This place is not worth it. Since Equity Residential has taken ownership, it has gone down hill faster than people can leave. They may say they are trying to resolve issues, but that is just a front to keep face. I have had issues with my trash being picked up by Valet Living and informed The Bishop. Instead of helping me fix the issue, they fined me. This comes after waiting multiple weeks of asking them to fix our refrigerator because of the circuit tripping and causing us to lose food and eventually put the food in a cooler to keep our food cold.

Where so I begin ? . Trash never comes everyday but yet we get charged no matter what !Poop in elevator and urine from dogs Hallway carpets are dirty and walls are stained and from people moving have holes in the walls. Trash chute has so much trash on the floor . Why don't the residents just put the trash in the chute ???? People renting out there apartments on air b& b . Don't know who is coming into the apartment community. Fire alarm goes off all hours of the night Please stay away. Hallway smells . Common areas are charged for electricity and why do we need to pay for people using the electricity charging station for electric cars !!!! Place is a Joke and the people running it are Incompetent.

The Bishop is a great apartment community. The tour was amazing. They have an amazing gym, roof top pool, and stylish units. They also made the move in process stress free and accommodating.

Management will fool you with being so nice and cooperative at first until there is a management change every other week and suddenly no one wants to help with real issues. Definitely suggest having legal advice when moving into here because you will have way too many issues that involve money, credit, and reputation.

The community is beautiful and I had an amazing experience with Claudia! She was very thorough and provided great assistance during the tour to application process to which I greatly appreciated! Unfortunately, after her departure, my experience unfortunately shifted after my application approval. My initial experience has been a bit tainted due to the timeliness of communication from the team. Moving is rarely stress free so, responsiveness can be vital regarding most matters but ultimately provides confidence between the resident(especially new residents) and the community team. Nonetheless, I am hopeful things will progressively get better over time!

Problems persist with no real solutions in sight at the bishop. Rent keeps increasing disproportionately to the value of staying and I can’t say that it’s worth it to live here anymore.

From my initial tour of the apartment, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I worked with Joe throughout the majority of my process, he was very friendly and attentive to anything I needed. The Bishop has so many nice amenities and is perfectly located near shopping and great food options.

Joe has been great and easy to contact. The location is great and all the amenities are well taken care of. Rangewater has several properties in the area but this one made the most sense for us.
My visit at The Bishop was incredible. I was introduced to everyone in the office. I love how friendly everyone is and the balconies are beautiful. The Bishop is definitely at the top of my list!

I could not be more happy with my decision to move to The Bishop Apartments. The minute you walk in the building staff are extremely welcoming and can even refer to you by name. Joe was especially helpful during my transition. He was readily available to answer questions and provide support throughout my application and move in process. The Bishop apartments are located in the perfect area! Everything you need, including coffee, food, shopping, are all close by if not already located in the building! My neighbors are great and property is well kept. Best decision I could have ever made!

The Bishop used to be an amazing place to live. The location and size of the apartments are probably the only good things about this place. The apartment has gone down hill over the years: it’s not clean (food and trash are left in the halls and common areas), trash is not picked consistently, unleashed dogs attack you walking your dog that’s on a leash, residents steal electricity from the halls, resident blast music or are fighting, cops are constantly on site … it’s like a bougie projects and I’m embarrassed to bring my family / friends here.

The Bishop is a wonderful community for anyone who who wants to live in Central Perimeter. We have great views in every direction and the two pools are also a highlight. Onsite Management is friendly and responsive. We've had a great experience living here.

Worst apartment I have ever lived at, don’t let the nice reviews from recent movers fool you. I lived here for almost 1 year here, the place is never cleaned, dog poop everywhere, let night parties at the lobby, the parking situation is ridiculous. They booted and towed my friends car twice even though they told me to park where I parked. When I signed my lease they told me guests can’t park inside the gate because of that my friend cars got booted twice. Now I have to get a parking pass from them every time I have a visitor, and it’s limited to only 1 pass at a time. No security at all I have seen my neighbor cars get broken into multiple times. If you paying this much for rent you better off anywhere else.

The quality of this place has gone dramatically downhill. It was sold earlier this year, and they basically don’t care about anything. Crime is high (car break-ins, we’ve seen homeless people on the building, etc. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

My experience at The Bishop has been great! The front office staff are wonderful and answer in a timely manner, and Serena has been GREAT with helping me through the whole application and move in process! It is a nice and quiet community. Publix is walking distance and every store you could possibly need is about 5 minutes away.

I hate that I am having to write this, but it seems like the only way to get a response from my own apartment building. This is the second month I have had incorrect “common area electricity” and “common area gas” charges on my bill (not included in my lease; I’ve lived here for over a year). The first time, I emailed the office 10+ times, called twice and was told management would call me back (they never did), and finally had to go down to the office to get these charges removed (the leasing agent told me they “don’t even have common area gas”). This month, the charges appeared again, but they were even higher. Another 7 emails and 3 calls to the office later (left voicemails, absolutely no responses), I have resorted to writing this review. I can’t go down to the office right now as I am out of town. I would NOT recommend this complex if you are looking to move in somewhere in the area. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat residents. On top of this, almost every amenity that was provided when I moved in has been discontinued by the apartment complex (free breakfast, black car service on weekends, Peloton Bike, WiFi in common areas, etc.). We also get emails about car break-ins in the supposedly secure apartment garages at least twice a month. While the apartment building itself is modern-looking and aesthetically pleasing, this place has definitely gone downhill in a lot of ways. Look elsewhere!

I love staying at The Bishop. The property is always clean and well kept. The staff is professional and always willing to assist. If anything happens in the apartment, someone is usually out the next day to fix it. Great apartments and great team of people.
I am a new resident of the Bishop and really enjoy it here. The hallways are always clean, even though there are not cameras, there are always police around the property that maintain the safety of the community. I enjoy the amenities and how fast management and maintenance responds to each issue is outstanding. As a single healthcare working women this place is safe and ideal for professionals who need a nice place to call home.
No one in the office answers the phone. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. Not worth the money we pay to live here with VERY limited features open and nothing being done to help anything.

The management is good. But the building is weak and walls are bad you can literally hear everything your neighbor does making your life miserable and frustrating. I won't blame the management what can they do if the building is not built properly.

So far I’ve really enjoyed my stay at The Bishop. Two fitness centers and two pools was really a nice touch for me. Club rooms and lounge areas are always very tidy, clean and really nicely presented. I am able to park in covered, gated parking on the same floor as my apartment which is great, parking is never an issue for myself or my guests. The customer service here is what really sets this organization apart from others, whenever I have an problem or concern staff immediately gets back to me & helps. Cece the community director has been absolutely phenomenal, she always promptly gets back to me resolves anything I need help with. The Bishop is only a 10 minute walk to the Marta, which is so convenient. My central air had a slight issue and within 24 hours maintenance staff came by & resolved the issue. I’m really just so impressed with how friendly & accommodating all members the bishop team staff are, from marketing representatives, to the mainfence team, and management everyone is attentive, professional, and always looking to help. That type of superior service alone will keep me as a returning tenant here.
