Every city has an “it” neighborhood – fun, funky, close to everything – and for DC, that neighborhood is Logan Circle. Named for a historic traffic circle ringed with Victorian homes, Logan Circle is beautiful, trendy, pedestrian-friendly, and filled with terrific boutiques, restaurants, theaters, art galleries, and bars. Think second-hand stores and avant garde films, dive bars and elegant French restaurants. Being DC’s “it” neighborhood, Logan Circle apartments are in very high demand.
You’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and theaters along 14th Street. If you are out shopping and want to stop for lunch, Le Diplomate is rumored to have the best burgers around. In the evening, Sotto is the place to be. For tapas, head to Estadio. Catch a play at Studio Theatre, or take a walking tour of the area’s numerous art galleries. If you want to furnish your new DC apartment, find just the right vintage or shabby chic item at Miss Pixie’s Furniture & Whatnot.

Property Ratings at The Bentley
I don't normally leave reviews for apartments. But The Bentley Apartments really exceeds my limits. Here's why: 1. The whole experience with them is just TERRIBLE! First of all, the website is such a trash. I can't book apartment tours online? Fine, I'll make a phone call -the old fashion way. Guess what? The front desk is super rude and has to ask me to call a different number to book the tour, like it's not their job to take notes and give it to the leasing office.... 2. when it's finally the tour day, I was having trouble to find a street parking spot. And I called them and asked nicely to park in their garage. I was told "no". I had to spent 30 minutes driving around the building to find a spot. Finally parked, walked in the lobby waiting for my tour and thinking the worst park is over. Well...I was wrong. I was told that they made a wrong appointment for me and if I want to see the Bentley building then I have to book another tour and come back 2 days later. Because the building is too small. So they don't have an on-site leasing office. I understand why people want to live there. the location is just great! the building is new. and the price is reasonable. But, the management team is the worst I've never seen in DC. It's just not worth it. So if you are thinking about living in the Bentley, you are better than this. Trust me!
