Amenities are good. Leasing Company is ok. Rent is high; higher than services received. Community is friendly and safe ( overall quiet ). Should work on chronic Mail Room issue

Great amenities, modern clean apartment. Clean and safe property. Friendly and very helpful front office staff. Free bagels. And, clubhouse is amazing

I love living here my only complaints are people not picking up after their dogs, the horror mail room, the creeky floors, and outrageous rent prices. At first the price seems fair compared to the rest of LI. When you go to renew, the price increase is absolutely UBSURD. Which results in people leaving constantly and new people coming in, and the cycle continues which I don’t like. When we renewed it was cheaper for us to move units then stay in our own. It makes zero sense.

We have been living at The Brio for a year now, and overall, it has been a positive experience! The community is well-maintained, clean, and organized. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise from neighbors, which is often a concern when living in an apartment. However, we have no complaints. Our apartment is surprisingly quiet, and the surrounding community is in a peaceful and serene area.

Everyone has been helpful and kind! All staff was informative and helpful every step of the way through the leasing process. I would highly recommend!

I have had a very good experience. Everything here is top notch and you can rely on having a very modern & up to date life style. This place is essentially brand new. Everyone is respectful and you feel like you are a part or a community. The only thing I can complain about is the expense and that it seems like you are not welcome long term. The prices are extremely high and only go up. I wish you can negotiate better and be a long term tenant as opposed to feeling as if your always racing to keep up and will eventually get pushed out. The rent rates move like the stock market. Get your money right before moving in because it can be a struggle.

Been at the Brio since it was being built, love living here and going on year 4. Everything is modern and the community keeps getting more beautiful every year.

I have found living here to be extremely peaceful and quiet. Everybody is very welcoming. I really enjoy that when I go into the elevator there are posted events so I am updated.

Everything has been great! Everyone seems to be so nice and respectful. Residents and all the workers. The place is always clean and they answer your questions without a problem.

Hidden fees not reveled initially upon signing lease, garbage pick up is comical and the mail room is a joke. Lots of lost packages. Staff does try to help, but can't get a solid resolution. Also lots of police and police dogs around lately. So far no direct safety issues, people and staff are nice..

Lovely apartments that are very well kept. Great ammenities and activities hosted by the community. Friendly staff and maintenance team. Would definitely recommend living here.

4th year here and loving my space. Excited for the new businesses they are adding across the street. Love being able to walk to things! Hoping the new residents here can keep the community nice!

Everyone is very responsive and helpful and when i contact someone they get right back to me. I have had a good experience so far and recommend to anyone looking for a place to live

We continue to enjoy our time at the Brio! It really does feel like home. The leasing office staff is great, the maintenance team is really top notch, and the amenities are wonderful - almost everything you could need, and more. We are in a quiet location with easy access to retail, restaurants, and a growing commercial area.

Hi , I moved in about 6 months ago , really enjoying living here , this is my first time living in an apartment and I must say it’s easy living . The maintenance staff and landscapers keep this place immaculately maintained , also my cleaning girl keeps the building smelling wonderful .

The apartments are so nice and so are the people. Very spacious for an apartment. I love the walk in closets a lot. The bathrooms are nice. Being so close to Walmart is awesome too.

Nice community and apartments for sure. But for the price, could be more updated or have more to offer to it's residents. Also the mail room is a disaster and getting packages delivered is a chore.

The Community is quiet and I’m happy to call it home. I enjoy how beautiful the property is and walking my dogs every day. The buildings are always clean and welcoming each time. I have to come home.

Amazing community that the managers present events that bring the community together. Events that are interesting to all ages and help provide a way to connect with the other residentss

This apartment complex is so beautiful and clean. The rental process was simple and was stress free. We love our apartment and the location is amazing.

Love this community feel. It’s nice to see the fall plantings and October events that are offered. This is a great place to come home to after a long day at work.

I had a wonderful experience living at the Brio. I have no complaints.

The apartment is clean and the amenities are good. Unfortunately there is a lot of noise in this area. Noise from construction. Noise from neighbors dogs. Noise from cars and motorcycles.

Me and my roommate moved in June 2024, so far zero problems with apartment and zero problems with residents. Ammenties are awesome but wish they had a pickle ball court or even tennis, something to do outside of gym. Pool is great and quiet as well as club house. Downside is rent is a little pricey BUT I guess you get what you pay for. Overall great place

So far we’ve been here for about 2 months. It’s been great. The community is amazing. It’s very peaceful and quiet. We haven’t made friends with anyone yet but with the few run ins we’ve had everyone seems so nice.

So far so good...4 months in. Neighbors seem friendly, cleaned up street parking issue, roads and property are kept clean. Could use an extra stop sign by the main road entrance to restaurants

I live in the Brio for over a year now and just renewed my contract for 6 more months. My experiences here have been amazing everyone is friendly. Office staff are also friendly, the building is always kept clean the leasing office do different events for the community for the adults and children to enjoy. The apartments are elegant. The only issue I have is parking not sure if the people from the hotel park on side facing the brio or since they are opening more stores there no parking unless one is assigned which you have to pay for, from 4 to 10pm it has been difficulty to find parking. But beside that I only have wonderful things to say about the Brio.

This is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful. Our neighbors are great. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The amenities are awesome. Many family and pet friendly events are organized by the staff.

After a couple of months, we can confidently say that we have enjoyed our time at the Brio so far! The leasing office team is kind, helpful, and great to chat with. The custodial and maintenance teams are top notch. The gym has everything you need to skip out on another membership, and when the pool is open for the summer, it is well maintained and a highlight of the community. We love our apartment and look forward to continuing to make it our home!

It was a great year living here especially For my first time moving out i do wish they would offer more incentives for rent but other then that i would recommend

Nice and clean facilities. It is a great community to live in and it is only expanding. The leasing office is good at communicating and are able to help with any issues that arise. The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing staff that helps the community to feel like home. Coming up with fun and interesting activities to help bring the community together.

Been here for almost 2 years….The staff is wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I wish for is more pool time and the grill area had a coving for when weather is bad but still a great place.

Smooth move in thus far. My fiancee and I were very pleased with how clean the apartment was and how readily available the maintenance team became on such short notice to assist without needs.

I just moved here. So far, it has been amazing! Everyone I have been encountered has been so kind. The Bria staff is also so respectful and knowledgeable. This place looks spanking new and is well kept.

Things could be managed better. Community of people that live here is amazing but management needs improvement. I do enjoy that we have a pool but they should be checking if the people actually using the pool live here .

So far it’s been great, been here a month and the apartment and neighbors are all so nice, been having issues with the door system but other then that I can’t complain

I'm very happy at The Brio. It is quiet and friendly. The amenities are very nice and not usually crowded. There are great stores & a nice restaurant across the street, and more are being built. The staff are helpful, and the maintenance team is efficient.

I love my community and the office staff always goes above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The maintenance staff has also been incredible.

I love to live here because is very clean , smell good , beautiful property and very quiet . Very close to shopping center too . Apartment is very spacious .

Over 2 years and still loving life at the Brio! Kudos to Danielle and her team for taking time to address any issues that may arise. Looking forward to Starbucks opening but absolutely enjoying the new additions to the Boulevard!

Been here for a week in building 2. Very good so far, clean and not an issue. Roseanna was very professional and friendly, even though it is near Walmart I haven’t heard a thing

So far it is great! Little things here and there I guess it’s just adjusting, but the community itself is wonderful. Looking forward to being settled and being able to enjoy the community and all it has to offer.

My self and my children have Been here since 2021 and still love it here. I love how the community is getting so many different stores and stops.
