About The Bingham Apartment Homes
In 1915, the W. Bingham Co. built a wholesale warehouse in Cleveland, OH. Over 100 years later, that building still stands, but has since been converted into apartments that provide its residents with a prime location in one of the most popular areas in town. Sporting events, entertainment, night life, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance. With the original hardwood floors and high ceilings with exposed piping, the building maintains a warehouse feel while also providing a modern look and features. Breathtaking views and unique living spaces come together to reflect the distinct downtown lifestyle that you crave. The building also offers a community room with free Wi-Fi, an on-site grocery store, and a fully equipped 4,000 sq. ft. fitness center that is continuously updated. Each apartment comes with a washer & dryer and central air conditioning. We are also a pet friendly building with a pet park for your four-legged friends.
The Bingham Apartment Homes is an apartment community located in Cuyahoga County and the 44113 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Cleveland Metropolitan attendance zone.

Property Ratings at The Bingham Apartment Homes
Really wanted to love the Bingham because of the location but unfortunately after a year, we're looking to move. Beyond horrible move in experience and no one from the leasing office ever checked in with us after. Dog park is under constructions for over 3 months, meanwhile everyone is leaving poop all around the outside of the building. They also let their dogs pee on the concrete near the entrance so it constantly smells like urine. To my knowledge, no one is actually fined. Parking is expensive and people will park in you garage spot. No tow truck can get in. Cheap carpet with nails that stick out. Always dirty in the common spaces.
Lived here for 2 years, great location, apartment itself was nice and spacious, staff very friendly as well and never had any issues. I've lived at the 9 and Flats East Bank post the bingham and neither came close to the Bingham. Would be my recommendation for downtown living.
My Wife and I spent 3 Years living at The Bingham recently relocating back to the west coast. If you are going to live downtown Cleveland, which has so much to offer, this is the place for you. Our tenure there was characterized by very professional, down to earth, accessible and effective leadership. Randa is a terrific manager that always took the time to address any issues we had either by herself or quickly routing to an appropriate team member. She always had a smile and was perpetually inquisitive about how things were going. The maintenance staff led by Steve were terrific, prompt and kept our apartment in to shape. The amenities are great with great community rooms both upstairs and downstairs that we have used to celebrate major events. There are also two wonderfully appointed guest rooms right in the building that our families have stayed at while visiting as opposed to hotels, allowing them privacy, however, very convenient proximity. There is a Constantinos market grocery just downstairs which we are already missing. It is awesome to be able to run to the grocery store 2 mins away to grab the ingredient you missed while cooking or top up for drinks or ice when entertaining. There are two large parking lots adjacent to the building meaning that when hosting large events, your guests can park and walk right up - no worries. Finally I'd like to commend the concierges, Robert, Travis, Kelley and the team who have been a constant helping with every little thing - and doing so cheerfully. Having stayed at many apartment complexes, I have to finish by saying that the tone of leadership from Randa clearly permeates the culture and has created an environment that we loved staying at. We will be staying at The Bingham again if Cleveland is in the future again. Thank You Again!
Property Manager at The Bingham Apartment Homes, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for your excellent review of The Bingham! We are so glad you have enjoyed your time here with us! We are also pleased to hear that you enjoy the location, as well as our beautiful and unique apartment features. I will be sure to pass your kind words on to everyone! Thank you for calling The Bingham your home. We appreciate you!
Update: Someone reached out from Morgan Properties to "rectify" the situation. Initially the lady had apologized. But rather than follow through with humility, attempted to gas light me for their own wrong doing. You really can't make this up. The Bingham may be nice apartments, I'm sure the staff is lovely, but WOW..... the property managers are down right despicable. Had reached out in May 8th when a listing for a 1 bedroom with a balcony was first listed to inquire on applying. Laura took 2 days to respond (understandable) but proceeded to attempt to sell me on 2 bedroom apartments. So I restated I wanted what I originally inquired about. She then ignored me for 4 days and it wasn't until I sent a question mark that she finally responded. She said that apartment was still available and sent me a link to apply for it to have already been taken. 6 days it took when the original information clearly stated I wanted "that" apartment. So then she goes back to attempt to sell me once again on what I don't want. Talk about unprofessional. Laura, you are terrible.
Property Manager at The Bingham Apartment Homes, Responded To This Review
I sincerely apologize this happened to you. You should not have had to wait so long for a response and we are sorry the apartment you wanted was then rented. This is not how we like our prospects to be treated. We are sure it is too late, but we would love to show you the apartments we do have available. There are some cool floor plans. Just reach out to us at binghamleasing@morganproperties.com. Again, please accept our apologies.
I was a former tenant of the Bingham. I was in a penthouse unit so the layout was a little different than the lofts. All I can say is positive things. My roommate was a bust but that is my fault. We looked everywhere including the Bingham at first until I learned about the penthouses and I was lucky to call when one had just opened but was being renovated. We signed the very next day. Move in was flawless and we had to wait on parking but it was no problem with the lot being available next door for renters monthly. The room had a jacuzzi, a real full size jacuzzi tub that was what won me over immediately, this was the real deal and it is by far the best tub I have ever experienced. Many books and articles were read in that tub. Giant balcony that was the envy of everyone I knew. A killer view of Lake Erie. Stunning kitchen, amply storage place, giant gym, huge parking garage once I got my space and the best staff you can ask for. They did not seem to be corporate minded but for the residents. I met a ton of people but the penthouse people all knew each other and it was like a family. I made many friends which I did not expect as I am somewhat private but still a talker. All in all, you really cannot go wrong here, do it! Eric D
Incredibly spacious apartments. The floor plans are very open with high ceilings (mine is about 15-18ft). Short walk to all downtown sport stadiums and nightlife areas. Has a large gym for an apartment complex consisting of several machines and dumbbells 5-110lbs. Price is reasonable for the amount of space and location. Connected to the complex is an fresh foods market that has all the essentials at reasonable prices.
Beautiful bedrooms built in the Bingham bode well for Clevelander's!
The Bingham provides luxurious, yet affordable living to anyone looking to take an active role in Cleveland's nightlife. Located in the middle of the warehouse district, The Bingham is one street removed from West 6th and only a short walk from the square. However, the true value lies in all the amenities included within the building. With a full workout facility, two separate lounge areas, round-the-clock front desk service, and a grocery store all housed within the building, there is essentially no need to leave! For any young professional, or anyone else seeking the downtown Cleveland scene, The Bingham provides the best value around.
