Champlin is a small, triangular city lying along the Mississippi River about twenty miles north of Minneapolis. The city is bordered on the west side by Elm Creek Park Reserve, a huge wooded area full of trails, lakes, and open spaces to explore and enjoy. A large section of the reserve juts into the city as well, providing those renting in Champlin with easy access to the solitude of nature. Due largely to the city’s close proximity to the river, boating and fishing are popular pastimes among locals. Champlin also benefits from a very low crime rate, well below both the state and national averages.

I’ve been living in this building for over three years now I was one of the first to move in and I love it here. I’ve had the pleasure of watching this community grow and thrive. The management team is wonderful. They are so attentive and helpful. They are always putting together fun events to make the community feel like home, There are free concerts in the park right on the river Fun food trucks are always around wonderful farmers market in the summer just steps out of front door, Also, Fantastic, if you need to find some quiet outdoor space. The building is very well maintained, and I feel safe. The amenities at this building awesome If you are looking In this area and want a great place to live I highly suggest checking out The Bowline Mississippi Crossing
This is my first year living at the Bowline and I can’t say enough good things about it. It is always clean around the building and updated regularly which I appreciate since I use so many of the amenities. Maintenance is always quick to respond for any thing that comes up as well. If you are looking for an upgrade, I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff is fantastic - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The amenities are a major plus, especially the movie theater room. My boyfriend and I have a blast playing Mario Kart there. Couldn't be happier with my decision to live here!

This place is easily the best place I have lived. It’s nice the kitchen is great, the amenities are amazing. Most importantly the staff is hands down the best in property management, very pet friendly and everyone is genuinely nice.
My husband and I have lived here almost two years and probably going to renew for a third. The entire staff is so caring and amazing. They all truly want the best for you! We love the amenities and it’s one of the reasons we stay. Super convenient location too. Just a few mins from target and a few mins from Main Street Anoka. I would highly recommend
LIVE HERE! I love living at the bowline , I couldn’t have picked a better apartment for myself . Not only is the community amazing but the employees who work here are phenomenal . Leslie, the guest experience manager is absolute wonderful, not only is she the kindest person ever , but organizes these amazing events , where the community gets together , socializes and gets free food ! Do not miss out on the opportunity to live here . I promise you will not regret it .

I've been here since it opened and it's been a great experience. Having lived in a house over the last few decades, I was nervous about moving back into an apartment, but the staff keeps it clean and quiet and are very attentive if anything needs repair. Even though I don't use the amenities as much as I'd like, I frequent the workout room often and it is always spotless. I've really enjoyed my time here.
I have lived at the Bowline since its opening in 2022 and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff are friendly, the facilities are always well kept and clean, and it’s in a very convenient neighborhood. Pet friendly with great walking trails near by and noise canceling walls to block out traffic from 169! The pool is great and the BBQ place next door is delicious . Definitely a great place to live, would highly recommend to friends and family!
WOW! Let me tell you about this place! It is spectacular! The staff is always so inviting and welcoming! It is top notch from ceiling to floor! The amenities oh my! Fabulous! I've got my grandparents to come over and play pickle ball and hangout at the pool and they love it! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I really truly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone! It's life changing.
I have been at the Bowline apartment since it opened. Management does an outstanding job of communicating current & future events that they offer the residence including any building updates. Maintence keeps everything up to date and responds quickly to any building needs you request. I have been very lucky to wake up every day looking at the river. I just renewed my lease for another year. I'm very please and you would be too.
My favorite thing about this place is that it’s quiet and beautiful. As someone who doesn’t own a pet, I sometimes forget it’s pet friendly. Pet owners are really respectful when sharing space. Maintenance is amazing! Everyone that works here is amazing and fast! They host a ton of fun events. The courtyards and community areas are always neat and clean. We’re right next to Mississippi Crossing and close to Downtown Anoka so theres plenty to do. Proud to call this place home.
Love the Bowline! The decor and atmosphere is cute and chic, up to date. It smells good inside! That was a huge thing for me if I was going to live in apartments. Location is super prime and convenient. Staff is super great, responsive, and always trying to put together events to get the community together. Definitely recommend!

