Property Ratings at The Bronco Club
I lived there for a year and have a few things to say. This I felt was one of the safest places in the Kalamazoo area to live and they offer a lot of great stuff like pool and gym when covid is not happening. That being said the parking is not that great. Guest parking alone was a hike away from my house which made it suck to have guest over. When it was a busy weekend sometimes we couldn’t even find parking in residence spots for us and we lived there. Maintenance guys are fantastic and super great to have conversations with but it took forever for us anytime we needed something fixed. For example, I don’t think we had a working dishwasher for at least 6 of the months we lived there which became a hassle. The noise can get super loud but I knew it would when I picked to live there because it’s right by fraternity village and it’s student housing. Personally I don’t think it was worth the value but that might be because I feel like things were handled poorly and they over charge like crazy move out fees. I have wrote an email twice to housing about the fees I have received since leaving and still have yet to hear from the management team. I think there are some people in the staff who are fantastic and super friendly but giving how I no one has bothered to get back to me and it’s been almost 2 months I think something needs to change in the management department

Thank you so much for the great review! We're happy to hear you're enjoying living here at The Bronco Club!
I moved to the Bronco Club about two months ago and have so far enjoyed my experience. Last year I lived down the road and would always come to Bronco Club's amazing pool during the summer months. The pool is by far the most kept up, beautiful pool near Western Michigan University's campus. I live with two other girls and we all love the layout and general feel of the apartment. There were a few stains on the carpet upon move in, a few bumps and bruises to the counters and wall, and the bathroom fans are pretty loud. Other than those few things, that can probably be changed, I am very happy with our choice to move to the Bronco Club. I would definitely recommend this place!
I have lived here for the past year and I can honestly say that I've had an wonderful time being here. The amenities are beautiful ( washer/dryer unit with each apartment, up to date pool/got tub, workout facility, computer lab, the list goes on and on). It's a safe neighborhood to live in but close to campus and the frat houses so that you can have a social life and be safe. The landlord is really friendly and they go above and beyond to help you out, especially with roommate matching and subleasing. The only issue I have with Bronco Club is that the parking for residents is super hard sometimes with limited spaces for us let alone visitors. But all in all please come to Bronco Clkub if you need a place to stay.
