I lived here for almost a year too long way back in 2022. There were BATS in the walls/bathroom cabinet after maintenance came to remove one dead in my tub 6/13/22. They did nothing about the bat problem previously or at that time and threw the dead bat in the trash/dumpster outside instead of calling to report to the Health Department. If you pay attention, you can clearly see the bats flying at night they are everywhere. To make things worse, management never responded to me or my concerns for months... and was never available in that office. I didn't pay rent June/July of 2022, and I broke it with an eviction because it was no way I was staying in a bat infested apartment with no response from anyone a minute longer. Well fast forward, it took an entire year to get any response or find out who the collection agency was from management with money in my hand to pay off my debt! When I finally got a response 3/2024, they have the audacity to double the amount that is in the judgement for my eviction and 2 years later put it on my credit report when it was never there. They will get the judgement amount and that's it! My health is way more important than living in those type of conditions, and if you plan on moving here.. DON'T!

It looks super nice and all but they have no security, no cameras at all around the apartment complex, a lot of auto theft and breaking into cars ! And they never answer the phone

I live at The Broadmoor for about 15 months now and overall its a nice place to live. My apartment is spacious, management is pretty good about following up with any maintenance requests, and there has been a lot of upgrades at the property over the past six months. I have a family including two kids and the property is pretty quiet and I feel safe here. That is my main concern as a parent. One thing is though, management does not tolerate people that don't pay their rent...my neighbor was sent to legal after being three weeks late. They are a bit strict like that but overall do a good job of providing for my needs and my family's needs.

If you are looking for an apartment that's spacious, this is the place. Along with that space come roaches in droves, property is dirty, parking lot has huge potholes, people loitering all times of the night smoking weed, broken down cars so there's not anywhere to park. Pool has not been available in 2 year, the fitness "room" has 2 machines. Traffic is terrible. Management needs customer service training.

I have been living here going on 2 years now and I must say...I really like it here but most of all...I love how you get your money's worth in the square footage of the apartments and town homes. I have lived in my town home since I moved here and I love it. The square footage is almost the same as a 2B/2B 1 story house. It makes me feel really good to know that the amount I pay (and I must say...is a lot less than a 2B/2B apartment in alot of areas now and days) for my 2B/2 1/2 B town home, which I would also like to add is 1526 sq ft... is worth it. The Property Manager and office staff are wonderful and the property maintenance workers are great. They really try and do their best to make sure everything is fixed on time and correctly. This property has been her for over 15-20 years and it has been more than well taken care of. Not to mention it's a small community apartment complex which makes it even more better and to make it the perfect spot...it sits right in the center of popular shopping stores and restaurants such as HEB Grocery Store, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Foodtown Grocery Store, Payless Shoe Store, Wing Stop, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Chase Bank, etc... and two minutes from Beltway 8. Fabulous isn't it!!!! I love it here!!
