Property Ratings at The Berkeley Apartments
Apartments are clean and up to date. Common areas are clean and open to residents and parking lots are well maintained and controlled.
Estoy satisfecha de vivir en esta comunidad, es agradable, tranquila , se respira paz , la recomiendo
Affordable, broad variety of neighbors, responsive maintenance. Can't really complain.
The Berkeley apartments have been amazing! Quick response to have a tour to move in, great at communicating and responding to the minor issues I’ve had and very friendly every time I talk to anyone!
Besides the illogical, random use of fireworks...................... the community and work service here are good.
I feel valued as a resident of The Berkeley and am always greeted with smiling faces from both the staff and my neighbors!
I just don't like the fact that I've been here 8 months and already we have had 3 different management teams. Other then that it's fine.
The Berkeley has been a wonderful place to live! The staff are always friendly and have the answers to any questions I may have. The maintenance crew always reply quickly and make sure all parts of an issue are resolved before they close out a request. I love living at the Berkeley!
I lived here for 3 years going on for never had any problems very peaceful place to live
Fine apartment, but pool closed all summer and rent still went up anyway with no amenities.
The best community I’ve lived in so far. Management and maintenance are all very nice and professional. Community itself is very quiet very happy being here
So far, not worth the inflated price that I pay. The advertised amenities have NEVER been available since I moved in back in January, 2022. I feel like I'm paying way to much for subpar conditions and service. Lack of personnel has been the excuse. At some point, the management needs to address that issue in order to justify the extremely high rental rates.
I have lived here for two years. Management seems to have changed at least once and since then the maintenance "team" has gone from great to horrible. We have had a flooded washer for about 2 weeks with no contact. Just called and said we were scheduled for the 8th of July (it is currently the 27th of June and this problem has been happening since the 20th) through a vendor?? There used to be on-staff maintenance but the quality of the apartments has SEVERELY dropped. I will edit this review if the issues are resolved, but I highly doubt that. I used to like this complex and was expecting to resign, but that is no longer in the cards unless major changes happen, particularly with how maintenance is handled. Only giving it two stars because the location is nice and the neighbors keep to themselves.
I been living here with my kids for almost 2 years and we enjoy the understanding & nice staffs. The area is pretty quiet, neighbors do mind they're own business and friendly.
Honestly the only good thing here is the location to highway.
Es un buen lugar para vivir tiene todo lo que necesitas además el servicio es muy bueno
Super friendly staff, clean place, nice neighbors that keep to themselves.
It is a good location. We have had a lot of maintenance problems with the apartment, so definitely frustrating. Maintenance staff is always nice and helpful despite all the problems, which is nice
Good place to live. I feel like rent is too expensive, but thats everywhere. The owners of all apartments love taking money from us so it is what it is.
The building managers here are respectful and are here to help.
I am very happy here, they always communicate well and return calls right away. Friendly and helpful staff, and the location is great.
Very nice place and good environment and clean place.
Berkeley seems like a good place to live, everyone goes about their business peacefully. The housing amenities are good. It is convenient to get to different shopping areas.
It's been a great place for my daughter and i so far. We feel safe which was one of the biggest things i look for when choosing an apartment. The office staff is always very kind and helpful.
We have loved living at The Berkeley. The staff is helpful and makes themselves available when needed. The floor plan is perfect for our setup!
You don't want to live here, live somewhere else. Anywhere else, pick a cardboard box and find a corner you'll be treated better by the bums and passerbys then you would be by the maintenance and management here. Unless you're a favorite then you can break all the provisions in a lease that you want to.
I LOVE living at The Berkeley. The management staff are awesome, we have friendly neighbors and its always kept very clean. Any problems are taken care of quickly and communication is always there.
I've lived on the property since 2008, first in a 3 bedroom unit and then to a 4 bedroom unit, and love our home. We feel comfortable here, are taken care of wonderfully by the management and maintenance staff, and am proud to be a resident. I'd recommend anyone to live here!
Great community and place to live for working people.
The entire staff is very courteous and respectful. The property is always clean and tidy. I appreciate living in a well maintained property.
Do not rent here Overpriced with outdated kitchens
I absolutely love living here. The staff is awesome, the whole environment is a friendly chill vibe. They keep it very neat and clean. The location is great, cant wait to be able to use the pool now that COVID is about gone.
Nice and quiet place, Staff and neighbors are friendly. No problems with parking either.
I love The Berkeley! The staff is friendly and timely. The perfect space for us!
The Berkeley at Regis is a great place to live, and the Management and maintenance team are very respectful!!!
Lived here years ago and moved back 3 years ago again. Always been a nice apartment.
We love living here. Tenci the property manager is amazing. She was extremely helpful when we were applying for the apartment. She has taken care of everything we have needed. The maintenance team keeps up on everything and if we put a work order in there are here within a few hours. You can tell that Tenci cares about her residents and the property.
terrible...mgmt is lazy and slow to get things done (if it gets done at all). You probably won't get your deposit back and we left the apt in better condition than when we moved in. They keep the deposit for normal wear and tear (e.g. bath/shower caulk failure)
These apartments are over priced for what you get. The appliances are bottom shelf and often out dated. The parking is a joke, if you arrive after 10pm you will not get a spot. The management never returns calls and are often impossible to find during business hours. Maintenance requests take ages to get through. We requested for our door to be sealed around the edges multiple times all to have it never completed. The windows do not properly seal so expect the energy bill to match that of a 4 bedroom house. The parking lot is an auto repair shop on the weekends and trash around the complex is rarely if ever picked up. We once saw broken glass in the parking lot for 3 weeks straight in the same spot. Snow removal comes the next day after the storm and they neglect all of the top walkways for it. The location is very nice however. Steer clear from this property. It is a low budget apartment at a middle range price.
The previous managers of what is now The Berkeley At Regis let the infrastructure fall apart a little bit. When the new owners took over it was clear they wanted to raise the quality of landlord-ship and raise the quality of living. Since they've taken over, I have personally experienced a more friendly office staff, new apartment signs, repairs to the surrounding fences, quick maintenance for our dead batteries in our fire alarms, and sufficient snow removal in the parking lots. It seems, with the monthly newsletters and flyers asking for feedback, that the Berkeley is striving to change this apartment complexes reputation.
I have lived in this apartment complex since August of 2015. Starting out the management was pretty terrible, but now it is under new management as "The Berkeley at Regis." The office staff are friendly and helpful when we do have issues at our 4 bedroom townhouse. The apartments vary on quality, some with carpet, while others have tile or hardwood floor. It is in a very convenient for me as I attend Regis University. There is a good mix of families and students that live here and people are pretty nice around the area. There is a bus stop within walking distance as well. It is a good place to stay for the price since Denver housing has gotten quite expensive as of late!
There were several issues while staying at Green Leaf at Regis. On several occasions there was flooding that occurred in both the bedrooms and living room. When repair was requested the staff simply put fans under the carpet and hoped the problem would resolve itself. All year there was a useless hot tub in the middle of the complex that was never addressed. There was little to no response to the several complaints regarding all the problems. And to top it off, they hit you with all the charges for their broken facilities. Wouldn't stay here if you paid me!
