Property Ratings at The Bond
This place is really great. I love living here because everything is clean and tidy. Basketball area is the most beautiful place. Views from the 6 floor opens panoramic view to south side of the park and makes it super cool.
One of the best communities to live in Greater Seattle area. I am a happy resident here for 4 years. The help provided, proximity to sammamish lake trail, maintenance of amenities are second to none. The one thing that make my rating 5 star would have been to have better HVAC in top floors. Otherwise, it's an excellent and secured community to live in
I am very happy to live in this community and excellent service provided by the managersIt's a very quiet community, I recommend it 100 percent
Well maintained, with an upgraded dog park recently. The neighbors and employees of The Bond have been pleasant and this neighborhood is amazing!
Very pleasant and beautiful stay . Enjoy the friendly atmosphere around the apartment. Management also very good in organizing events to keep the residents happy
My community is clean and quiet. The various activities in the office always make us feel warm. The office staff always smile at us, very enthusiastic and loving.
Reyna and her staff was very helpful with the move in and continue to be helpful months after the move in. Easily the best place I've lived in Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue Area. The place is clean, quiet and everyone treats each other and the area with respect.
Great location accessible to dog parks and very well maintained apartments. Friendly neighborhood! Just moved in 3 weeks ago and loving this move in.
It has been incredible living at The Bond for the last 4 months. Greg is Amazing and sorts out any kind of issues we have or responds to our concerns Immediately!
Really pleasant place to stay. Very friendly and happening community events hosted by the bond management. Very clean and welcoming community.
Fantastic team on site, always willing to help in whatever way they can. The amenities are great, as well as location. Gym is small but mighty, area of native foliage to take an easy stroll. No bugs, neighbors are pretty quiet, regularly cleaned hallways and facilities. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it is at the top of our budget and they are increasing rent next year as well. If you’re willing to pay a bit extra for accommodations, this is a great space.
Location is the best! Apartments are quite spacious and has good fittings. Totally recommend moving into the bond if you are looking for a unit in this area
Very friendly and joyful community. Really enjoy staying around good people here. Love the property and the management team. Enjoy the meet up hosted by the management of bond.
The Bond is the best place to live. It’s the greatest The community is like family, staff is the best, Maintenance takes care of everything right away if needed.
It's a great complex, my boyfriend has lived here for 2 years no issues. However this unit we moved to has had 1 too many things needing fixes. Everyone that works for the building is amazing, very sweet and inviting. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to move to the Redmond area.
I am really so happy to be in this community. They always respond quick when we need them. They celebrate all occasions so well, very friendly as well.
If anyone is planning to rent here, then do so gladly for any unit but don't do go for the top floor. Top floor gets so unlivable in winter that cold will get you sick. The corridors have heaters but in winter, when corridors below top floors are so warm that you sweat while the top floor corridors are so cold that you freeze. Apartments in top floor are bad with freezing temps and with small heaters that come fixed in the unit barely provide any warmth and the temps inside struggle to get past 66-68. I lived in this community for 4 years now and for 3 years it was in the middle floor and I enjoyed my stay. Its so unbelievable that a day of sub-freezing temperatures froze the plumbing in my unit when 30-year-old apartments all around have no such problems in the top floor. Please do not attempt to take any rental in the top floor, Sub-standard construction material used is to blame for this nightmare. All other floors are fine but the top floor.
I looked at several places in the area and this was hands down the best spot. From the staff to the location it can’t get any better! The only things I’d change are moving the dog park to a lower elevation and sometimes the water or trash room have an unpleasant smell.
As a resident of The Bond Apartment, I have thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience it provides. The well-designed layout offers a cozy living space with ample natural light. The modern kitchen and appliances make daily living a breeze, while the in-unit washer and dryer have been a time-saver. The building's amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a communal lounge, have enhanced my lifestyle. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. Maintenance and management have responded to any issues that have arisen. Overall, my experience as a resident has been positive, and I appreciate the sense of home and community that The Bond provides.
Our experience has been great so far! Lovely neighborhood, great amenities & responsive staff. Location is great for families with children and dogs. Close to parks and grocery store.
Love the location, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the site is always clean and well maintained. First apartment I’ve ever liked living at.
The amenities and location are fantastic, I’ve never lived somewhere so clean, organized, or friendly. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are accommodated and happy, and they even have valet trash! Having a dog park on property is really nice when you wanna go off-leash or not trek too far when it’s cold. And if none of that convinces you, the apartments are spacious, thick walls, and big beautiful windows overlooking the Marymoor park. So 10/10 would recommend.
I love l love living here, and the staff is amazing. Reyna is on top of the world. If I have a problem with the apartment, it is solved right away . No waiting. The Bond is the best
The management is excellent. They respond promptly to any maintenance requests and handle them professionally. However, you need considerate neighbors all around your unit because the walls are very thin.
I am a recent new resident that moved from out of state. Reyna made the process so easy. The location is gorgeous and it doesn't feel like you are living in a city. I haven't heard my neighbors at all. The amenities are great!
