Love the luxury of the Bravern. The amenities, the cleanliness, and the special attention I receive. The most outstanding feature are the staff. They treat you like royalty. Of course it doesn't hurt when I have friends over, we walk past the Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vuitton shops. ??
I'm a long-term resident at the Bravern. My involvements with management and service personnel have been most satisfactory in every meaningful respect. My most recent service need was no exception - prompt, efficient and responsive service ( this time by Sam ).
The unit is uninhabitable due to the severe banging noise. I have raised the issue many times, but it hasn’t received enough attention or investigation. People say they will get back to me but lack follow-through. It has been a month, and I still live in the noise. It has affected my sleep, health, and work... and no solutions or alternatives provided for a month …
Sam and G are hands-down the best maintenance team I've ever seen. They are super-knowledgeable, friendly, and lightning-fast to respond to any question or issue. The whole Bravern staff is really just unparalleled. I can't imagine ever wanting to move again. Love it here!

Great place to live. Friendly, very consolidating staff. Luxurious apartments, walk to downtown shops and restaurants. All apartments have gas stoves, great views, and impressive community areas.
I am a long time resident and can report a very high degree of satisfaction with the responses to my occasional service requests. Service personnel ( usually Jason and Mariano ) have always been prompt, efficient and professional in their response performances.
We greatly enjoy our residence at The Bravern. Since 2017. The leasing, concierge and maintenance staff consistently provide excellent service. The location is unparalleled. Maintenance is awesome. Mariano and Johnny helped me when we had some minor water damage. Very responsive, communicative, friendly, took matters seriously, took initiative, worked efficiently to get things done quickly. I've never had better maintentence staff in my experience being a tenant elsewhere.
Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view of the Cascades. Restaurant, stores and shops are within short walking distance. Easy access to I405. Transit center is right next door and soon there will be light rail. Staff is very helpful, available and knowledgeable. Maintenance is excellent, and if there are any problems, the response time is fast. A great experience!

5 Star Apartments. Great Staff!! The concierges are outstanding. I received a heavy package and needed help is setting it up. I met one of the concierges on their day off, and offered to help me. This was their day off and they went out of their way to assist me. I had some minor maintenance issues which I submitted Sunday morning at 5AM. As they were just minor issues, I was expecting a response later in the week, but before noon, on SUNDAY, one of the maintenance staff was knocking on my door and proceeded to fix my issues. If I owned a Condo, I wouldn't get this kind of service.

Never have I received such attention and support when moving in. Staff knew me and my name before I knew theirs. As always in a move, there were a few minor discrepancies, which, once I identified them, the staff quickly resolved to my satisfaction. My stress level dropped to a minimum since I have moved here. The personnel at the Bravern are in all respects excellent. They respond quickly to requests for help and courteous.
The Bravern located in the amazing location of downtown Bellevue offers some awesome views but they are slowly being eroded by the neighboring construction of enormous office towers. The units are premium and have highend appliances and finishes. However, there are no smart home features , which I would perfer such as Samsung where I can connect them to my phone. It would also be nice to have wifi control of the thermostat, which is now more common. The garage is nice but very limited parking for guest and now their imposing a few hour only for guest parking. Overall it's nice to try but with yearly increases it getting harder to justify since no upgrades to the apartment units.
Having lived at The Bravern for several years now, we can say from experience it is a wonderful community with a professional staff always accommodating in taking care of any concerns we may have. Maintenance issue are addressed almost immediately and our stay has been nothing but enjoyable.
Mariano is always wonderful. We appreciate his professionalism and kind manner. He quickly found the problem with our washer and had a replacement brought up. We always enjoy seeing Mariano and are grateful he's a big part of the Bravern community.

The maintenance team did a great job, I always have pleasant experience with them! They showed up within one hour after I submitted my request and fixed the leaking issue of the washer.

Parking is horrible. Standards not enforced and not nearly enough room for anyone. Would leave the building soley on that count. Air conditioning issue was a nightmare. It was 90 degrees in our unit for a month. Unaceptable.

We moved into the Bravern because we wanted an apartment with easy accessibility in a neighborhood that is safe. We wanted an apartment that had architectural beauty and a view. We are absolutely delighted by our apartment, which has excelled our our expectations in every way. This morning the sun came up over a bank of pink and purple clouds extending to the cascades. It was totally fantastic. Getting on and off the freeway is easy and even at rush hour from 520, and the Bravern is easy to access. In addition to walking for shopping and restaurants, there are many business a few minutes away. The staff here is very helpful, friendly and well organized. There are some minor snags in the software for lease signing, but the staff helped iron all of these issues out, and this process was far smoother than what I had imagined. I successfully secured an apartment and signed a lease after one short meeting. We are very very happy with our experience at the Bravern.
There are many wonderful places to live around the downtown area, please avoid this at ALL costs! We regret that we signed a year least, and now cannot get out of the lease. What they said about their property, amenities are mostly false. The concierge is constantly short of staff, and the hours just got cut shorter and shorter, no deliveries past 7 PM can get to your unit; the elevator breaks down all the time, people got stuck in them often. Here is the worst part, they turned off the AC units for 3 weeks in the hot days, and make no effort to accommodate their residents. We are currently staying in a hotel, because the temperature in our apartment is over 85 degrees. The response from the management was: no, we are not giving rent reductions because AC is not required in the state of WA! This was an actual necessity for us, and they have show zero interests in taking care of their own residents.
Top notch location, facilities & view (from 23F) We are in a 1300 sft 2-Bedroom apartment 1. Walking distance to Bellevue Square yet close to freeway. 2. A really good gym, may be add a few more things 3. Common areas are really nice for WFH -- Wi-Fi speed can be boosted. 4. Super friendly and helpful staff. 5. Lock is old-fashioned -- should change the locks to smart locks and all NFC.
Incredibly responsive and intuitive staff. Wonderful amenities. Move in experience seamless due to excellent staff coordination with movers. Staff promptly attend to requests with follow up to ensure residents needs met to their satisfaction. Overall wonderful experience this far. Toured at least 4 apartment communities in Bellevue and Seattle and with others did not always sense the “friendly, professional and intimate experience” as when I initially toured the Bravern. That experience proved to be consistent after move in. In other words it was not a “show” but rather the true culture of The Bravern. Really glad we made the decision to opt for The Bravern!
The Bravern has been one of my favorite places to live. The quality of service from concierge to cleaning staff has been tremendous.
The Management, Leasing and Concierge Teams were friendly and exceptionally helpful in my move in. Great team! They explained procedures clearly and provided helpful advice on local signups and neighbourhood amenities.
Before moving into The Bravern, I shared some feedback with the leasing team. They quickly got back to me. Julia, one of the leasing team members, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and taken care of. I was very impressed, and applaud such thoughtful and meaningful customer service.
Maintenance team is always responsive, courteous, professional, and also took care of this problem within minutes….I was extremely pleased!

The Bravern is great and I have actually convinced a friend to move in. I would love to extend my lease however the increase is way above inflation and probably unaffordable
