Property Ratings at The Brambles
Want a calm & well maintained place to live, then The Brambles will be your choice. No loud radios in cars living or driving through nor people tossing loose trash on the property. Property is very well maintained & maintenance does their job with knowledge of all problems. Office staff is most pleasant plus never leaves you in limbo on explanations.
I applied to this apartment in the later part of April and had high hopes for them due to how fast they updated me on the status of my application. It then took over a week to hear from then and when I did , I made the initial contact. After being given the information regarding my application , I declined in hopes to apply another time. They said my application would be processed and my refund returned as per their policy. It is now June and I have gotten nothing. The letter they said would be sent was never sent out, the refund was never sent and when I ask when will the manager be in, I was told " It is hit or miss, sometimes I don't see her for days." Before that it was " It's on her desk to call you" and before that it was " It will be done by the end of this week." It was a horrible experience and I can not wait to be done with them for good!
I was a loyal, paying tenant for two years. I broke my lease because I bought a house, so I was still responsible for paying rent until either my lease was up or another tenant resigned the lease. Though my unit went on a list that was "first come first serve" basis, the Brambles were not advertising my unit as available. It was not until someone specifically asked about my unit that they were willing to admit to its vacancy. If not, I fully believe they would move on to leasing out units they were not making money from. I am holding up my end of the deal; however, I feel as though the Brambles have been dishonest and not up front about my unit's availability because they are still collecting my monthly rent checks with no strings attached. I am an unhappy prior tenant and WOULD NOT recommend signing a lease agreement with the Brambles!
I feel absolutely pleasure to say that, Management of Brambles is incredibly kind and awesome. Maintenance team goes above and beyond to assist you. One of the Management member NAMED , JANEAL She is a WONDERFUL ,AMAZING woman in Brambles Management, as she is so quick to assist You. I truly love this Community, specially management team.
We've been living here for over a year now and overall its a great apartment complex. We looked at a lot of places before moving here and these apartments have the nicest kitchens of all the places we'd seen. The staff is nice and courteous. Our hot water heater broke on Christmas day and we had a new one by the next day. They do regular maintenance and even change the air filters and spray to prevent bugs - we've never had any bug problems. To give a fair overall view, my only complaints would be that we can hear our neighbors walking upstairs sometimes, but don't ever hear the people on the sides of us. There aren't any sidewalks in the complex, which would be nice, and you can't really get anywhere without driving. there is technically a rite aid that's not too far, but once there its a busy street I wouldn't really go for a walk on. I think it is a little on the expensive side, but you really get what you pay for.
Great apartments with lots of walking paths. Close to everything. Only con is the utilities are not included.
Everything was super easy with this apartment complex. We got everything on our wish list (pet friendly, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, new, clean....) and for a very affordable monthly rent. Also, gas range and central air! Couldn't be happier here!
The Brambles is a well maintained and diverse community. Located close to everything you could need or want.
The Brambles is a really nice complex with a great location on the West Shore near Harrisburg. The apartments are nicely maintained, the grounds are well groomed and the rent is affordable on most budgets. For a single person or a small family, the size is nice and they have both one and two bedrooms available. The location is one of the best parts about this complex. It's situated just off of the Carlisle Pike near restaurants and entertainment. The on-ramps to route 581 are within half a mile, so getting to Routes 15 and 81 are just minutes away. Getting down town takes can take about half an hour to an hour to 45 minutes at peak times. There can be heavy traffic in and out of the area at peak commuting times and the Pike can get very busy at almost any time of day, but traffic generally moves reasonably well. All in all, the Brambles are a nice place to live and convenient to most things you would want to do in the Harrisburg area.
