Property Ratings at The Bridge
They have a raccoon problem that they don’t disclose(but why would they) I’ve been living here for about 8 months and for the whole 8 months I have been complaining about raccoons in the walls keeping me up at night when I have to work in the morning NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE .. so unless you and the raccoons come to an agreement to split the rent don’t move here ! Also the laundry room has two working washing machines
The Bridge Apartments are clean and quiet. The office staff is good and always on top of any issue. I have watched them take in and care for abandoned dogs, fix the entrance and exit gates, clean the pools and they were on foot and in the office tending to residents during the ice storm. Starr has tracked down misplaced packages and helped me navigate through the new resident portal several times. Rachel has always been understanding and helpful when I needed to transfer apartments and even when I couldn't pay rent on time. I have seen these women walk residents dogs that couldn't, pick up trash, clean out apartments, rebuild brick walls and professionally handle landscapers and cleaning service people. Erika, Rachel and Starr always say hello when they are out and about and always are willing to help. They are very understanding and go above and beyond. When the property was taken over by a new owner and management company they kept the office staff which to me means something. During the transition they showed grace and optimism and were very hands on in helping the residents transition with the changes as well. I have lived in several apartment communities in my 60 years and there is always the good with the bad. The Bridge is nothing but good.
These reviews must be fake because this place is horrible. We have had SEVERAL issues with this place, the biggest one was/is dealing with an office staff member that lives above us. Mainly fleas and extremely loud noises (barking from three dogs, stomping so hard our lights flicker, a new fun one is a smelly trash can full of dog poop in front of her door cause her dogs poop in the apartment). We have been lied to and told flat out that they aren’t going to do anything about it. Even though it goes against their own lease, and temple city noise ordinances. Extremely dissatisfied with this apartment complex. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s cheap for a reason.
I have lived at the Bridge for a little over 2 years and I have to say I do not plan on leaving anytime soon. The Bridge is clean and comfortable and feels homey and the staff is the same way. I feel lucky to have the Bridge as my home and I am very thankful such wonderful staff.
Was supposed to move in but the day before after getting everything set up they said apt wasn’t ready. They offered me another apt I do I took it. When I had my washer dryer delivered it wouldn’t fit in the opening that the washer dryer went in. The solution was to widen the opening to the bathroom area where the washer was, which couldn’t be done. Then they had the nerve to tell me they would let me break the lease when they already broke it. In talking to 3 other residents it seems like management is an issue also. The apartment manger walked off from me when I was trying to talk to her about the issue. The carpet is really cheap carpet. The apartment was dirty when I moved in.
When we made the big move to Texas I was so worried it would be a hard transition for myself and my kids but the community is like a family in itself. The neighbors are sweet and look out for eachother. I am greeted every morning when I walk my dogs. My children have made friends within the complex and we all love the office staff! The three ladies inside are always so nice whenever we see them, they always says hello to the kids and I and whenever I have any issues they are willing to help and accommodate. I wouldn't move anywhere else!
Courtney was friendly and very helpful. The apartment complex looked nice, clean, and tidy.
We have been working with Rachel at the Bridge and we are so excited to move in. Beautiful property, cute apartments and a great leasing staff- plus it's gated and close to everything!! Thanks for making the choice so easy
Such a beautiful property. Close to all Temple attractions. Friendly staff and affordable
The staff sent our packages back to sender after they didnt even call us, emailed only once. Also, our bikes were stolen and theres a really bad neighborhood next door with loud music and people walking. Just up how many sex offenders are around, it will scare you.

We apologize that you are upset with our package policy and we do not wish for anyone to have an unhappy experience with us at The Bridge. We do accept packages out of a courtesy but as a reminder in the community polices it does state that due to the limited space for package storage you must pick up your packages within 48 hours of delivery or they will be returned to the sender. We do understand that you have a very busy schedule and we stored the packages for several weeks before returning after we were unable to make contact with anyone. If there is anything else that we can assist you with please do not hesitate to contact the office. The Bridge Management
Beautiful buildings and pool. Everything has been updated and looks brand new. I'm hoping to get moving in as soon as possible and they've worked with my schedule to try to make that happen.
I will be moving here in a few weeks and I couldn't be more excited! Erica and Jamaica have been absolutely amazing and very transparent with me. I feel like they answered all of my questions as truthfully as possible. Every time I had something I needed clarification on they immediately figured it out for me! I LOVE the floor plan - I will be in a B3. The bedrooms are spacious and everything has been updated with granite and tile. The living room is a bit small, but overall it's a cozy and intimate space. Even though it is near the construction work on the highway it was very quiet inside the actual apartment! The two pools are a huge perk and the property is so beautiful. It is obvious that they are dedicated to keeping things neat and well-maintained. I can't believe I can move in so quickly - I just looked at the property for the first time about a week ago and I am already signing the lease to move in on the first of the month. It's a bit daunting but Erica and Jamaica are making the process much easier to handle! I can't wait to start living here and spending my time in such a beautiful home.
Older community but the recent upgrades have been nice. The office is friendly when I need to go into the office and helpful with what I am needing. They allow large pets so that was the reason I decided to rent with them. Overall so far has been a good experience.
