The worst apartments. Bug infested. When pest control comes more bugs show up smh. Dirty premises, walkways always have trash in them. Trash bags will be left in the hallways for days. Security gate is broken every other day.

Moving in was quick and easy I thank god for the people working in the office and the keeping the complex clean garbage is always clean people are friendly

I’ve really enjoyed living at this residence it very nice and the amenities are good as well . The office communicates well with it’s residents

I am having a wonderful time and the community here are nice but only thing is people are a little dirty by leaving trash behind but has gotten a bit better.

Quality has deteriorated within the last year.supposed to be a gated community but the gate is always broken.Mailboxes have been broken into residents repair cars in parking lot.

Great neighborhood, fairly quiet and great schools in the area for the kids, definitely love living here at the Berkeley apartments , wishing I would’ve moved here sooner.

I have enjoyed living in this community for the past 2 years . It has been nothing but great the staff has been nothing but amazing , it’s very quiet as well

The apartment residents keep leaving garbage bags in front of the door. The garbage bags are leaking food and smelling and dirty. I wish the apartment would take care of this.

Living at the Berekely has been a great experience. I love the amentities such as the pool and the gym to use throughout the year. The staff is friendly and mantience is amazing about fulfilling work orders. I would definitely recommend living here.

My experience was great once I was able to move in. My move in date was 10/1/24 and I'm a out of state move so I arrived early to get key and get started at 9:30 am as soon as the office opened but when I got there I was asked to come back @ 2pm, I was upset but it was honestly not their fault. Hurricane Helene struck 4 days prior, and they had no phones or internet, and painters had some touch up to do in my apartment. Why I'm giving it 5 stars ?? is because when I got back Amanda had everything ready, I signed the paperwork and got my keys and she took me personally to apartment and stayed the entire time as I did my inspection. That made any disappointment I had earlier go away. Thank you for such a warm welcome, and the welcome home box was a pleasant treat. The Berkeley is a beautiful place from my experience thus far.

This was the most quickest process I've experienced with moving. Most properties give you the run around. I came to visit the property loved what I saw and the staff was amazing. Kayla really did her thing by making me feel welcomed and her customer service skills were excellent.

So far the Berkeley is great . Kayla was a great help very nice . My sons love the play area that they have very convenient for kids . Also very clean property

The apartment community is safe and calm. Lots of kids playing all day long. The maintenance crew is great. They’re always on top of things.

I love this community! The staff and the events they have to keep the residents engaged is awesome! I would love for my unit to be updated more but I’m grateful for a roof over my head.

Well I liked it so far, I hope that other people behave well and do everything right, we hope that the community keeps the surroundings clean.

It has truly been nice living here. The apartment is nice. The neighborhood is great. It's really been great. It's not noisy. The neighbors are friendly. People seem to just work and live in peace. No issues. The staff are nice and professional. I have had no issues at all. I like living here

I’ve lived here for a year now and I really have no complaints. Only typical apartment cons that you will get living anywhere. It’s a pretty well kept complex. Only slight problem is maintenance can be a little slow at times.

Just recently moved in and love it. The people working are very attentive and listen to the tenets. The amenities are wonderful and so far have had a great time .

Great community nice atmosphere quiet and peaceful. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming . Newly repaved parking lots and easy access

I really like the apartment, it has a very nice pool, the gym is also nice and the workers are very attentive. I recommend it to everyone, another thing is the maintenance people come quickly as soon as you report something bad.

My experience here has been the BEST! My first impression was absolute awesome. The service is incredible and everyone super nice. Ms. Wade will make sure your home is exactly the way she would want it as if she's moving in!

I definitely enjoy living here all the amenities are well kept and maintained. I love the pool gym and hammock area as well. I would recommend living here to anyone!

So far it's been nice. Neighbors have been rowdy at times but it takes care of itself. They quiet down pretty quickly. The apartment is nice and cozy. I love the spacious closets and the kitchen.

Rats everywhere at the front of the apartment and that’s a red sign because you think that would be the cleanest area in an apartment so don’t even waste your time with the false reviews the office also does not care

I have lived here for two years and everything is great. The new management has been here for over a year now and made some really nice changes to the buildings and amenities. I do hear my neighbors upstairs but that is to be expected when living in an apartment.

I travel all over Atlanta for work so being close to 85 is very important to me. Schools in this area are good too.

My family and I moved in three months ago. Grounds are well kept, community is quiet and staff is helpful and friendly.

Great location! I have viewed many apartments in the area but The Berkeley really stood out. Staff is very nice and friendly, they greet you once you walk in and it seems like residents are very pleased with them as well. I love that it is very close to my job and not to far from downtown Atlanta. I'm pretty sure I will love living here!

I love the huge fenced in dog park. I am on the top floor and have a fireplace which is nice. Kitchen is a good size and lots of cabinet space. Living room is a bit tight for my large furniture but there is a cool built in cabinet in the living room which is awesome for storage. I also like the big pantry in the kitchen too.

This is a really nice place to live at! I love the pool area and the gym, staff is really nice and maintenance works really hard to get things done! Shopping places everywhere and very diverse...many nice restaurants that you can choose from. This location is awesome!

I have rented from Fogelman in the past and had a great experience and their high level of customer service continues at this community too.

I enjoying the fact this community is super quiet. I also like the amenities- huge pool!

This community is in a great location and the staff has been very nice to our family. We love the pool, playground and clubhouse.

Been living here for 5 years and I have to say when I moved in the staff was better than awesome. Lynn the resident manager made me feel like even though its an apartment it was my home. Well all that changed when the complex was sold a few years ago. First there was unfriendly Emily then overwhelmed Crystal and now we have Shakita who will not return a call or email. The office staff is in constant turnover. mmmm I wonder why ? The grounds are not kept up like they used to be and the maintenance staff changes every few months. It is clear the maintenance staff is not well trained and the most simple issues are problems Basically this complex has turned into such a disappointment especially for the money charged. A few years ago I would have given this property a 4.5 to 5 star rating. With this new company and staff I think 2 stars is well earned !!!

So when we moved in we loved how friendly the staff was and it seemed like a great environment. Immediately after moving in we noticed a real bug issue. We have never had bug issues in the past but we suddenly found all types of spiders, cockroaches, and worst of all: bed bugs. We let the apartment know and it took them 2 months to respond. Once they finally responded they told us that we would be responsible for the payment. Ulysses was extremely rude and spewed out "alternative facts" about if bed bugs could travel from one apartment to the other (they can) or if they could even exist in an apartment that had a tenant move out only a few weeks before we moved in (extremely possible). All of my neighbors have also stated that this is the way the apartment works, if something's wrong it is automatically your fault. Do yourself a favor AND RUNNNN!!!!

The staff is very helpful and courteous in all respects. The complex is located next to a Walmart and H-Mart for shopping convenience, and is also near various Korean restaurants and other eateries for great dining out options. It's also equipped with a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center for light workouts. Great commute to any of the businesses located on Peachtree Industrial.
