I moved to The Boulevard at Sonterra in September 2023. Apologies to them for not writing this review until now. The Office Staff here are amazing and ready to help you as soon as you walk in. The response time for a Maintenance Request is very good and the guys do a great job. I feel very safe, comfortable and am enjoying my apartment! My family and I enjoy the amenities, such as the billiards and theater, and appreciate how convenient the location is to my children's school. I’ve only been here about a week and if you’re interested in an apartment consider this one! The office team is so nice and are willing to help. Diana is a huge help, she puts herself in our shoes and understands what it feels like to be applying for an apartment. The manager is nice as well. It’s quiet at night, no loud music or people outside being loud. Maintenance works FAST. I had my garbage disposal not work and when I told the front office my issue, 30 mins later maintenance was knocking on my door! He was nice enough to ask if there is anything else he can do to help. There is a little parking issue but since I work from home I hardly have that problem. If you have pest problems the office will handle it ASAP. I feel safe here at night as well if you have anxiety with coming home late at night. I feel blessed to call this place home.

The apartment is nice. Some cleaning of carpets and things, but not bad. We had a couple of non-emergency maintenance items, and the kind staff helped us within a couple of days. The front office staff has answered our questions quickly and nicely. The grounds are kept nice, so taking walks here is relaxing. There is enough parking.
I have to say the staff and maintenance here are doing a wonderful job!!! I am so proud to call this my home!!! Bella thank you so much for everything you have done, great girl!
Stay away you better off at Sonterra blue more value for the money this place is a dump. The "manager" Renona is a joke. she's never available they used to have an assistant Gabriel that at least returned your call. Staff switches so often here. That's why I'm leaving, putting my money is a nicer place less the a black away
I lived here for 5 years. It started out great but after new management came in its horrible. At the end of my lease they allowed whomever in my apartment without my consent and they STOLE my things like my brand new $600 Dyson!!! I got one thing back my stereo. I moved out the month before my lease ended and left a few things behind but I turned off my AC completely, when I did my final walk through to get carpets cleaned and finish picking things up I found tons of things were broken, stolen and AC was at 60 for a month! My lawyers will be contacting them soon if they don't replace my very expensive stolen items and pay my CPS bill. STAY AWAY!!!!
Car thefts, car break-ins, motorcycle theft. lack of lighting at night. Front gate is always too usually broken, garbage overflowing at the front and ONLY dumpster. Trash left outside people's doorsteps attracting bugs and rodents. New management is absolutely rude with written request and complaints. I have personal talked to the manager and she is the most uncaring person I've met. TWO THUMBS DOWN
I just signed my renewal and am very happy here. I read reviews before getting my apartment but decided to go see for myself. I've been very happy with my decision and am sorry for those that don't feel same. I especially love the new maintenance team. They're always very nice and take care of my needs. Staff is amazing and well educated. I love Bella she is great with the residents. Thank you for everything .
The worst thing the complex have is their office employees. The people in the leasing office are absolutely horrible and rude, very unprofessional. They have the worst attitudes when you're not even discussing a complaint or anything with them and laugh in your face when you ask for information. You can not trust in the administration, the manager is awful and she never address your concerns, she hide in her office. And the place still dirt. Horrible customer service!!!
Communication between staff and the community is poor. Maintenance takes forever and you have to be calling every hour to make sure it get done hopefully within 2 or 3 days. It never gets done the same day.
Nice apartments, but apartment manager could be better and maintenance could do things in a more timely manner.
Apartment is in good condition and environment is nice and friendly. However, the amount of time it takes maintenance to respond is definitely not good. Leasing agents do a good job as well, but apartment manager will not respond or call back as she said she would. You have to go to apartment office whenever you need anything taken care of or done in a timely manner which is extremely frustrating; especially when you have a 9-6 job.
We moved in at the beginning of August. The apartment size and storage is exceptional, as is the location. There were a few small snags with the apartment, but nothing that can't be fixed, and immediate issues were addressed. In regards to the bad reviews on maintenance, we have had very positive encounters with the maintenance staff. They work very hard to get things done, and all have had a great attitude. I get the impression that it is a new team, and that they were sorely understaffed for the earlier part of the year. The apartment itself is stellar, and did I mention the location? It's an older community, and the mature trees are wonderful. Lots of areas to walk my dogs, and abundant parking. I love it here, I'm so glad that we chose this community.
I can't begin to say how terrible my experience was living at this place. The office staff was great 5 years ago, but shortly after became horrible and has stayed that way ever since. Their favorite answer (and seems their only answer) is No. I think thats the only training they ever received was how to put their lips together and say "No". Its probably the reason they can't get any apartments rented. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Once you're in, you're a prisoner to their rules.
I live here and the plumbing and maintnance is the worse I've experinced while renting.Months ago my sink overflowed when I turned on the garbage disposal. The plumber said this would continue to be a problem because the pipes were so old. As of this review my sink is not working again because of the same problem. When I told the front office about they said they will get to it soon. This is exactly what they said the previous week. I was drawn in by the apartment size and price but problems overshadow alll the problems. Recently they started adding stainless steel and hardwood floor but it doesn't make-up for the plumbing. Also when the above apartment runs water ( toilet, shower or washer0it sounds as if the ceiling will fall in. I'm moving as soon as I can.
Good location and is the only reason I lived here. The management is SO poor. The management team has no idea what they are doing and have no consideration for the renters. I am very low-maintenance and ask for their assistance maybe three times...and all three times I am speechless at how they conduct business. I thought this place would get better with new management but this new face-lift isn't solving the real problem. Step up your customer service, especially with people who are doing business with you. Terrible, terrible, terrible management. Learn how to do your jobs. Be cautious if you are planning to rent. There are other places in the same area with a management team that will get things done! Thats the truth.
I love how convienent the property is to 1604 & 281. Both have easy access. I also love how spacious my 2 bedroom is at a great price. I shopped about 7 different properties in stone oak and the surroundig area. This one gave me the best bang for my buck and has some of the friendliest staff members. Glad I ram into this hidden gem. <3