The staff is super sweet here and the location is hard to beat. The apartments are priced appropriately for the area and interiors are very nice and new!
I Just moved in and I love this place! The staff is great and the building is immaculate if your looking for a new place to live I highly recommend The Bond.
The Bond is a very nice apartment complex, located in a great location and for the most part I'm pretty happy with the experience. I typically don't comment on the 'good' parts because that's the way things should be, so don't take my negative comments below to indicate that everything is wrong here, it isn't. With that said, I've had a few run-ins with the management over issues that shouldn't have been issues, I've had some faux pas where my lease dates were screwed up, or so it seemed. The parking fees are excessive, the mandatory personal garbage collection service isn't needed, isn't run well, yet it's a mandatory fee. Considering the fact that The Bond isn't exactly cheap - none of these issues should be in place, IMO.. thus the 4-star rating. If these issues weren't there - it would be a solid 5-star review.
Overall a good place to live in but can improve upon different factors such as the gym, it can be better ( currently its just three equipments), parking is very expensive. The road within the community is really narrow which has caused accidents within the community!
Living at The Bond has been excellent! The location hits all my needs in terms of livelihood and recreation. I've never had a bad interaction with a resident or staff member. Moving in was very smooth and the amenities here are great. The management team is friendly and welcoming.
I have lived here for over a year now and I absolutely love it! The apartment, leasing office team, quick turnaround time with any maintenance order. Highly recommend!!
It's clean and safe. It's very close to various supermarkets. There's a big river nearby for swimming. It's very convenient for the kids to like the basketball court. The neighbors are very high-quality and polite. The employees in the office are very enthusiastic.
Quiet, nice amenities, great location, but lack of guest parking and gym facility lacks heavily. The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful, though.
New building, friendly and responsible management, great location with easy access to the highway, grocery shops like Costco and Trader Joe’s, quite neighborhood
The community is located at awesome location. Its close to Sammamish lake trail, marymoor park and in the middle of all stores. The staff is extremely helpful and always go out of the way to help. The community is secure, maintained squeaky clean and apartment layouts are the best. If the owner could add air conditioning to the units especially for the B units that are exposed to sun all the time and next to the main thoroughfare, then there will be nothing else needed for this great community to thrive
Friendly staff, up to date on events/news (building maintenance or troublesome issues) and on time with maintenance. About a year living here and it’s been a pleasure so far.
The community is well kept and neighbors are great! Close to the park and trails and a quick walk to downtown! We have had a great experience with the leasing office, always quick to answer questions and maintenance is very on top of keeping the community clean and working. Super dog friendly!
We love Bond and Vanessa and the staff are so great! We ended up finding a house Sunday. It's perfect for us and what we were hoping for! If we ever find ourselves moving again, I will one million percent keep the Bond in mind. It's so beautiful, ya'll are wonderful, location is great and the layout of the apartments and materials are gorgeous. I will miss living there!
I moved to downtown Redmond just over a year ago. Over that year, my secluded building had three new construction projects kick into overdrive around it. I was dealing with construction traffic and noise, eyeing a future where street parking for guests wouldn’t be available. Any view I had initially had was also sacrificed to new construction. Not to mention commuter traffic that multiplies the population of the downtown area. That got me looking around for somewhere that might give me a bit more sunlight and protection from the bustle. But I didn't want to live too far from downtown Redmond, as I’ve always liked its vibes and restaurants. I put my Bond apartment on hold the day I first toured it. With the complex being new, I got super early pick of the perfect apartment for me. I have a nice view through all my windows, unblocked by neighboring buildings, and even into Marymoor Park. It was explained during my tour that the Bond owns some surrounding property, and with the apartments to our north being fairly recently built, we're guaranteed to not have any neighboring construction for many years. This combined with Marymoor to the west reassures me that my sunlight and view will remain in-tact for as long as I choose to live here. I’m also surprised to report I’ve honestly yet to have a single issue trying to leave or pull in on E Lake Samm. Walking to Whole Foods is a bit of a trek, but it’s certainly doable if you like to get some steps in and don’t have too much to buy. The only inconvenience I've found is that it isn't 24/7, but in late hours of the evening when there's no traffic, QFC and Safeway are only a five-minute drive. I've also done the walk into downtown Redmond a couple times, and while it's not for everyone, it's certainly achievable on days when I'm not in a hurry. The proximity to Fred Meyer and Target has also been a treat, with both being open late and having most things I ever need. My time downtown also taught me to prefer recreational walks over carrying things. I'd much rather drive by the grocery store on my way home, then have time to walk through Marymoor a bit, especially since it’s not very busy on this end. Overall, I'm very happy with the move. I still feel like I have access to everything I need, but I don't feel like I'm having to sacrifice on comfort in the name of convenience. I'd recommend it to anyone who feels a little crowded in cities, especially as downtown Redmond continues to grow more by the week.
