My partner and I just moved here from Boston. We were down over the summer for a week, and loved it so much, we moved here two months later. What attracted us to this community first, was the fitness center. We are both avid "CrossFitters", and this place has just about everything we need. The location is also amazing, with the Metro just a block away, and many trails to bike and walk. Lot of really good food options are just blocks away too! Highly recommend this location to anyone.

We have been at the Blockyard for almost a month and so far we love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the few small maintenance tickets we’ve filed have been addressed and taken care of in less than 24 hours. The amenities are great and well kept. Plus, we’ve met some incredible friends who luckily live here too! The majority of residents seem to be young professionals and a few families. The general vibe is respectful and relatively quite given how large of a building the Blockyard is. Hoping the trend continues as more people begin to move in!

The move in here has been so easy. Every member of the staff from maintenance to the leasing office have been helpful. I had a couple minor tweaks that happen with moving in I put in a request at 8 pm at night and it was repaired by 9 am the next morning! Loving the remote work room set up that is available to residents its a nice break to get out of the apartment.

One positive experience I had at Blockyard Apartments was during one of their community events. They organized a barbecue night where residents could gather, socialize, and enjoy some delicious grilled food. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with people of all ages participating. The event was held in the common area, which was beautifully decorated with fairy lights and picnic tables. There was a sense of camaraderie as everyone chipped in, bringing side dishes and desserts to share. It was a great opportunity to meet my neighbors and build connections within the community.

It has been really great since we moved in, just a bit chaotic with delays on construction but besides that all good. Urgency for request could be better as we have asked for things to be done and then not gotten too much of a follow up.

So far, I really like the apartments, but there have been a few issues with delays and my key is not working yet so I can't realistically give 5 stars, but despite the troubles everything looks beautifully made and I am excited to live here.

The place is gorgeous and it's so quiet and chill. Everyone I've met so far in the office has been incredibly nice! Already love it here!!!!
Staff is always kind and helpful. Very nice amenities that are well kept. The apartment is very safe and in a great area. My apartment is the permit for me, I love it here. The only complaint I have is charging visitors for parking.

So excited this place is finally open! Great location and move in was super simple. Still waiting on some of the apps to get up and running but thats expected for a brand new apartment. The only thing im concerned about is the lack on handicap spots available

Attention to detail and for a very reasonable price. Location is also expanding and is within close range to the best that Austin has to offer. I didn’t expect to be moving into a luxury apartment, but that’s what it feels like.
