We recently started to look for our future residence. We were highly recommended to come to the brick of Hackensack and speak to Heather. Our friends recommended her and she followed up with a schedule that met our needs. All great amenities we noticed as everything looked very well kept and very clean. Everyone seem really nice and dressed very professional. We toured the property with Heather and right away we were extremely impressed with her knowledge of the area and facility. She came up with a few options and we knew right away this can me our new home very soon. Thank you again for all your help and will be in touch very soon

Wow, thank you for such a great review! We hope to help you in the future for finding your next home! Sincerely, Heather Orlen General Manager
I can hear foot steps, TVs, conversation and all other noises all day and night. It is the worst decision ever made moving in this apartment. Appliances and interior materials, everything is made up cheap.

Hi there! I havent rented from The Brick (bullet dodged), but I did apply for an apartment here. This was my experience: I initially called the facility, mentioned I needed a 6-7 month lease. Multiple leasing agents told me they could accommodate that ($200 premium per month for that). I arranged a walk through, drove an hour each way, and decided I would apply for an available 1 bedroom. They had no problem taking my money after I filled out their application and running a credit check. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks. I called them after 2 weeks, at which point they said I was denied because they did not do 6 month leases. So, in summary: I paid their application fee, drove up to tour, filled out their application, and then did not hear from them until I called them. I feel scammed. If this is an indication of their management, I would avoid it.
