The Berkleigh

This is a truly special and beautiful property. The staff is incredibly personable and kind. I can't say enough about this property. It's in a great location so your commute will be short. Not just that but the natural beauty of the area around.

It has been 4 months and I must say downsizing from being a homeowner to apartment living was extremely scary. I can honestly say that The Berkleigh Community has made this move for me very easy transition. The Resident are extremely friendly. The leasing office staff especially Kirsten is very responsive and attentive. The maintenance can use some improving with communication, with that being said they have been effective with fixing any issues we have had. Overall the Community has been awesome to live in. We are looking forward to the season change to give more reviews of what it's like all year long.

Living at The Berkleigh has been a really comforting and safe experience thus far. The property has had many events/experiences for residents to enjoy the community and one another.

Going on year 4! Super happy with the amenities and extras that make living here safe, comfortable , and cozy! General maintenance needed for the first time was excellent service! Looking forward to 2025 here at the Berk!

So far the office staff, maintenance, and the other residents have been great. Everything is clean and well maintained. The amenities are wonderful too.

This feels more like a resort than an apartment. Beautiful building, nice people. A true community feel. A professional caring staff that make you feel at home and plans wonderful events for the residents. I would recommend you check us out if you are thinking of our area.

Amazing customer service from the leasing office. Every time I called, my phone call was answered (not my experience at other apartment buildings) and my questions were addressed.

Always a very helpful staff whether it is general community questions or any maintenance requests! Any time I have requested maintenance assistance, the repairs are handled timely and communicated effectively.

I really enjoy the movie theater room and community room! I’ve had the opportunity to host a few events for friends and guests, and this is something new I haven’t had a chance to do at other properties.

I just moved in on Saturday and so far, so good. I was surprised to receive the welcome package and gifts when I arrived. It was heartwarming to be welcomed in such a kind way.

We have loved it here! Most everyone us very neighborly. The office staff seems to really care about the residents. And maintenance does an amazing job.

Overall I think this is a nice apartment. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. Leasing office responds to messages within a reasonable amount of time. Location is great to easily get to 95. Noise level is ok. I do often hear upstairs neighbors and people in the resident areas from my apartment. For a luxury apartment I do think that some of the fixtures/appliances are on the cheaper side. The “trash rooms” are often a mess and that design should be reevaluated. Keyless apartment and garage entry would be an improvement. There is a resident calendar but the events seem to be not as nice or as involved as other apartments I’ve rented. They do have food trucks often if you happen to work a more traditional schedule. There is an Amazon hub for packages which is nice unless your package doesn’t fit or if it is full and you have to wait til office hours to receive your package. Area is well lit and walkable.

I have been living at the Berkleigh for over 2 years now and it is a nice place to live. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff take great care of the property.

I've been blessed to call The Berkleigh home for 4 years now and have truly enjoyed it to the fullest! From the tall ceilings, massive windows, and incredible views to all the luxurious amenities and the wonderful staff and residents... I couldn't be happier!

I love this place, so quiet, clean and modern! From the first step in the door to the process of the tour to the signing of the lease. Everyone was personable and great to work with!

The maintenance team is awesome and everyone in the leasing office is courteous. I appreciate the routine cleaning and the orderly weight room the horizontal bike is my favorite exercise equipment.

Really happy to have picked The Berkleigh to stay. The management staff were so helpful with signing my lease and moving in. They’re also really responsive to resident feedback, maintenance and any issues. Great community event organisation such as free breakfast or arranging food trucks really make my day, and facilities kept in great condition too.

The HVAC outage was challenging. We appreciated the regular follow-up on repair progress and the compensation for extended outage. Its an indication of the value the organization places on the quality of their residents' experience.

Great, Welcoming and More than Generous. Kirsten and Tyler were simply WONDERFUL in assisting me with getting moved in and settled. Kirsten even took the extra time to bring up two very large furniture to my apartment. What tremendous service.

I'm sorry to say that I am moving in a few months. I have been a resident for two years and I give the Berkleigh a 5 star rating. My apartment is bright and cheerful; the building very quiet for a large complex; the staff warm and welcoming. I thank the staff for a very pleasant stay.

Clean and organized place and neighborhood. Staff is friendly and so far neighbors are nice as well. Would like to see more control inside the parking lot since, i noticed drivers driving fast. Maybe speed bump will be helpful to preven any near misses.

I love my new apartment…it’s bright & airy, very well maintained, luxurious and there are so many things to do within walking distance. I’ve met so many nice people from the staff to my fellow residents. Everyone seems to live here as if it’s cheaper and not an apartment! I couldn’t be happier!!!

The building is beautiful and I love my apartment! However, I have not had a good night sleep since I moved in a week ago. There are random loud noises throughout the night and in the wee hours of the morning that wake me out of my sleep. I am not sure if they are coming from the electrical rooms or the roof. Other than this, my experience has been great.

I love it here! Such a nice building with everything I need at the palm of my hand! So glad I moved here. The leasing office staff is amazing, they helped us with every question we had and gave us all the instructions and information we needed to apply.

We moved into The Berkleigh 4 years ago and have felt at home ever since. From our luxurious apartment to the lush amenities, the excellent staff and efficient maintenance... It really is all you could hope for in a place to call home!

Everything is going quite well but I am not happy about a 445% increase in HVAC costs. System is clearly cooling when there is no need. Something is wrong though. If anyone else has similar concerns please feel free to share them. Other than this....all is going great

I’ve only been a tenant for a few days but so far I love the experience. Everyone is nice and welcoming and the apartment is really nice. It’s really like living on a resort.

It's quiet, people are friendly, staff is professional, and building is clean. I love it! The only thing I would add is a security office. Besides that, it is the perfect experience.

Staff, amenities, and overall experience are amazing. They take such great care of the residents here. We’ve been here two years and we love it.

We have lived in 2 units at the Berkleigh. The units are beautiful. The neighborhood is awesome. The service is top notch. My husband and I love it here. There is a real sense of community here.

The Berkleigh is a great community, it’s very clean with nice amenities! Chelsea and the property management staff are awesome! They’re very helpful and responsive!

Enjoy living here very much! Dog friendly! Neighbors are mostly quiet and respectful. Great amenities. pool is fabulous. The gym is spacious.

Great response rate when my washer wasn't working. They were responsive, came the next day and installed a new device. When I moved in apartment was clean and ready for move in.

Am new , but already had bad experience with the maintenance guy been rude ,unwelcoming and not empathetic towards the damage in my apartment. Asking if it’s my first apartment and walked out . Came into my apartment I opened the door for him no pleasantries or nothing .

Recently moved in. The room and amenities are amazing. Additionally, the staff are very nice and professional. They are very quick to help out in any way.