The rating is not against the community itself but for the new face of the front office. I don't know her name. I've been living here going on 5 years. I loved the area and the community itself. The maintenance staff are great and always have been. The front office staff were always helpful and even when I may have broke a rule, like the trash being out past a certain time and got on the naughty list, when I go pay the fine or speak to them about it, they treated me very nicely with no condescension. Having said that, my lease is up in a few months and I have already put down a deposit somewhere else. The reason being that when this new woman came and spoke to me about a rule I have broken, I was spoken to as if I'm an inmate and she's the warden. I didn't care for her tone and her inability to maintain eye contact. My temperament as a mental health counselor is, you could say, very mild, therefore there shouldn't be any need for the condescending tone she took with me. Here's an example of our conversation - I called the office to ask for maintenance to help me with something. Keep in mind that by me having lived here for the last 5 years, I know they can help me after hours as a side job. I asked to get transferred to maintenance... The New Face: What? (Seriously, she said "what") Me: I just need to speak to maintenance about helping me with something with the golf cart ya'll got TNF: As far as the golf cart goes, for insurance purposes, we can't let you use it. (Keep in mind I didn't ask to use the golf cart) As far as maintenance is concerned, they don't work for you, they work for Richmarks, but they can do it after hours with compensation from you. (Again, I knew this. It's not what I asked. And there were no need to explain to me like I'm a five year old that they don't work for me. I mean, duh lady) Me: okay thanks Click. I am counting the days to move out of this very nice community with a warden. A pity really.
Hi, I moved from a different state to Temple Texas. The staff were very helpful to me, especially the apartment manager Erika and other staff crew Anna and Amber. They helped out with the apartment issues and still working this out. They make sure you adapt well and very accommodating to everyone. I am glad to be around such nice people. I would recommend to consider this apartment complex.
Anna and Erika have been extremely helpful in assiting my husband and I in finding an apartment while we are overseas, they are very informative and took the time to answer all our questions and emails they are very pleasant and super friendly. They have given us peace of mind in the apartment search process and we are very much looking forward to moving in a couple of weeks. We are excited about all the amenities they provide such as valet garbage pick up, all you have to do is put your garbage outside the door and it gets picked up! Also washer and dryer connections in our floor plan will make it very convienent to do our laundry. We are also satisfied with the price for the location and security. - Amy
The Bridge Apartment Homes in Temple are a must see! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Schedule and appointment for a viewing to see the beautiful up to date re-modeled apartments. The apartment grounds are very clean and well taken care of! This gated community is in an excellent location and is has very reasonable prices!
Staff made me feel at home right from the start. Very interested in getting me the best deal!
Excellent place! Looks great! Very nice people and pet friendly!! Great prices!
I was a college student and was looking for an affordable gated community. The Bridge was the only gated community close to campus and was very affordable. The staff is friendly and approachable. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The valet trash service is a major plus.
Love this property...its so established w the big trees and the Bridge is cool for photos w my kids!!!! And it's cheap compared to other apts with the same features!!!! Staff is cool too!!!
Hands down this apartment complex wins for speedy repairs for maintenance issues. I don't have problems often, but the few times I did, it was taken care of in a timely and courteous manner. I enjoy the scenery because I love being around trees. There's a natural, earthy feel to this place. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues that may arise.
Did an extensive search when moving to Temple area and you'd be hard pressed to find a better apartment complex near Scott & White, the mall, and 31st street. 10-15 min from Belton as well. Gated community, friendly and helpful staff/maintenance, and pet friendly. Lived here for two years and would recommend you check it out if you're looking for an apt in the area.
My family and I moved from Austin where everyone is just another apartment number. Relocating to Temple and moving into the Bridge Apartments really gave us a true feeling of a family community. The manager and their staff are truly here for their members. Our neighbors are more like extended family members. They helped us unload as we were moving in. The apartment is gated and there is a gym just a stone throw away from the apartment. Until we purchase a home, I can't see my family and I living any where else. Leon H, Temple Texas
The Bridge Apartments is a testimony to the fact that people make an establishment great. The support staff at The Bridge takes good care of their attendants. They are quick to respond to maintenance calls when there are any and are always friendly when residents encounter them. The upgraded apartments are in a gated, pet friendly and well-light community that offers trash valet to their residents. It has gorgeous granite counter tops, stackable washer and dryer hookups, new carpet and tile, and a dry bar in the living room. The apartment complex has 2 pools and 2 laundry mats that are a convenient distance from any of the buildings. The Bridge Apartments in Temple, Texas is beautiful complex that anyone would be lucky to call home.
Prices quoted on Apartment.com are actually lower than in reality. $100 application fee was a bit excessive. $500 non-refundable pet fee PLUS $15 a month if you have one cat or dog. Valet trash fee $20+ non negotiable. Maintenance is great and quick to respond. Parking is less than ample with cramped parking spots for vehicles mid-sized and above. Overall, add $100 to $150 to the advertised price per month.
Very noisy. I work nights and it seems like they are always repairing something. ie the road, roof, busted pipes, etc. $22/mo for valet trash service that I don't use. I can carry the trash to the bin myself. Maybe some people are ok with this, I am not. They completed repairs I requested, but they never moved with the speed I think great customer service would. I'm new to TX, so maybe this is normal, but racoons on my roof and in the attic space constantly is creepy. Not a horrible place, I was just never entirely happy with calling the place my home. Nor did I think it was a great value.
Nice place to come home to. Can't wait for the construction to be finished because it should be even more pleasant than before.
