Property Ratings at The Boulevard
I just moved in, but I am beyond impressed. The apartments are beautiful & well-kept and the staff is amazing. I just moved to Edmond for a job & manager, Mahnaz, has made it so easy! She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I need.
I’ve lived here over a year and I’m so glad I found this place. The apt amenities are updated and the apt is in a great location near downtown Edmond. Management is really helpful and responsive. I also love the pool and shared grilling area!
The apartments are well maintained, Safe and the neighbors are very friendly. The property manager does a great job and is always there to help with anything. The place is kept clean and is great for families.
Recent divorce and my wife left me and I had to find something quick. Fortunately I found something open at Boulevard, to be honest it was the only opening in Edmond I could find. Property manager, Mahnaz, was saint and not only got me moved in quickly but helped me so much through a difficult time. To be honest, I have a solid 6 figure income and could live anywhere I wanted, but Mahnaz has made me feel so at home and she really brings a since of community/family to the Boulevard Apts. Updates are great and they are as nice as anywhere!! It’s now my home and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks for everything Mahnaz!!!
Great place to live. Very Quiet and friendly. Grounds and pool are kept nice.
I have been a resident for 1 year in September! Just renewed my lease! Quiet, small complex! No major issues at all and they were addressed in a timely manner! My main reason to re-sign is their on site manager Mahnaz! She is awesome! Friendly and professional! She goes above and beyond to to make The Boulevard a great place to live! Besides running the office you will see her daily doing whatever needs to be done to make and keep our complex attractive! I highly recommend The Boulevard! Marcia Watson
I got a year lease for a one bedroom flat and I truly wish I got a 6 month lease... or less. The ventilation/air & heating system is trash. Whatever your neighbors are cooking or smoking, your apartment will smell exactly like that. Watch which apartment you get, mine does not have ceiling fans. So the lighting is poor and you have to purchase your own fans. I wouldn't order anything that gets delivered directly to your door if you won't be home when it is getting delivered. I had a package stolen off of my door step once so I never ordered FedEx/UPS/Amazon again. USPS mail is good because they put it in your secure mailbox. The community laundry center is okay. There are only 4 washers and dryers for the entire complex so unless you are washing at 2 AM, chances are you will be waiting for someone to finish hogging them. But they are nice washers and dryers, so that's a plus. The pool didn't open until the end of August/beginning of September. When it did open, none of the residents had a key to open the gate so we could actually swim. Some people hopped the gate but others like me patiently waited a month until they unlocked the gate for us to finally use what we pay for. There are no other amenities here. No fitness center, no computer lab, no wifi, no park, no covered parking. Pets are definitely welcomed and they are everywhere. Some are on leashes, some are not but their owners are usually close by. If you are afraid of dogs I wouldn't suggest moving here. I do feel relatively safe here. The apartment complex is off of a main street so the parking lot is pretty safe. I've never been afraid walking at night time. If you don't have neighbors who argue and play music at all hours of the night then the apartment complex is quiet.
I have been a single woman living at this location for 2 years now and have always felt safe and at home. I’m really happy with the owners and management. They are great with listening and staying true to their word. Apartments are quiet, cozy and beautiful especially with the recent upgrades.
