Property Ratings at The Bridges at Foxridge
Poorly manage! The manager needs to get out to her office and actually do expections and see what needs to get fixed! I had a terrible water leak took them forever to clean it. They should’ve just called the plumber. I moved out because I had mold.
I felt a more up to date review was necessary, seeing that most of the reviews are older and negative. I have lived here for 3 years and have seen the situation go from horror story to way, way better. The apartments are old, spacious and depending on which building you live in, it can be anything from depressing state to newly renovated. We obviously love the apartment since we have been here 3 years going on 4. It's quiet, they are now doing their best to give proper maintenance and renovating as much as possible. If you love a lot of space and are willing to give up on perfection, this is the best place.
The building is falling apart, there is mold In the carpet from constant flooding and to top it off there is never any place to park and they do nothing about it. STAY AWAY!!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE The office staff super rude unprofessional especially the manger, maintenance the don’t come even if they come they don’t know anything about maintenance, and too many things, I can’t wait till my lease will end and move somewhere else

I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. We have had several issues in our apartment, and management has had no concern for our health. Before signing a lease, get a copy of your floor plan because if you don't, they may put you in a completely different apartment without telling you! We have only lived in this apartment for 5 months, and we have had 4 major leaks (basically flooding the carpet) due to the rain and snow melting. Our living room had two floods within a two day time span, and our bedroom has flooded twice, and they still can't seem to get someone out to look at what is causing it. When we had to report a BAT in our apartment (the very first day we moved in) it took them 4 DAYS to get pest control to remove the bat. They left the flume open in our fireplace before we moved in, yet blamed us, so who knows how long it was living there. Our sink constantly makes a gargling noise and smells like sewage, and everytime they "fix it" it reoccurs a few weeks later. Bath tub doesn't drain, no matter how much draino you put in it. Don't waste time putting in maintanence requests online, because it will take them 2 weeks to month to get someone to fix anything unless you call to tell them you have submitted them. It is sad because these are such large apartments that could be extremely nice if the management cared about the residents. Management has done nothing but make us feel like these problems are our fault and we are a nuisance for bringing up these issues.
The staffs are high bend on disappointing you with their rude conversation.. they are not polite especially the lady manager and the other staffs too. They are not at all friendly with the tenants. They respond very late to your work orders sometimes they totally forget too. By that time you are already screwed up with you problems for which you raised the work order. You will always walk out of the leasing office very badly treated. This new management have totally screwed up the existing community living here for a long time. Many i know..literally many have left this community because of this managements rude behavior and surprisingly high renewal rental increase. Every year they increase your renewal rent by $130 . They have also subscribed to a new water company which is now billing the existing community 4 times than what they paid for the same quantity of water and sewage with the previous water company. And if we ask the renters office any question on this, they simply say contact the water company. And if contact the water company they will say talk to your leasing office. The water bill also does not show how much gallon of water you have used. This leasing office is too expensive for a locality like Mission, I strongly recommend not to move in.
Expect then to raise rent after first lease. Mine was raised over $200 per month.
I have lived here for a year and just started another year lease at Bridges at Foxridge. I like this place it's very close to my office. I was surprised to see any negative reviews on here. Office staff goes out of their way to make sure the residents are taken good care of.
Bridges at Foxridge is a great place to live. I have lived here going on 3 years. The apartment definitely has charm, space, and is in great location. Management goes above and beyond to make sure things get done. It is always clean and well maintained, the leasing agents are friendly and understanding and their service is ALWAYS prompt and professional. They really made an effort to make me feel welcome when I signed my new lease. Any issues I have had and has resolved things in a timely manner.
New management is horrendous, terrible, pathetic (can't fine better expletives than these). The staff, after the change of management have no basic sense of running an apartment community. Always forgetful of any work orders that are submitted, rude in their interactions, not being respectful of another person (the list can go on). We always have to dread speaking to the staff since you know you wouldn't treated with respect nor be happy with your visit. So I moved from submitting a check in person for every month's rent to paying it online. Overall I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Apartment was huge. Wife loved the fireplace and storage (including an in unit 6x4ft closet). Only downside is that the one bedrooms do not have washer-dryer hookups.
Very large apartments with nice fireplaces. My apartment is quiet and the complex features a dog park and no weight limit on dogs. I love living here!
