Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. There is also an abundance of entertainment available within or near the community.
University District is home to several quirky museums including the Pinball Hall of Fame. SeaQuest Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention Center are also housed in the district. On top of stellar amenities and fun-filled activities, University District is in a prime location. The McCarran International Airport is four minutes from campus and the world-famous Las Vegas Strip is only seven minutes away.

Property Ratings at The Brixton
Sandra is awesome and the community is beautiful! Apartments are nice!
Love this clean retro style community! The office staff is very helpful especially Sandra! Convenient location offers the perfect roomy apartment homes!
I love the feel of these apartments. Very large inside and many are being remodeled with upgraded stainless steel appliances. The two pools a pretty cool with a retro feel and a fitness room. They have joined the Las Vegas crime free multi-housing program. The location is great it is near the mall, the strip and ULV.
This place is absolutely horrible! The roster place that I have ever lived! For starters, the very first week that I moved in there was a burglary in the unit right next to me. Then another shorty after that in a different unit. I expressed concerns to the management about my unit not having a security door on it while other units do and they basically didn't care about anything I had to say which I thought was appalling. The manager expressed zero concern for my safety or the safety of any other resident that lived her. That's what I took from the conversation that took place between us. After that, the mailboxes get broken into! Now, our mail is in the hands of god knows who. What's next?! Im not waiting to find out. I'm moving out as soon as humanly possible
I've applied online and paid the fees. I haven't heard anything from the company in over 3 weeks. I have been calling and get no response or call back. completely unprofessional. Worst experience dealing with apartments.
moved here from Michigan Februar,, unfortunately a fire consumed kitchen and had to stay in hotels until repairs we're done. After three weeks being in hotel in between I would ask management when will apt be ready to move e back in Memorial weekend I was told, being surprised at this because of the holiday I remain patien.. I then go after a week or so to see how the apartment is coming nothing has been done still. I go to management and she let's me know stove has been ordered and that should be worked on soon another week goes by now me and my daughters have been staying in hotels for about5weeks or so. I go to management to find out what's going on management says now so t fix apartment until get check from my insuranc.. Why didn't they say something at first and then I was like the apartment has to be repaired regardles.. Management says if apartment gets repaired before check is received by insurance I would have to pay.. I thought they we're crazy then she gets upper management on phone and she's asking for me to pay for June when I didnt stay there for apartment was declared unihabatible and apartment was to put me in livable dwelling . So all in all management was angry due to an accidental fire which there we're no fire extinguisher that could have easily put fire out without getting out of hand the way it did. I then got email to come to office to dissolve lease agreement because apartment being declared uninhabitable and no monies were due. Then had to be out in3days with chemicals sprayed thru out unit and plastic tie Downs along with thermostat taped down in 118 degree weather to get a bill in mail saying I owe for the month I didn't stay there and my fault there was a fire accident my insurance paid for smh some people are money hungry for no apparent reason just to be mean and nasty.
Honestly, when I started my search for a new apartment and came across reviews for this place, it was a little intimidating. I didn't let that stop me though because the pictures spoke for themselves. I don't know what these people are talking about! This place is REMARKABLE! The interiors are very spacious, they have remodeled the ENTIRE PLACE and it feels super modern and retro! Very young! Also, the new appliances are AWESOME and refreshing, I've always had bad luck in the past with an apartment with old appliances (i'm talking 1988 microwave here). I really enjoyed my tour with their manager, very informative and easy to talk to! The entire staff was great, actually and I hope that when availability is there (soon I hope!), I can become part of the Villas community.