Bowline is more than an apartment, it’s a community! From the beautiful shared spaces to thoughtful events monthly, it is truly a place that fosters connection and activity with its residents. Beyond the connection aspects, the apartments are simply stunning. Sleek modern designs that are meant to be lived in. Lastly, what makes the bowline so great is its location. You can get to the cities in 15 minutes, Maple Grove in less, and Anoka is a short walk away. Right next to the river it is a perfect place to walk or bike. Target is just down the road for those last minute trips and the main road has two easy access points. It’s perfect for older people looking for a place to connect or relax with retirement, families with kids to enjoy the pool and kid friendly events, and 20-30 somethings who are working and want a safe place to come home to. The bowline is truly magic and I recommend it to everyone I tell about it. From the moment you have a tour you feel like you belong. Thank you Bowline for being the place to be!
Lovely place to live! They host events twice a month for us and really allow the building to feel like a community. Plus, the office and maintenance are always speedy with email response and maintenance repairs. No complaints! Especially with Mississippi Crossings being a quick walk away.

Fantastic place to live! from all of the amenities to all of the events that the apartment complex hosts makes me think that it would be hard to live anywhere else. But what makes this place stand out above all of the other apartment complexes is the amazing staff! Saying that they go above and beyond would not do them justice. From the amazing concierge to the credible management and leasing teams All the way to the placeable maintenance crew. You won’t find any better anywhere else!
Great place for your dog, great trails, park and grooming/bath section with treats. Just be aware on 169 side slots of sirens because of the hospital.

I've been a resident here since August of this year. The building is clean and always maintained well. The staff is friendly and helpful. I moved here after selling my house. The rental procedure was straight foreword with no surprises. My dog and I were welcomed and we are enjoying our new home here.
The Bowline is such a great place to live- It is very well kept, the people are so kind and helpful, and the amenities are amazing! Not to mention the quality of our apartment itself. We love the design of our home, and the freedom to make it our own. The pickle ball courts, view of the Mississippi, and pool are just the icing on the cake!! My husband and I will be signing for another year because we adore it here. :)
Every one of the employees are super friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are a part of a family. The pool is always clean and the pickleball courts are awesome. The apartments are beautiful I highly recommend living here.

Great building, in a great location. Complex is maintained in tip-top shape. Any maintenance request is answered and solved in an efficient manner. Staff is incredibly helpful and engaged. Fantastic amenities. Really enjoy the gym.
The bowline is both my home and my community. I cannot describe the level of peace I feel when I’m in my home here, it is my safe haven and I’m blessed to live here. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly too!
I have lived at the Bo for a little over 2 years now - it has expanded into its own little community with so many fun things to do around the area. Want a drink walk to downtown Anoka. Want to listen to live music, walk across the street every Thursday. Heck.. hungry? Want a 6 pack? Walk to the trip mall for a subway or the liquor store. Everything is so convenient.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years and have no desire to move out until we build our house! It’s an excellent property for the long term! Highly recommend!
LOVE LIVING AT THE BOWLINE! I HAVE BEEN HERE 2 YEARS! I am not planning to move out anytime soon! The bo staff are amazing and go up and beyond to make us residents feel at home. My neighbors are now some of my friends :) We have an amazing outdoor area, pool, gym, and monthly get-togethers hosted by the bo staff!
This place is awesome, it is just off Highway 169, it has great walking trais along the riverand a very short drive to Elms Creek. Apartments are great. large windows and very spacious kitchen with lots of storage. Maintenance is very quick to respond and they keep the shared spaces in top shape.
I have lived at The Bowline for about a year now. I started in the one bedroom which was awesome overlooking the courtyard, and I now have a two bedroom facing the river! All of the views from this apartment complex are amazing. Plus you have access to Mississippi crossings and walking the river. In the summer, there are farmers markets every week in our front parking lot. And a concert at the park every Thursday. There is an awesome gym I use every day. The complex is super pet friendly. All of the employees at The Bowline always are willing to help with anything. The maintenance team even helped us move our old couch out of our unit! I love this complex! Also, the floor to ceiling window are my favorite part of our units - they are amazing.
