Broadwater is a beautiful community. It is well maintained and cared for, the staff are attentive and care about their residents and quick to help when a resident needs something. The pool area is clean and always inviting, the gym has just been newly renovate. Our newest neighbors are nothing short of kind, considerate and we would not trade them for the world. We have lived here almost a year and are already planning to renew the lease for another 1.5 years.

Not the best experience for being called luxury living, cheap countertops, floors between floors crack all the time whenever people start walking, around the complex needs upgrades like paint, roofing, gutters, garbage gate needs fixing, main gate keeps on coming out of track every week or it stops working.

The Broadwater is a quiet, high end, luxury living apartment complex. The price is great when you consider the amenities and the quality of housing. The staff is highly attentive and the maintenance crew is very professional and experienced. The gates are well made and work great to deter theft and crime. The Broadwater should be on anyone's list when looking for high quality affordable living.

The Broadwater Apartments is a secure location. The apartment grounds are always clean. I've been here for about two weeks and I couldn't imagine moving anywhere else for my first apartment.

honestly this place is not worth it. it is way too much for what you pay the parking situation is awful, it always seems like new cars show up every week not to mention the two cars with tow warning stickers on them are still sitting there. everything is so basic and over priced. just move on and keep looking somewhere else, the only good thing about this place is stores are close by. like I said honestly just skip this place.

The noise level of our upstairs neighbor is horrible. We also have had issues with them cleaning their patio with ammonia based products and sweeping the excess into our fenced in yard where our dog runs around. We love our apartment but we expected more for then money we pay.

Terrible experience upon move-out. I had been talking to the office manager about trying to get out of my lease early due to job relocation and she told me that I could give my 60-day notice of leave at that time and then retract it up to a day before the move-out if no one had decided to fill my unit. I told her to let me know if someone had agreed to take my unit at any point in time so that I could prepare to move out. Well I went into the office 5 days before the day of move-out to retract my notice of leave since I hadn't heard anything from the office, only to find out that they had found someone to take the unit and I had one weekend to move out. After scrambling to move out, on top of the 're-letting' fee that they're charging me (even though they have someone to take the unit immediately), they're trying to charge me 3 water bills for one month and over $600 in "damages". They also aren't acknowledging the $300 pet deposit that I paid when I moved in, and won't apply it to the balance. This all adds up to a $1700 move out bill for a month that I won't even be living there. WHAT A JOKE! Will never recommend Greystar properties to friends or family.

We absolutely love The Broadwater! It is in the perfect location for mine and my husband's jobs and the property is beautiful. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are a huge bonus!
