The property managers, Nora and LaTasha, are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that all of our needs are met. It is clean, the other tenants are friendly and the amenities are excellent (gym, rooftop, etc.). Also, the concierge and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and actually know who you are. I am routinely driven from my apartment by drilling projects that can take all day. We aren't provided notice in advance. It's a new building, so this was unexpected and is definitely excessive. In addition, on a daily basis, I hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. At this price point, I really expected a better experience.
