Poor customer service
Maintenance requests are ignored. The office closes early on a holiday weekend without addressing maintenance issues. I will be without my oven for days until the office decides to address it. And my rent is being raised by 200 dollars a month. If you like being frustrated and disappointed- this is the place for you.

Our service tech did stop by on Memorial Day to ensure your oven was working properly. I hope that we were able to rectify any concerns you were having regarding your oven. I love living at the Blake except I live alone and once in a huge while, I can use help to move things. The parking has had Bro lens but I see that you are fixing the problem. I like what youre doing to fix it with stickers for residence. The apartments are beautiful and everyone is nice. Very loaded kitchen with tons of cabinets and counter top room for a one bedroom. Very clean and safe area. Cant hear my neighbors upstairs hardly ever. Very pet friendly as well. I have lived here a year and a half and besides the parking (which I mentioned is being fixed), is a great place to live. I highly recommend it and love the open floor plan and very large bedroom.

The complex is clean and beautiful, the apartments are immaculate and match the picture perfectly. I am very excited to see what the next 14 months at this complex!!! The amenities are very up to date and the residents events are very fun and occur regularly.

Thought it did take some time for the apartment to be ready, it was more than worth it. Ive been here a week and I still feel like Im in a hotel, these apartments are just gorgeous! Plus the location is just as nice and all the amenities they offer?! The leasing ladies are lovely and try their very best to help in anyway they can. All in all its pretty amazing here!

Everyone who works in the management office has been very professional. Magali was my primary contact and she was incredibly helpful and always pleasant. The other two ladies Zee and Alisa (hope the spelling is correct) were also very professional and helpful in my move in. The day I received the keys to my apartment Magali was waiting for me with my keys, walked me to my apartment and presented me with a welcome gift. I felt so welcome and it made the wait for my apartment to be finished worth it.
