Property Ratings at The Bridges at Belmont
Good management, clean, good neighbors, convenient
They have terrible parking, they constantly in and out of your house. You have no privacy. They barely fix anything and when they do it's months later. If You are handicap they only have limited parking for you and you are not guaranteed a parking spot,so you might have to walk up multiple steps if handicap. They are very inconsiderate of their elderly tenants too.
After being at Bridges at Belmont for 2 years, I can honestly say this was a great first apartment experience for me. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but I wasn’t interested in a posh/updated place anyway. I love my neighbors and have built a great rapport with them - I’m going to miss them very much. Stacey the property manager is awesome. She holds a role that isn’t easy to do, and she does a great job. She always listens to your concerns and does what she can to fix the issue. This place isn’t perfect. You can hear people walking above you, sometimes kids get loud, and other issues that come with any apartment complex. But for the price, location, and friendly community - you can’t beat it.
Lack of snow removal services, and very thin walls. You can hear everything. The Maintenance Department is rude and unprofessional. Random gunshots and tenants are not reprimanded for bad parking.
I am so thankful that I chose the bridges at Belmont! The property manager was super friendly and very helpful making the process so much better! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I've been a tenant for 3 years now, every year that I have been here the rent has gone up in which they are doing again this year. There are LOTS of plumbing issues. In both apartments I've had water problems, coming from the floor, ceiling, window seals, you name it. They've even shut off the water and power for several days during business hours and some days later (past 8pm) to fix problems and work on the building. Make sure you have renters insurance here! Parking can get ridiculous, if you work late you will have nowhere to park when you get home. There's a huge hill leading to back parking lot that isn't always salted when it needs to be, I've done it myself several times to avoid being stuck in winter. People smoke through hallways and it usually stinks. People who live here liter a lot. It could be worse but be aware. Not much happens here, pretty quiet building overall. I've had no issues with neighbors or the property manager or maintenance. When I call they come out and the lady in the office is really nice, and so was the one before her.
This place is not excellent at all do not waste your time nor money. The management is very rude and nasty the property is trashy and they are more concerned with the things that doesn’t matter rather than marking this place a pleasant environment to live in!
