The community is well-kept. When you submit a maintenance ticket, they usually respond quickly. I love how close we are to the stores, mall, grocery stores, shops, and electric and gasoline stations. I wish we could get a grocery store in our immediate community. We do have at least three within 10 minutes or so. I love our amenities. The staff is friendly. I love community events. I enjoy meeting my neighbors.

This is a nice property. I wouldn’t call it luxury living, but it is nice and has several nice amenities. The Maintenance team is top notch, they are quick to respond and efficient when they come to do work. The front office crew is very pleasant and make you feel at home. The food trucks and pop up stuff is always nice. I only give it 4 stars because it is not the most family friendly. Our neighbors downstairs complained about our 3 year old so now we constantly feel the need to stay on her to tip toe. And if you live on the 4th or 5th floors you pay the same amount for parking but don’t get your cars covered in the garage. It’s a nice property and conveniently located.

It has been 4 months and I must say downsizing from being a homeowner to apartment living was extremely scary. I can honestly say that The Berkleigh Community has made this move for me very easy transition. The Resident are extremely friendly. The leasing office staff especially Kirsten is very responsive and attentive. The maintenance can use some improving with communication, with that being said they have been effective with fixing any issues we have had. Overall the Community has been awesome to live in. We are looking forward to the season change to give more reviews of what it's like all year long.

This feels more like a resort than an apartment. Beautiful building, nice people. A true community feel. A professional caring staff that make you feel at home and plans wonderful events for the residents. I would recommend you check us out if you are thinking of our area.
Amazing customer service from the leasing office. Every time I called, my phone call was answered (not my experience at other apartment buildings) and my questions were addressed.

I really enjoy the movie theater room and community room! I’ve had the opportunity to host a few events for friends and guests, and this is something new I haven’t had a chance to do at other properties.

Overall I think this is a nice apartment. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. Leasing office responds to messages within a reasonable amount of time. Location is great to easily get to 95. Noise level is ok. I do often hear upstairs neighbors and people in the resident areas from my apartment. For a luxury apartment I do think that some of the fixtures/appliances are on the cheaper side. The “trash rooms” are often a mess and that design should be reevaluated. Keyless apartment and garage entry would be an improvement. There is a resident calendar but the events seem to be not as nice or as involved as other apartments I’ve rented. They do have food trucks often if you happen to work a more traditional schedule. There is an Amazon hub for packages which is nice unless your package doesn’t fit or if it is full and you have to wait til office hours to receive your package. Area is well lit and walkable.

Clean and organized place and neighborhood. Staff is friendly and so far neighbors are nice as well. Would like to see more control inside the parking lot since, i noticed drivers driving fast. Maybe speed bump will be helpful to preven any near misses.

I love my new apartment…it’s bright & airy, very well maintained, luxurious and there are so many things to do within walking distance. I’ve met so many nice people from the staff to my fellow residents. Everyone seems to live here as if it’s cheaper and not an apartment! I couldn’t be happier!!!

The building is beautiful and I love my apartment! However, I have not had a good night sleep since I moved in a week ago. There are random loud noises throughout the night and in the wee hours of the morning that wake me out of my sleep. I am not sure if they are coming from the electrical rooms or the roof. Other than this, my experience has been great.

Everything is going quite well but I am not happy about a 445% increase in HVAC costs. System is clearly cooling when there is no need. Something is wrong though. If anyone else has similar concerns please feel free to share them. Other than this....all is going great

It's quiet, people are friendly, staff is professional, and building is clean. I love it! The only thing I would add is a security office. Besides that, it is the perfect experience.
