors next door or upstairs. It’s a quiet community and a nice place to live with my family until we find out forever home. And the best part it’s Pet friendly!

Stone creek is a fantastic apartment complex. The workers are super nice and welcoming. The amenities are up to date and very user friendly. It’s a very quiet complex too which is a plus.

This has been the nicest place I have ever lived! The trails are great to walk my dog on, we are so grateful. The buildings are built so wonderfully. It's a great place!

The community is great and everyone that lives around me are good people. I have no complaints other than the parking lot is a little small for everyone that lives here like when you have a visitor they have no place to park

I have had a great experience. It’s a nice safe apartment complex. Staff is nice and easy to work with. There’s a new walking track and they supply dog bags and trash cans to pickup waste.

I’ve loved living here! We love the apartment so much, it’s so homey & perfect for us! The area surrounding it is also very safe & has everything we need, from Aldi & Walmart to lots of our favorite restaurants! It also has quick access to Springfield which is amazing!

The neighbors above us can be heard at all times. We can hear them arguing, we can hear every step they take, when the toilet flushes, ect. On top of that there is dog poop everywhere, even on the sidewalk and the people here let their dogs pee all over our vehicles as well. The parking lot is always full now, I can’t even park in front on my unit. Overall, I will be glad to leave in a short few months when my lease expires.

I have loved living here since I moved in. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love the appliances and the quietness. I also love how I am able to share my experience.

It was an easy move in process. The community is quiet and friendly and the management is easy to get ahold of and very professional. We love our new place here in Brookline.

I have no complaints. I love living here. However, it would be better if there were amenities for everyone instead of only some of the buildings.

Haven’t really had any issues, it’s a pretty peaceful neighborhood. I get good views from my porch and can also see what traffic will be like, there’s always parking near my building entrance.

The place is nice. Brand new apartments. First tenants in our apartment. The rooms are a little small. Would be nice if the mail box was covered. The staff is nice

We love it here! It’s so nice and quiet (accept for the trains lol) we just wish we knew more of the residents. Overall the apartments are amazing and once the townhomes are built we would like to move in to one of them !

Overall, Stone Creek truly has been an established blessing in the making of creating a peaceful, vibrant life and the community is very tranquil. I cannot wait to see the full development of what would take place for the year that I am here.

We just moved into the place. Apartment has been great. Staff have been very nice and easy to work with. And I really like the floor lay out.

The apartment has been nice. No major issues. The construction can be very frustrating at times which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall decent.

No pool, no amenities such as dog park etc. Do like the off white paint in our apartment and the lighter colors, helps make it look more cheery. Enjoy watching the trains go by every 15 to 20 minutes. Location is convenient to republic or Springfield.

This place is quiet besides the trains that come by, the staff is amazing to work with, the neighbors are friendly even the fury ones. My family and I really like this place a lot.

The front door entry system is the worst, works maybe 50% of the time and the key they give you for the locks doesn’t even operate the handle. So you will go to use the fob and if that doesn’t work then call someone because the key won’t work either. This is the worst way to get into ur apartment when the actual key for the door won’t even work. Good luck if you come home late and it’s chucking down rain and the WiFi goes out and no one is here to let you in. You will be waiting for an hour just for anyone to get there and let you in because the physical key does not work at all for the door handle to let you in.

I absolutely love it here ! Great community ! Everyone is extremely friendly and if I have a problem it gets fixed as soon as something is said! I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else !

The Bend has been great so far! It’s in the perfect location, just quiet enough but still enough going on. I can’t wait to see this community grow!

Community is really nice, the managers are really nice and understanding. Only downside is that traffic light takes forever to change lol. A lot of construction going on, kinda annoying but it won’t last forever.

Overall it’s been great! The construction in the apartment was not well done and seems to be done very quickly so they did not pay attention to details. Our icemaker is broken and there were scratches on the ground. Our bathroom door also scrapes when opening and closing making it difficult.

Have loved working with Amy and Sara. Made the whole experience easy. My mother in law is very happy in her new apartment. Thank you for helping us

Great environment. It’s very calm and collected for being luxury-style buildings. Comfortable and gives a home style feeling. Definitely suggest living here.

Wish there was a wash down from all the dirt that’s been tracked through the sidewalks and between passage ways by all the construction. They really need a power washing.

I like the property all the neighbors are great the only complaint I would have is that it took 4 months to figure out the mail box's other than that so far so good.

Pricing, well-lit and pet friendly with plenty of dog stations, well maintained yard spaces and some fields for dogs to sniff/excellent walking areas

I have loved living here! Everyone here is so kind & the staff are so helpful & understanding. So far we have really enjoyed the surrounding area as well! We have quick access to both Springfield & Republic which has been so helpful.

Apartments are nice and a good community. They provide dog ?? bags/trash can for dog ??. Which is nice if you have a dog. Internet works well.

The community is very nice. Overall I love the apartment and there is barely any noise you hear from neighbors! I also love the ponds with all the geese :) they’re very adorable and add to the overall vibe.

I enjoy how quiet and peaceful it is. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I also enjoy how accessible everything is. You are close to two towns but can enjoy the peace and quiet.

There was issues with our ESA letter and they were going to let us have our pet as long as we got the revised letter in as soon as possible. The neighborhood is quiet and there are people of all ages that live here. It’s been a great place to live so far!

Overall decent so far, a few snags along the way. Pretty easy process to get in, just ran into quite a few unanswered questions and move in troubles.

I am loving it here so far. The staff are incredibly friendly and the units are beautiful. Plus it’s so quiet here which is so different from my last apartment.

We’ve been planning to return to the area from out of state for 3 years, and have monitored available homes all that time. When we learned about Stone Creek Falls, we immediately engaged. Our experience has been everything we’d hoped. Molly was most helpful in answering questions and facilitating our application. Heather was excellent at welcoming us and guiding us through remotely finalizing the lease process. She greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. Tony has been most helpful and responsive with addressing maintenance needs. This is a top tier team and we highly recommend Stone Creek Falls.
