Idk the pools been closed for 2 years and the girl in the leasing office kept lying that it would eventually be opened. Spells like weed sometimes…I went almost a month without ac in June in a heat wave and never received any kind of credit…turned out my ac was missing a filter and the poorly trained maintenance didn’t think to check that…only plus is a dedicated work space…price vs value is just not there imo but I digress.

Buena comunidad, tranquilo …se ven muchos animales! Son pet friendly…se puede pasear los animales sin problema …lo único que no me gusta es que hay pocos parking y la mitad son privados
Horrible place needs a lot of work. Roaches are terrible maintenance sucks never complete the job. Always a water issues. Plumbing terrible.
Living here the past 2 years has been pretty good, with the new leasing company I have seen positive improvements around the community's appearance. The office staff are always friendly and attentive, the gym is nice with a variety of equipment & hoping the pool will be open this year!
The location is great close to a lot of convenient things. It's always a lot of shopping carts and trash everywhere. Maintenance can take months to come fix something & they claim they constantly misplacing keys to apartment or no one is home to be let in when they never come. Leasing office closes a bit to early and a lot of there staff is always different. So can be hard to get in connect at times. Pool hasn't been open or cleaned since we moved in early summer last year.
Love the apartment space!. Nice neighborhood and great perks.a lot near to do in the area as well. Just moved here so I’m excited to see what else the brooks have planned for us residents.
I have listed here for 3 years and while the previous management wasn't great the new has been awful. Most recent issues...half of the power has been out in the apartment for 2 weeks. Maintenance took a week to come out, closed request but still no power. There have been between 5-9 shopping carts on sidewalks/parking lot for weeks. Trash everywhere. This is a very very small snapshot. DONT MOVE HERE!
Late on fixing issues, the office it’s been closed most of the time, and the address is confusing packages being delivered at different apartments
I am recently married and the brooks are mine and my spouses first place together. We are making so many memories here.we absolutely love it.
Hasn’t been very good about fixing things that needs fixed! That’s a big thing with me and it’s not getting resolved I’ve been telling the lady in the office every day maintenance is not responding
Size is big but you can tell they don’t really maintain. Hopefully the new staff will make some positive changes. I pay for valet trash but have never seen them.

My whole experience have been very pleasant, the community is clean and the staff address issues at hand. My move in was smooth and the apartment was up to part. I have no complaints and I think I'm goingt to be comfortable and happy here.

I've had a terrible experience with the new management. We have had a dumpster and two trainers outside out apartment, taking up parking, for almost a year. There is constantly trash overflowing, large items like mattresses outside the dumpster, broken glass all over and frequent vagrants. There have been numerous car break ins and management has done nothing. My car was stolen and the police said management was supposed to notify residents of issues with theft of certain cars and they did not. Trying to contact anyone in the office is pointless because they don't answer and rarely respond to voicemail. We've had to call the police one neighbors and management does nothing.

It takes a few weeks to get someone in for maintenance and the neighbors above have kids and a dog that run all hours of the afternoon into the night, but all in all nice and quiet area.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. I enjoy the nice atmosphere the community has and the office staff is very nice. The price is also way more affordable than some of the other apartment complexes around here.

Spacious, however I could do with out the bugs. And needs better quality renovations. Need more timely maintenance. But scenery is beautiful.

I recently moved into the community. The process was smooth and the people in the office were helpful. After move in, I have been pleased for the most part. My only complaint is the Valet Trash service the apartment complex uses.. they are supposed to pick up trash Sunday - Thursday, but consistently have only picked up my trash 2 days per week.

The apartment is beautiful. My leasing agent Lorena was fantastic. There were just some things moving in that should have been taking care of. However I’m aware they have new management so they are working things out. :)

This apartment recently got a new management in 2022 and the management has since done a very terrible job. They seem to be much more interested in your money without rendering decent services to the tenants. I have submitted multiple maintenance tickets for more than two months and till today, nothing has been done. To make matter worse, I worked into the apartment office multiple times to remind them, but the the ladies and the so called maintenance guys have yet to render the much needed and overdue maintenance service. As a result, I had to fix part of the urgent job and pay out of pocket. That's how bad it is here. I will seriously advice anyone looking for a decent place to rent with value for their money, not to consider this apartment under current management. If anything change, I will keep you posted but until then, I made boldly to say this is the worst apartment management I have ever experienced.

It's the worst I ever experience, the management is horrible , I like living here cause at the moment I have no choice, rent is very expensive over here more than any other complex around this area

Can't beat the area, apartments are spacious and cozy. Parking is a nightmare tho. This is home, lived here for 6 years, watched this place switch hands numerous times hoping the new people who just took over will put the time and money into the things that truly need to be done to make it more livable. Overall much better than alot of places to live.

The new property management is horrible! They don't respond to maintenance requests, they don't respond to voicemail or email. They are doing "improvements " that make it looks like a constant construction zone leaving it hazardous. Not to mention they don't actually improve anything but make things worse. All we've had is headaches since they took over.

Moved here almost year ago and have no complaints. It is apartment complex and all is as expected. Management changed, overall ok. Communication could be better. Community could care more about no littering.
