About The Brenton Lofts

The Brenton Lofts recently opened its doors in February of 2020. Our building started out as Brenton First National Bank, originally built in 1967. The name isn’t the only thing we kept! The original bank vault remains in the basement of the building and has been turned into a one of a kind gaming room like no other anywhere in the Quad Cities! Inside, you’ll find a cross between a modern industrial vibe and our historical building’s past. Some units have awe-inspiring high ceilings, while others have floor to ceiling windows, offering an abundance of natural light, or private patios for added outdoor space. Every unit has a full kitchen appliance package and a full size washer and dryer! Smartly designed floor plans mean there’s plenty of room for comfort and entertaining at home. Quaint community spaces are located throughout the building which are perfect for gathering and lounging with friends and family, or getting acquainted with neighbors. In addition to our market rate units, the Brenton offers select one bedroom income restricted units starting at $587.00 per month.
