So I wanted to write a thorough review because there are for sure things that need to be addressed by the apartment complex as well as inform others what they are going to be living in. Pros: *The people in the leasing office are always trying to do their best and help out with whatever issue you have, as well as super friendly and helpful. They have helped me with many issues and were very apologetic about things. I understand they have minimal control over things that are listed in the pros. They put on events to support the community which is nice. *The way the buildings are structured makes noise minimal and ensures you’re living around others who have similar lifestyles. There’s a lot of space in the one and two bedrooms which is super nice for the price. *The price is relatively what you get - for Woodbury, it’s a steal. *Spacious apartments and storage. Close to everything. Felt safe for the most part. The appliances are nice depending on the building. CONS: the buildings are livable and you get what you pay. *The company hires the absolute worst vendors to install and remodel things. They don’t care about your things, they leave a mess, and they do a horrible job on remodeling. The remodel for the apartments and leasing office took an absurd amount of time and went way past predicted date - I lived here for a year and a half and the amenities were closed for over a year. *The buildings: depending on where you are, some of the buildings smelled awful. They do not deal with the pigeon problem, therefore there is pigeon poop all over the entryways. There is water damage all over the ceilings, which are only patched by paint. They do not monitor the smoking police as they should because my unit smelled like incense the entire time, as well as marijuana coming through the building. *The complex spent probably a lot of money remodeling the leasing office, but fail to recognize where they should actually be putting their money in order to make the buildings match the fancy leasing office. Our main building doors lock was broken for weeks, and then supposedly fixed but then broke again. Again, money has been spent to make these buildings appealing, but the prioritization is skewed. They spent money on new grass for the leasing office, but the landscape around the buildings are patchy, full of weeds, and poorly maintained. *The amenities in the apartment were sub par - the installation of a smart thermostat seems great until you realize there is not c

I have lived here for 18 months and absolutely love it here. I am in the leasing business as well and the staff here are super friendly. If you have any maintenance issues they are taken care of right away. Their community room is great, I have had 3 baby showers there. I plan on staying here for a long time and would recommend this complex to any one.!!

This was my first apartment when I moved from Rochester MN to the Twin Cities to begin my new career. My apartment was clean and well-maintained. Neighbors were friendly and everyone seemed to WORK so there were never loiterers hanging around with nothing to do but look for trouble. LOVED living here! There were deer frequently right outside my patio door munching on apples from the apple trees. The complex is located at the end of a dead end road on a small lake. It was very nice to come home after a hectic day to this calm and quiet location! I lived here a little over one year Feb 2015- June 2016 and would have stayed much longer if my work didn't move me way over to the west side of the cities. I never made use of the swimming pool, but it always looked very clean! Tara, who is the manager, is awesome. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Oh, and when I moved out, I received all of my deposit back without any hassle whatsoever. Though I DID take care of my place and cleaned it nicely when I moved out:)

The Woodlands Apartment have a lot of complementary amenities to offer. The staff is friendly and helpful; easy to communicate with. A lot of pride is taken in the building upkeep and ground maintenance.
We have been living in this apartment for a little over a month now. The staff is very friendly and very quick to fix problems. Our sink was leaking and they had it fixed in one day. The workout area is nothing special but has 2 treadmills, free weights, an elliptical machine, cable tv, and free wifi. Parking is on first come first serve and that is the same for your guest. You don't have to pay for parking and all apartments get there own garage, so if parking is ever an issue you can parking in a garage. The high way is very close to the apartment but it is a noise you get used to and I can't even hear it when my windows are shut.
Great visible pictures of areas. Had a lot of information to share that answered a ton of my questions. easy to find what you are looking for on this site. love it! it was a great experience searching for a future place.
The apartments are fairly good sized. Any maintenance issues are swiftly resolved. The aesthetics good definitely use an upgrade.
The office staff is very friendly! I felt welcomed right away! This was the first apartment I looked at, and knew right away it was the one. You have kids? Great if has a little playground and outdoor/indoor pool you and they will love. I move in next week!
