I submitted an emergency issue in a Saturday around 4 pm and maintained staff arrived an hour later. Inspection the sink and walls and went upstairs apartment to check if they found something there. They were very nice and professional trying to figure out the problem. I mentioned that I had reported months ago that the kitchen light was out for a couple of months and the bulb on the laundry room was out as well, the lady right away responded that she will replace them on Monday. On Monday I communicated her that I had forgotten to mention the bulb on the oven was not working either and she took care of it as well. When I came back from work I have all the lights working! I was so pleased at her job she is the best!!! I always see the maintenance staff early in the morning around 6 am working so I appreciate them.

Good area and good location right in the middle of Castle Rock, but don't expect mail security in side the main building or at the boxes because the door barely latches and people don't get their packages so they can't be secured in the metal storage. Lack or maintenance for grounds, residents have had to shovel snow on their own to get to parking lots in the winter. For the price I pay I would expect small quality of life things to be handled and not worry about them.

Enjoyed living here, it's close to a bunch of small hiking/biking trail. The staff are very responsive and always send updates on what's going on in the community! There was a small fly problem this past summer, but they were able to take care of it.

The Bluffs at Castle Rock is not a very nice place to live you can hear every little noise, dumpsters are constantly full and has old furniture piled high behind them & never gets picked up, the lighting in the common area is out all the time, and there are rodents every where. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE BLUFFS AT CASTLE ROCK TO ANYONE!!

Unfortunately, due to severe snow conditions, the trash vendor was unable to come out for a haul. However, we are glad to report that they have since been to the property and picked the items up as a separate haul was scheduled once the snow had melted. Additionally, the maintenance supervisor just replaced all the lightbulbs in the building. Due to the location of The Bluffs being between two fields, we are aware of potential pest issues, so the team is proactive in mitigating this and has a pest control vendor who comes on Fridays. If there is anything else we can be of assistance with, please do not hesitate to let us know in the Bluffs at Castle Rock leasing office. So far, so good. I just moved in a few days ago. Management and maintenance staff is very responsive and handles everything in a timely manner. Property is clean and well kept. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. So far no complaints and I feel comfortable here.

I have had a great experience with staff and maintenance. The grounds are always kept clean. I have not experienced nor witnessed loud obnoxious neighbors. The apartments are cozy and renovated with up to date appliances. We are happy and feel safe living here.
I wasnt sure if my call would be taken care of during the pandemic, but maintenance responded when they could and now the broken window has been replaced and they did a great job!

The pool and playground are fun for the kids. The office staff is nice and try to respond quickly to any requests. They also check up to see if the requests are handled satisfactorily. The maintenance staff is friendly and capable of performing the tasks given them. If they cant solve the problem then they get the help needed.

The staff are always professional and friendly. Also, work order requests are completed in a timely manner. Overall, my experience at The Bluffs at Castle Rock has been excellent!

Fees and rude girl in office. They literally do not care if a resident leaves or not. The whole market rent scheme allows them to treat you any kind of way because once you sign the lease they have you. Read the lease. There is a package fee a maintenance fee and you will pay for the electricity for the apartments as a common area fee. 300 pet fee not a deposit a fee plus a 300 deposit. 30 pet rent and the dogs are loud and they poop everywhere. On the back side it’s like the ghetto. Looks nice in the front and from the interstate but they do not clean up the back. I am 5’9” and I can reach up and touch the ceilings. You can hear people on the toilet above and below you. Stay away. Listen to the reviews. I was in a hurry and didn’t read the fine print and screwed myself.
This complex is the most unorganized & unprofessional apartment complex I have ever lived in. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They have temp workers that work there for one day and have no idea what is going on. They over billed me THREE times. I scheduled maintenance appointments 4 separate times and no one ever showed. My final payment I went in and wrote them a check and they LOST it and reported it to the creditors which messed with my credit. The manager is the meanest woman I've ever worked with. I have been ripped off because they add random fees into your bill. I know of so many people that have moved out because of management. Save yourself and live somewhere else. It's not worth the headache!
So me and my girlfriend were planning on getting a apartment here. We even got raises and did a lot of work to meet there income requirements. After trying and achieving that, they decided to raise rent for the apartment again so we could not afford it. This place is ridiculous and unprofessional and would never encourage anyone to live here

Contrary to your statement, we do our best to ensure that our price points are fair for our offerings and fair for our residents, both current and prospective. We also have to keep our prices in-line with those of the general market and increases in the market price directly influence our costs. **WARNING** DO NOT sign a contract here! I was forced into a position where I had to sign a full year contract when I only needed a 6 month lease and it was perceived that at least I was going to be getting several amenities... Could not be more FALSE! The pool heater has been broken since May when the pool opened and it so cold that I had to stop letting my young son go in and the front office has continued to lie about when it will be fixed. My front door has such a large gap in it (they were told and did nothing)that spiders constantly creep into my apartment and one even bit my dog where she had an allergic reaction and I had to bring her to the VCA ER!!! The "dog park" is outlined with broken fence and dogs have gotten out and onto the main road, and my dogs personally have been attacked by other dogs getting out of the dog park-- yet the administration doesn't seem to care at all and I was told "then don't take your dogs". Whenever you try to write an email or get any communication in, it is blatantly ignored!! The sidewalks have safety hazards everywhere, the Community maintenance fee is constantly rising --even when work isn't being done, there are broken garages that sit like that for months, they yell at kids for drawing with sidewalk chalk, they are constantly changing what the "rules" are at the pool... The place is a dump and its run by inconsiderate, unprofessional staff.
I have not had air conditioning on and off since April 30th. The manager, Shanell, doesn't care even though she knows my young child has asthma. They have put a "band aid" on the AC many times but nothing has fully fixed it. She also refused to compensate for it. Her words were "you pay for a roof over your head sweetheart, not air conditioning." This place is garbage, many other residents have had ac issues as well.

Take a great location, close to everything you need, without the heavy traffic; a management that cares; numerous property upgrades; animal friendly; along with a feeling of being 'Home', and you have a place that's hard to leave. I've been here 6.5 years and still love it!
