Often regarded as Cincinnati’s most desirable neighborhood, Hyde Park is picturesque with charming historic homes and spacious tree-lined streets. At the center of the neighborhood lies Hyde Park Square, teeming with more than 175 unique shops, galleries, and restaurants for residents and visitors to explore.
In addition to Hyde Park Square, the neighborhood is known for containing the Cincinnati Observatory, a National Historic Landmark (and fully functional observatory) that’s home to the world’s oldest telescope. Hyde Park is also convenient to the expansive Ault Park, which is revered for its historic pavilion, lush gardens, and scenic trails.
Hyde Park fosters a sense of community with an array of exciting events, such as the annual Hyde Park Art Show, Hyde Park Blast, and the seasonal Hyde Park Farmers’ Market. Located just five miles from the heart of Downtown Cincinnati, Hyde Park offers residents easy access to all that the city has to offer.

Property Ratings at The Boulevard At Oakley Station
I cannot recommend living at The Boulevard at Oakley Station. I will start with the cons of this apartment complex: Packages frequently lost or stolen - to find any package shipped to you, you generally have to look in the following areas: package room, both entrances to your building, outside of your apartment building, the front office, or outside your apartment door (if you're lucky). Approximately 15% of the things I order are stolen, lost, or otherwise never received. Very large rent increases after your first year - the renewal rate that I was offered was over $300 more than the prices listed on the complex's website. The office ignores questions about the discrepancy or claims that they have no control over rent prices (a computer program tells them what to charge). Extremely loud train noise - the apartments are built next to train tracks which are active and extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. I asked the leasing agent about the noise level while touring the complex and he assured me the noise wasn't an issue. The apartments look nice but are poorly built. My heat and air conditioning have not worked properly the majority of the time that have I lived here. I had to submit 6 separate maintenance tickets to get my AC fixed in the summer. My apartment would get up to about 88 degrees most days. Additionally, the walls are thin and you can often hear your neighbors. The pros of living at The Boulevard at Oakley Station: Walkability - You can walk to the grocery store, a brewery, and several restaurants. You aren't in the "fun" part of Oakley, but the walkability is still good. Looks - Your poorly built, expensive apartment will have a granite countertop and stainless appliances.
The boulevard is a nice apartment complex, with good amenities. The location at large is good, since Oakley is a fun place to live. Specifically this part of Oakley however is kind of dominated by Crossroads church which is a big bummer.
Perfect location , can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store and more. Has pools, gyms, parking, you pay a decent amount but what you get makes up for it and any maintenance issues, I let them.know and they are there immediately, best maintenance team (not that I require a lot!) But great to know if I need anything they are there!
Do not expect to get your security deposit back. I lived here for a year, and while the apartment and amenities are nice (albeit expensive) and Oakley is a great area for young professionals, I had issues with the staff being able to resolve several problems. Was told I should receive my security deposit within four weeks of moving out. Three months later, after numerous calls, emails, and visits to the office, the conclusion was, "that is a corporate accounting issue and we can't get it- sorry." There are better apartment complexes in the area for the value.
A lovely location with plenty of nearby stores and entertainment!! Friendly residence and lots to do! Downside is its a bit pricey overall, but for what you get I cant complain!! Definitely worth looking into.
This place is truly great! It's brand new and LEED certified (which means lower utility bills). The floor plans are very open and the square footage is generous. The surrounding area continues to add retail/entertainment venues. The future of this area is looking very promising.
