Property Ratings at The Bristol
I’ve lived here for about two weeks now and have had nothing but issues. The management does nothing with noise complaints. My neighbors above me stomp so loud that literal items hanging on my walls fall off and also wake me up. This goes on from 3 am until they leave for work then picks back up around 3-4pm until around 11pm. Quiet hours as stated by management are 10pm on week days and 11pm on weekends. When telling management that the noise is at 3 am and wakes a grown man up because it’s so loud they inform me that since my email was sent at 6 pm the noise apparently doesn’t exist because obviously when the email is sent is the only time noise is able to be made. I’m happily breaking this lease and warn EVERYBODY to avoid moving in these apartments.
Great place to live. Quiet neighbors and nice apartments. Updated appliances. Would recommend to others in the neighborhood. Nice areas to walk your pets. Includes a pool and a gym.
