Everything has been great. Maintenance is always on time, don’t have to wait days and weeks before I get someone to look at something. The officer works are also fast with responses.

I’ve been a resident for over 3 years now. The complex always been quiet for the most part. The cleanliness of the complex can increase but overall I enjoy living here.

The laundry room has not been maintained. We had to look for other ways to wash our stuff. After a lot of complaints, there is no change. They don’t care enough to get the machines running or to help us with some alternative.

Love the fact that there’s a gym and a pool on site. Staff is awesome!! And it’s also pretty quiet for being right outside of LSU campus. Love that there’s restaurants near by as well.

This place is very nice to live at. While the price is high, the amenities, being close to a college campus, and multiple restaurants nearby make up for it.

Other than having non stop ac issues and trash service not picking up trash when supposed to its been great. Never have any problems with any people and everyone is pretty nice

pretty decent property. the new office staff are really helpful. i wish the package lockers worked properly. i like how landscaping is done on a weekly basis.

I love it just dislike the stairs.but the people are sweet and nice.also if you have problems they call you after you make your maintenance request they make it happen within 3 days

The location is great for LSU students. Also the places that are close by are and easy walk with many food places nearby. I haven't had really any complaints

Very conveniently located right next to LSU. As a student it is one of the best places on this side of the campus. The place is clean and the rent is affordable.

A lot of unfinished work around the house. And took nearly a month to get it done. The washer is always out of order not sure why it is not getting fixed. There is a water shut down every week for some maintenance issues. Not what I expected when I move in. Very bad experience.

I like this place. If there is something wrong, the maintenance is very quick and really good at their job. It's really close to LSU, and there are tons of food options and things to do within walking distance. It's about ten minutes from Rouses, Wal-Mart, and Albertsons. Also, the CircleK that's basically right next door has some of the cheapest gas prices around. Overall, I'm enjoying time here.

This complex has had some major changes in the last 6 months. While things aren’t perfect they are getting better. The new management and maintenance teams are putting in the work to turn these apartments around. In the last 3 months I’ve put in 4 maintenance requests and all were handled within a couple days of the request.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now, it’s quiet and peaceful. I just hate bringing groceries up to the third floor lol. The parking is good, there’s always a spot and the gym is always pretty empty.

I enjoy the staff, they are super friendly and understanding. But it does take a long time for maintenance to get to you, other than that I can’t really complain :)

It's an okay place to live close to campus and lots of restaurants around. Sometimes they randomly email with a lot of changes that they decide to enforce which I personally don't like

I absolutely love the pools and the people are very friendly it's really close to my job and the apartment complex is absolutely beautiful I love that they have doggy poop stations all over the place it's very convenient

Overall is pretty good price for what you’re actually getting. The grounds definitely could use more upkeep and staff should respond to resident issues faster, but it’s great otherwise.

the pools are never clean and maintenance rarely responds to work orders no mater how many times you put it in. over 300 dollars worth pf food went to waste because they took over a month to fix my refrigerator that has never worked.

Communication is lacking. It takes a long time to get anything fixed. Usually have to submit multiple tickets. The work that has been done is sub par.

Residents seem very kind and welcoming! Apartment wasn't necessarily the cleanest or most prepared during move in, but the staff is amiable and quick to address things.

Not a great experience. Roaches upon moving in and the gnats are so bad I cant keep anything in my refrigerator unless its in a ziplock bag. The sink hasn't worked properly since i moved in. It’s July- I moved in in April and have spoke to the office several times. $100 late fee for any rent payment after the first is preposterous especially since this past 1st was on a Saturday. The pool has been closed 90% of our stay. Cracks in the baseboards. I don’t think the front office takes anything serious because they tell me the same things everytime I have a concern. Like the light being broken by our stairs and it’s pitch black and unsafe. They don’t care.

As for the late fee policy, unfortunately, we are required to abide by our lease contract for all residents. The pool was vandalized by outside guests and we are in the process of restoring both the pool in Building 3 and Building 2 to functionality.
