National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.
Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

Property Ratings at The Bridge on Forbes
I live in the bridge on Forbes and it is a beautiful building (though overpriced). The major problem I have is with the way the building is managed. Residents are extremely loud and disrespectful (mostly the athletes). I recently had an exam and it was hard to focus because neighbors 3 full apartments down from me were blasting music so loud that it travelled all the way into my apartment. Sometimes I am awoken at 2am to people screaming in the hallway. The athletes are constantly hanging in the hall, screaming and just have no regard for anyone but themselves. I know other people have reached out to the building about this and nothing has been done at all. I know that we are college students so some noise is to be expected, but the athletes just have no care for the fact that they are rude and disrespectful. A handful of them also do not wear masks. Something needs to be done about this.

The rudest most unaccomodating staff - horrible people. Horrible service. Everyone who works there quits and those who still work there are the rudest, most intolerable people ever. Lived there for this past year and leaving happily.

The Bridge will not help if you have any complaints. My student has been dealing with unreasonable noise and other activities for months and just getting the run around at best. No returned calls for days on end. Advising to call Pitt police even thought it’s off campus housing, suggesting to call their non existent security (only on duty a few nights a week). Not dealing with it and passing the buck... And the trash situation is a joke!! At this point after months of trying to get this unreasonable situation resolved I would definitely NOT suggest you rent here just not worth the price all around.

Thank you so much for your honest review. We apologize for any inconveniences your student has been experiencing. We always advise that in addition to calling Pitt police and our security guard, you or your student report the incidents to the office staff every time. This will allow for the most accurate recording of the situations with the least miscommunication between parties. Again, we apologize to you and your student and thank you for your honest review of The Bridge on Forbes.
The property is beautiful but the leasing staff falls far short of satisfactory customer service. - The leasing process was a free for all. Poorly organized, lack of information, lack of guidance from the leasing staff, glitches in the online application process. - The leasing office is impossible to reach. Phones go unanswered. -In person visits seeking clarification and information are met with exasperation, attitude and condescension rather than "how can I help you" customer service. - We decided to rent elsewhere as that is not the type of property management we want to do business with.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you had such a great experience with our team!
Looks like a fabulous property but beware of the application/administration fee which is $600 for a triple unit. I was told two triples were available for rental and we applied for one the next day. The following morning I was told no triples were available any longer and no refunds on our $600 would be given.
