East Shreveport begins along a bend in the Red River, directly across from the Red River National Wildlife Refuge, providing locals with easy access to boating and fishing. I’ve lived at the boulders for 4 years now and there’s a reason I’ve never left! The apartments are updated with all the amenities and for a decent price. The staff is always available in the office or through email. The maintenance team is also very responsive and will help with anything you need. I feel very safe here and have loved it!

Great place to live and in the perfect area! The staff in the front office is always ready to help and the maintenance crew is unmatched!
I love living here, I feel like we have a community party at the pool during the summer and we always have get togethers at the club house. If you’re looking for more than just an apartment, this is the place for you.

I moved in about a month ago and wow, I could not have made a better choice! Safety was something that was at the top of my priority list, and I feel completely safe and comfortable walking around boulders given the measures they go to give you safety. Upon move in, my apartment was spotless and maintenance is super thorough, even giving me a tour of how to use the appliances! Never have I ever had an apartment complex do this before. Love my new home!
Do yourself a favor and save money and go rent in a different place. The apartment looks nice but once you move suddenly you will be charged “accidently” fees that you don’t need to pay. The pool is mostly closed; after you will finish the contract you will be charge 30% more. They don’t have an equal price and my neighbors paid Mach less for a larger apartment even before I want to month to month. Do not fall in the charming smile of the front desk girls; ones you have a question that they not have the patience to answer you will get disrespectful attitude includes eye rolling. As soon as you want to leave- even if you leave the apartment in a better condition you will receive a bill with disproportionate fees without any justified and specific explanation written in the contract. To conclusions, the price is to high for simple apartment, the service offered most off thr time closed (pool) The stuff is very rude. I hope I help.
The only reason I’m giving this complex one star is because the maintenance staff is excellent. They’re always available and fix anything the same day. The on call officers are also amazing and respond noise complaints immediately. That being said I’ve lived in apartments for the past 7 years and have never paid this much rent and had to deal with so much noise. I’ve diacussed my concerna with the staff and they were very condescending and VERY rude. I live near the car center, people use the vacuum that is obscenely loud at ALL hours through the night and morning. I’m constantly waking to the sound of the vacuum and children crying. I politely asked if they could implement some type of rule to be courteous of the people living around the car maintenance center and refrain from playIing loud music and vacuuming after hours. I was told very aggressively “you’re the first person in 5 years whose complained about this, were not putting up a sign”. Horrible horrible staff and VERY loud complex. I live in a two bedroom apartment and there is no room in my apartment where I can go to escape the noise. Hands down the worst complex I’ve ever lived in and I have lived in quite a few. I will NOT be renewing my lease and I would’ve broken my lease if the opt out clause wasn’t outrageous. Would highly suggest living somewhere else, most definitely NOT worth the price you pay. You are NOT paying for service.
My apt was spacious and very clean. I loved the amenities. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to similar reports that staff is rude. Steve and his maintenance crew are the only Godsend when it comes to staff. The office managers are incompetent. When you walk into their offices (with the exception of sweet Brittany) its like entering KKG sorority. The women are unprofessional and gossip all day (in front of people). They cannot answer simple questions and deflect all accountability of their jobs back onto tenants. If someone double parks your garage (which has happened) they will claim they cannot get involved. You have to just wait stuck. They lie and say things are laws so they can pretend to be helpless to answer complaints. They never seem to calculate balances correctly if there is any abnormality in your rent. They lack humility and when something occurs abnormally, they never give explanations that could help the tenant to fix the issue. e.g. my check bounced on 9/3. They received notification that day or the following per their website. They could not tell me which account was in question. They left a door notice 9/5. After I saw it 5:00 pm I went into the office and explained this was not enough time for me to get their requested cashier's check. They would bill me a total of 75 dollars if I could not meet their deadline of 530pm 9/5. They would not grant a fair 24 hours. They said "it's out of our hands, it bounced today and our rule is the 6th and we cannot make any exceptions by law." They did not give until the completion of 9/6. They have refused to replace things that are health hazards such a pee stains on a toilet seat that would not come out. When I went in to pay my rent for the overdraft, they told me I was deficient and it was not their problem. They also accused me of being too close to the girl who was showing me the bounced check transactions, and told me it was inappropriate to look over her shoulder at the desk (when I was called over to do that). Also the a 3rd party bystander staff told me that it was rude for my dog to be near the staff member helping me. This girl said she actually didn't mind my dog multiple times, yet Caroline again likes to feel in control as a fresh out of college grad. I would like to point out that my dog loved that staff and always asked for pets when we went in. I do believe that was a mean girl attempt to deflect and make me feel less adequate. Very rude! Run to a better place like I did.
Only Apartments in Shreveport I would choose to live at. Friendly staff and neighbors. Great location also.
Theses apartment are really nice. The lease consultant was not so nice. She was a bit rude during the showing and used her assumptions as to if I would be able to afford the rent.

The neighbors you will meet are military individuals, medical/dental professionals, students, engineers, and businessmen in their 20's to 40's from all over the world. This is a place where you can make a lifetime worth of memories.
